  1. Not quite GH is for great hall, not guild hall. K is for kitchen. It is an H, so no loose Isaac's in the hall A is for armory, so you got just about all of them! It is indeed SR and it stands for storage room. This is just the first floor, the other S stands for staircase. This is my first time laying out a build on graph paper, makes it much easier
  2. Here's a WIP pic of my interior for Challenge VI: Any guesses as to what the letters stand for?
  3. The border is genious, I love the organic shape you can make using that technique Excellent landscaping as well
  4. Wow! That sounds like a great deal to me, I didn't even know official black bardings existed.
  5. Thanks Ecc, I got started on my final build today
  6. Those guys are sweet Did you paint the bardings yourself or buy custom ones?
  7. Great to see another entry! The diamond mine is a great idea and looks very good The shack fits in nicely and it's always cool to see multiple sigs in a build. One thing that bothers me a bit is that the water is higher than the grass and the same height as the dirt, if you raised the grass and dirt sections by a brick I think it would look better
  8. Lovely The white and greys work really well together and the cockpits are superb The ladder is an excellent detail too
  9. Looks very cool, the only thing I don't like is the tiny amount of ground clearance. Great use of the saw and Atlantis headgear though
  10. @Sir Edwyn: Looking forward to seeing your builds Got my fortress all taken apart so I'm ready to start work on my last build for Challenge VI
  11. Thanks! It's one of my favorite roof techniques, looks even better with 1x slopes
  12. Great build! Really like the different houses and the interior of the palace is tremendous
  13. Great effect having the plates angled over the top of the hobbit hole Both fence designs are excellent too
  14. Incredible work Ecc! Love the curved wall sections and the river and trees are top-notch Great collaboration too, I recognized Elderon's section immediately
  15. I third this, really impressive intro for your character: the waterfall scene has beautiful landscaping, the huge rounded tower looks great, and the Petrean city wall build is stunning Any guild would be fine for you to join considering your character's backstory, something helpful to remember when deciding is that it's quite all right to build scenes located in Guilds you aren't a part of And I'm sure GoH will be going much longer than the sixth challenge
  16. Great version of the Shire! I really like how you made the path have 2 ruts instead of just a complete dirt path The hobbit holes themselves are excellent too
  17. Thanks, and nope I've never heard of "The Wrong Trousers"
  18. The angled plate technique works perfectly for achieving the flow of lava and the rockwork is great as well The eagle however takes the cake
  19. @Legonardo: Maybe you or your father could talk to the parents of the kids? If they really stole all that stuff that's a huge bummer
  20. That's great news! Congratulations on getting married as well. Anticipating some more great builds from you for Challenge VI
  21. @Kayne: I wouldn't recommend cutting sleep out of your routine Your wife is pretty much all better now? Looking forward to your challenge VI builds
  22. @Kai NRG: Who complained? Cara did say she probably wouldn't enter, Torgar hasn't said anything and last time he let us know he was building, not sure about Garmadon. Ecclesiastes may not be able to enter because he's the guild leader now (really hoping he still can). I would also like to point out that it's much easier to hold a lead than catch up and we did gain on you last challenge
  23. @Sir Edwyn: It's great to have you! As for the current contests there are quite a few: first challenge VI the details of which can be found here: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=62242 two minichallenges with the deadline of February 28th at the bottom of this page: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=62105&st=1700 two minichallenges are towards the bottom of this page: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=62105&st=1875 and the Walls of Valholl community project (Valholl is Mitgardia's capital city): http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=72986 The only one of those that you can win LEGO from is Challenge VI, you can win titles from the others.
