  1. Thanks for the update. The new bogies look really good! I would love to see more photos of the changes you made :)
  2. I am not a channel member, but the preview picture of the Pagani looks really good! I love how you did the headlights.
  3. Wow, it's beautiful! I can only imagine how hard it must have been to make those bogies work! There are so many details. I especially love the roof of the engine and the doors.
  4. Very nice! Using RFID tags for the distance measurement sounds intriguing. I am also thinking of ways to automate a mix of powered up and 9V trains, ideally with only Mindstorms components. It's very challenging.
  5. Aren't the Ninjago modulars pretty much Cyberpunk? And I guess there are the Marvel skyscrapers. Maybe LEGO is already running out of ideas? Shopping street feels a bit generic compared to the earlier modulars. I would love to see a post office, a school, a hospital or train station, but I'm not sure if those would sell as well as the last few sets.
  6. Brick Cross' predecessor, the Meeting Point, felt like a really good solution. The platform would just have to be a bit longer. I think it's much better than having the tracks on the back from a marketing point of view. Elevated tracks, maybe perpendicular to the sidewalk, would also work well from a modular point of view, but then people would have to elevate their whole train layout.
  7. The interiors are so cool! I love the kitchen appliances :) Also, clean your camera lens ;)
  8. This is a bit of an old post, but I wanted to say that this really inspired me to build my own version of the tunnel portal. I decided to use the shield tile as the headstone, and somehow managed to avoid the jumper tiles. The instructions are on Rebrickable as well and I gave you credit of course!
  9. It's crazy that you managed to install the saddle support technic axles through the little cutouts! I actually wanted to use that exact same part for a cathedral rose window, but ended up abandoning the idea because... it looks too much like a break disc :P
  10. Wow, that's a great match! Well done!
  11. Thanks! Yes, it's crazy that some people build cities with Speed Champion scale cars. The LEGO designers at the time really did a great job coming up with this scale and still adding so many play features! To tell you the truth, I wasn't even born yet when most of these came out. But when I was a kid, I inherited the amazing 6394 Metro Park & Service Tower from family friends, and that instantly became my favourite set. It sparked my interest in the LEGOLAND theme
  12. What a masterpiece, both the truck and the trailer! The mechanical features are just the cherry on top. Which round grey piece did you use between the metallic sections of the trailer?
  13. It has a very classic feel to it! I really like the first floor with the printed tile and those old 5-brick-high windows. They are somehow much more pleasant to the eye than the modern windows.
  14. This is my first post on Eurobricks, so I want to start with something "small"... In 2024 I bought this second hand display case with a glass door. The guy I bought it from told me that it was custom made by a carpenter. The shelves are adjustable. It fits the old 4-wide cars perfectly What you see is roughly half of my collection of small 80s and 90s sets. I hope I will find the time to swap the display soon and show you the other half!
