  1. These buildings inspired by dG's many small scale medieval houses Dedan and Jayan were helping some Mitgardians flee the town of Salisburg as The Hand of Corruption was on its way to destroy it. However, they were not fast enough and are now surrounded by Soldiers of The Hand: Interior of stone and wood house: Interior of wood house: Interior of stone house: Previous build: http://www.eurobrick...showtopic=81860 Next build: http://www.eurobrick...showtopic=81862 All C&C appreciated
  2. Joktan and his men deliver some needed supplies to a family living in the forest after their village was destroyed by The Hand: Previous build: http://www.eurobrick...showtopic=81859 Next build: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=81861 All C&C appreciated
  3. Joktan and his men have been storing supplies in numerous caves to help refugees from the hand. Here they gather some food to take to a family: Previous build: http://www.eurobrick...showtopic=81858 Next build: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=81860 All C&C appreciated
  4. Joktan the fur trader (http://www.eurobrick...38#entry1504966) is determined to fight The Hand of Corruption til they are driven from Historica He has gathered some loyal Mitgardians to help him: Erastus a trapper who knows the mountains of Mitgardia thoroughly, Dedan another trapper quite used to surviving in the wild, Kenan an experienced hunter who is skilled with the bow, and Jayan a dwarven miner. Here they push some boulders onto unsuspecting Hand of Corruption soldiers: From left to right: Dedan, Erastus, Kenan, Jayan, and Joktan. 5. Good decision to use the Varlyrio build for challenge VI, I think it is your best build yet! The layout is great and the buildings themselves are gorgeous, love the crane on the right building and the porch on the left one The SNOT water is quite effective here, and I agree with Masa that the islands are a nice touch Cool gondolas too, you really are great at doing builds in the Varlyrio style
  6. That bridge is quite impressive! I like how your story leaves the possibility for Revolword to be dead, or just waiting to attack again and the introduction of exploration and a fight for the throne adds a lot of possibilities Looking forward to the first build and updated second build
  7. Winter is coming...

  8. And who had the first entry for Challenge VI up? Three large builds is a lot to do, especially when you don't have much free time like a lot of people in GoH. @Ecc: And it looks like it's starting with a blizzard I'm looking forward to seeing all the challenge entries and stories, as well as seeing what happens after this. An exciting time for GoH
  9. The scene with the houses is lovely, you really have a knack for buildings at that scale You even inspired me to try some like these. The interior looks majestic and the pattern in the middle of the floor is great The long anticipated wedding scene is fantastic, the stained glass, flags, and architecture are stunning Cool to see other Avalonians there, though a few other Mitgardians would have been neat too Well written story as well, a strong entry for sure!
  10. Excellent shaping on the ship and the clawssbow is perfect for the vessel
  11. Wow, that was quite the battle! Cool see that Arimil and Kessler were a help The fig posing throughout was great and the story well written. This must have taken a lot of effort
  12. Superb interior scenes and I like how you included other sigs in your story The bars in front of the fireplaces are really neat, I'll have to keep that design in mind
  13. Excellent interior, the black and grey wall works well The mention of kabel's fig in the story was cool. Interesting addition to the story
  14. Tremendous model of Minas Morgul You captured the angles extremely well and even the bridge looks accurate to the movie
  15. Very good work, the stone section is nicely detailed and I like the wooden part Only one thing seems to be missing, where is the porticullis/doors?
  16. I agree with the above comments I think the colorscheme in this build is more attractive than the other as well. Great work on the market and the figs in it. Cool stair design to the canal as well, but wouldn't the gondola go there to unload?
  17. Incredible work yet again, I've been waiting to comment til I see them here so I can read the story at the same time. The colors in the landscape give an incredible atmosphere and after seeing some closeups of the stream I think you achieved the look you were going for While I've loved the style of the builds so far in The Dark Isle Saga, I'm excited to see what the new style will be
  18. The chimney and roof are what stood out to me The near orange SNOT tiles look great on the side of the house, but their arrangement on the front looks a little strange to me. The window frames around the bigger windows are quite clever Overall a very impressive build
  19. Very easy to tell this was a beerbeard build. The wooden detailing on the house is fantastic and I like the subtle coloring differences in the tudor sections Great landscape as always, where are the interior pics though? Always like to see interiors
  20. Cool build and the story is very well written The figs are also excellent
  21. The tower doesn't look very sturdy to me but I like run-down effect. Excellent little tree and river as well
  22. @Cara: Too bad, but free builds are good too Glad to hear that we should have some more entries posted soon
  23. Great to see another MOC from you! The kitchen is extremely well done, I love the little details like, dish drainer, plant, and utensils
  24. @Skyrimguy: The walls of Valholl is still going, and there are two mini-challenges that earn you titles: Knight of Valholl Wounded contestants, beautiful ladies, beer and much more. Organize a joust and show us something to cheer for!(minimum 32x32) Mason Teacher Throughout Mitgardia there are a lot of statues. Each with its own story. Show us your statue with its story!(minimum 12x12) 9 days left for Challenge VI, how is everyone coming on their entries?
  25. One of my favorite builds from you, the tudor section adds a lot to the wall and while the river is simple it fits nicely with the scene and gives a good color contrast Interesting story as well
