Great pose on the president and excellent fig to represent the assassin The balcony seems a little high for him to jump onto the stage from though
-
Lovely path and walls The flowers give a nice BB feel too

Mitgardia Guild: Homepage, Sign-up and Discussion

@Infernum: Looking good, the windows add a nice bit of color and I like the ruined feel -
Seems there is some advantage to finishing early I'm sure there will be other entries later that blow this away though

I'm a member of the LCC project and this is for a local challenge there, I don't use builds for both projects, and the flag is dark green and yellow, the color of my faction in LCC. Glad you like it though and I will be building some Mitgardian stuff now

Gorgeous build The wood and stone-work mesh together perfectly and the landscaping is beautiful Have you checked out Guilds of Historica? Your builds would fit nicely in Nocturnus: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showforum=145

Thanks Kristel Yup, and this is just a small part of the plants I got, look for some more green builds soon Thanks

Thanks Brickington, and I've had more time to gain experience and pieces

Made for the Fortify Lenfald Challenge in LCC. This is the home of Manek Asten and his wife Eleonora. Manek is a captain in the army of Lenfald and lives just outside the great city Stonewald. He has hired Pepin (my character) to oversee the construction of a stone wall around his home as war seems to be coming: More pics, including interior, here: http://brickbuilt.tk...sten's-Home.php Any C&C welcome

Interesting, I think I see where this is going The house could use some gables to cover up the gaps, but the stairs to the door look great and your landscaping is getting better

Hard to keep up with this thread which is a good thing @Ska: I think your constitution looks pretty good, though I agree with the others who said we don't really need anymore than five guilds. @Z: I am quite fond of brickbuilt trophies Tags or even titles (like we've been doing for minichallenges) are good incentives too. And I'm glad to hear we will still be getting tags for our participation in GoH. I also agree that some freebuild time before the next major challenges would be nice

Can definitely see the influence of David Macualay's book You're doing a great job working with the angles/roundness of the tower

Love the numerous colors you've incorporated and the largest tree is great Creepy spiders as well

Stunning build, the waterfall and vines are my favorite sections What piece do you use as the vines? Great colors used on the buildings
-
Very good intro The figs are superb and I like the rockwork, especially the path to the shrine Mitgardia would love to have you, there's lots of dwarves here

@kabel: I believe Masa was just saying he liked how SoT handed the leadership of Mitgardia to Ecc, I also think SoT's decision was very beneficial to Mitgardia. I rather agree with Masa on the guild rivalry topic. Some small scale stuff like BB and some of the Kaliphlin members were doing is one thing but whole guild VS guild might not work the best. As to the new land exploration idea, it sounds fun and could possibly stir up some more builds. As of now I still have tons ideas for Mitgardia that I would probably focus on before building in a new land.

Great build! The colorscheme works very well and the truck looks intimidating

Very good, especially for your first Castle build. The path works well and I like the vegetation around it The wall design is cool, but I think the rocks underneath the wall should come out a little farther so there's solid rock underneath the whole wall. Keep on building

Cool catapult, I like the barrel for holding ammo A bigger and more detailed base would set it off better in my opinion

@kabel: The ship looks superb and the interior seems to be almost done -
Great work, you managed to make an excellent MOC that still feels similar to the set style I like that you almost always include a working landing gear

Thanks, such high praise is very flattering. And all the better that you won't enter, less points for Kaliphlin ..... Nah you should enter anyways

The tower looks very impressive, I especially like how you did the window seat and circular stair Going to be one heck of a project
