-

that's crap though... i've always asked for one and i've always gotten one... *sweet* sure, i never got a good one, but hey, what to expect from a senile swamp creature of 800 years old who never even mastered basic english grammar X-D btw, *yoda* , when do i get a new one? i'm tired of "bionicle whiner"... :-X come to think of it, i want a new title every month, can you handle that, or are you too busy frightning kids in the chamber? X-D :-P -
shouldn't you be some place else *yoda* , like.., let's say, Corsica?... >:-) X-D
-
nononono, we don't hit people here, we've got a chamber for these things ;-) X-D and eh... that rather bold statement may just as well bring you there :-X :-P

Look what I just got - Report your latest Pirate LEGO acquisitions
snefroe replied to V()()D()()'s topic in LEGO Pirates
it's kinda naieve to think that anybody will be paying that amount of money for a moc. if they do, then the moc would probably be used as a parts pack anyway. -
well i never really liked the ice theme... the idea was originel, but i never quite liked the space station and that very often turns out to be the decisive factor to whether i like or dislike a theme. i like this ship though, the originel one and the one in ice theme colors. it's a pretty good model, even though it lacks a good old fashioned engine

not sure about the funniest song, but the song with the funniest title would probably be: I flushed you through the toilet of my heart or you've broken every bone of mine, except the ones that are inside you... :-|

i work in brussels but i haven't found the time to look for toy shops/lego. to my knoledge, Brussels has always been the worst part of Belgium in getting lego sets and catalogues rather late, compared to Flanders and the Walloon provinces. still, mutex should have some idea. He lives in that area

finally this guys tallks about space *sweet* such a shame it's in a completely different meaning of the word though... :'-) That's ok, master yoda, i've decided to totally ignore the posts from this member in the future... X-D as for the review, if it actually is a review and not a homage, cos you really have to be clear about that on these boards :-| , ... well... what can I say? It's not a space set, is it... X-D it looks fine though... nothing too special...

THE OLD Official Eurobricks Straightshooters List
snefroe replied to The Middleman's topic in Buy, Sell, Trade and Finds
i'd like to nominate copmike, ras, yoda, TT, but they don't really need extra credit anyway... i think we've established they're trustworthy... yes... even the Swedes... X-D i'm sorry guys... i just... i just had to do that... :-P -
well it's kinda strange. I've got a normal printed version of this brick, which was part of my original that i got late 70's, and i've got another version with this one with imprinted drawings. Lego used to do that in the mid 70's so i thought the seller had just replaced the original by this older one, but if you say it's unique to this set then maybe Lego started a production line with the old one replacing it in later production... |-/ why? hm... maybe because the space forum is my playground where i do whatever, whenever i want? ;-) hm... and maybe it's not my first review of a space set? ;-)

are you kidding me? i would NEVER, EVER, open an MISB classic space set X-D X-D

welcome to EB! *sweet* anyway, does that mean you get half of the Tie fleet? and does that mean you're already fighting over who gets stuck with grand Mof, or what's his name? X-D

*wub* *wub* *wub* EAT THIS, MARS MISSION!!! :-P X-D

well i'm a fan too *sweet* ok... it only comes second to that one and only legendary Lego theme the danish company ever produced, you know what i'm talking about :-| , but i've always loved it. It was so creative, so much playability, so many parts people are still looking for today. The instruction books were also very nice *sweet* ... And the titles of some of the sets were unique... oh well... we can't have it all... :-$ we already have brand new police sets next year... can we really wish for anything more?... really?
-
nice set indeed! *sweet* still, i'd say the fabulant figs are easily as popular as the paradisa set X-D
-
:-$ thanks people *sweet* i did get Lego, but no classic space I'm afraid :-X When i showed my sister the MISB Galaxy Explorer on bricklink a while back, including the price, she just laughed in my face... I guess she wanted to say "not in this lifetime, brother! I don't love you that much!"... :-X The world is so unfair... :'-( hm... maybe i should focus on Paris Hilton for a while, become her gigolo, get her back in jail somehow and run off with her money... yeeeees.... sounds like a plan... *sweet* hm... i still have to celebrate this event on EB... hm... maybe i should do another review... |-/ yeeees... one i promised a sw geek a while back... yeees... he even said he'd be interested in that particular set as well if he ever saw it on ebay again... yeeees ... this particular sw geek is turning over to the classic site, you'll see... SPACE RULES on! X-D

honestly, an event without a large pab+shop+discount tent would simply not be attractive. any event turns around that particular thing. we spend hours there and we're waiting at the doors of these places just before they open every day, hoping they've added something new... A lego shop, even if it has a small pab is just not good enough. Feel free to meet at your local lego shop if you want, but an event? no way...

a rocket salvage/production theme 1) a big production plant for space ships or rocket 2) a finished rocket/ship with some maintenance things 3) a salvage truck/ship and crane to salvage crashed rockets 4)... any "traditional" theme would be great, a theme with a large space station, a smaller space ship, a truck,...

well actually it's a "feel good" site, grasping the TT-spirit of "Smile, it's good for you" X-D nothing lego to it, honestly...
