  1. That's a really good looking design. If all else fails, you could use it to ram and impale an enemy ship, too!
  2. I like the little garden, as well as the racer. You know the orange and blue livery is a popular one for certain sponsors.
  3. You surely deserve it, I think. All those details and the custom V-Wing are a delight to witness.
  4. Your mini models are wonderful, looking forward to many more!
  5. It's a very interesting design. I really like the unique shape. Keep MOCing in this style, you're doing great!
  6. Hey look, American greetings. I wonder if they have a card that says, "Awsome MOC!" The fell beast looks right at home, there. Circling the black tower at Isengard. Beautiful.
  7. This is beautiful! I really like the oranges, and this fits right in with the GS style perfectly. If you stole those treads from the Titan, the blues are going to have words with you.
  8. I'd like to see that tiger, and the ranch. Maybe I'll set thr tiger loose on the ranch. I just know I'll be forced to buy those animals and probably the beach house.
  9. This is very cool. I just love these old service stations. Iv'e even seen some restored and some converted into cafe places. Are you going to put some nice globes on top of the gas pumps?
  10. After studing the preliminary pictures for quite a while, I must admit I'm not at all impressed with the new 2014 wave. While the new minifigures are yet to be finalized, I'm sure the majority of the new ones and redesigns will be pretty cool, as usual. That having been said, the sets themselves are not seeming all that great. The Recruitment Series of chibi ships: OK for kids and LSW noobs, not OK for the rest of us. The new BPs: OK so far, from what I can tell. Not amazing, but not too bad either. The new "system" sets: With the exception of the Jedi Interceptor and possibly the V-Wing, these sets don't really interest me at all. I can only hope the ones we haven't seen yet are amazing enough to help me forget how "meh" the rest of the wave is.
  11. I think kids are really perceptive with the role-play some of these sets provide, regarding the nature of the characters. My five year old daughter finally got to build the 6862 Superman vs. Power armor Lex set. She has been asking for weeks to do it and when we finished, went straight away to attack poor Lex with the "good guys" from the set. She even went and got some LEGO Police cars out and some crooks to act out a fight scene. These kindergardeners are crazy smart, I tell ya! She has also been bugging me to do the 10937 Arkham Asylum Breakout, but I don't want anymore LEGO clutter, at the moment. My preteen daughters are also +1ing the notion, as they are huge fans of anything with a dollhouse style design. They really like Friends and the Creator houses.
  12. I like this a lot. It really does look like something from Mandalore. Now my Death Watch guys are going to want some of these for themselves. The color and aesthetic are just right.
  13. If you can score it for less than retail, I say absolutely go for it. For about one hundred USD, the set is fantastic. A well designed model with a full lineup of the most iconic figures, the 7965 MF is the best version we will see for a while. The next, if there is one, won't be until the new movies come out.
  14. What about the set we saw from the new LEGO movie? If that's not action-y, I wouldn't know where else to put it.
  15. And then, a huge multi-planetary campaign where the Galaxy Squad repeatedly crushes Blacktron in a series of humiliating defeats. Would it be too much to ask for a freakin GS base, or better yet, modular bases for each unit that can then connect for a big awsome base? With no mention of GS continuing, it looks like this could be MOC territory.
  16. Just this week at the Kroger I found: 9496 Desert Skiff @ $7.50 - Three for me 9490 Droid Escape @ $10 - Three for me 6860 The Batcave @ $35 - Two for me 75007 Mini w/ Coruscant @ 5 - Three for me 3184 Friends Adventure Camper @ 14.99 7346 Creator Beach House @ $15 - Two for me 3939 Friends Mia's bedroom @ $7 3938 Friends Andrea's Bunny House @ $2.50 4200 Mining 4x4 @ $ 3 4432 Garbage Truck @ $5 Also, there are still a whole bunch of LEGO on sale, several City and Creator, as well as all Monster fighters half off. I already got all those at super low clearance price, so I probably won't get those again. They also have some Hero Factory which I have no use for whatsoever, but the 6231 Speeda Demon is only $8 and looks kind of cool.
  17. I vote Council of Elrond because of the colors, the pieces, and those wonderful elf figs.
  18. This is really great! Beautiful architechture and a nice army, too.
  19. I have the 2012 calendar that I will use this christmas, and then I'll get the 2013 calendar after the holidays on clearance to use for next christmas. That seems to be the new tradition around here!
  20. Amazing detail. I love those explosions, Ba-Boom!!! There's so much going on here, I hope you win something.
  21. I love these "MOC with a single set ideas" . Just wonderful. Thank you for sharing!
  22. Man, you Koreans are always on the cutting edge of cool stuff. Nice job with the displays.
  23. Good looking MOC and I just love the story. It's equally outrageous and fascinating.
  24. This looks fantastic! I almost feel bad for that guy in there.
  25. Z-95 Headhunter for $35
