Impressive build! As others have said the wall and floor detailing are excellent I also like the windows, they look very accurate to Romanesque cathedrals

Welcome to Mitgardia! Glad to have you in the northern guild @Infernum: He does look more unique now, and I like the combo you did with those legs/torso @Bkrosell: Cool fig, he looks like quite the adventurer! -

Neat looking fig Is that an ork torso from LOTR? Also your fig should have a beard, or at least the start of one I plan to get the pieces I need so I can assemble your fig, but since I use yellow heads I won't be using his exact face. Is there any yellow face you'd like me to use for him? p.s. I just recently traded to get the torso I needed for your old fig and now you switch clothes I don't mind though, your old torso works well for Mitgardia -

As I said on Flickr I like the colorscheme The stone and woodwork both look good and the roof is excellent, especially how you added the windows up there

Mitgardian Prime Minister Election Voting Topic

So Maxersine plans to keep Mitgardia's military strong by putting beacon fires into recruiting offices?! All that will accomplish is gaining lots of new recruits who leave as soon as they realize that being a soldier isn't easy, Mitgardian soldiers need to be able to operate under cold conditions. Manaor will train and equip soldiers to keep Mitgardia's military strong: Also his plan for putting the unemployed to work at rebuilding Mitgardia's fortresses will keep the defenses of Mitgardia strong. In these uncertain times that is essential! And well Maxersine says his snow blowers will help the rich businessman thrive (the only ones who can afford such gadgets); Manaor's trading posts plan benefits the economic health of all Mitgardia. Vote Manaor for well thought out plans.- 27 replies

Lovely build! The dragon is extremely impressive (great use of that curving technique for the wings and tail), and the tower is superb Do you have any pictures of how you built the circular roof? As Infernum said you'd be very welcome in the Guilds of Historica (link)

I think what I have planned for November will make up for my lack of builds right now. Though I think I'll be able to still build a couple smaller scenes before then -

I wish I could have gotten to the LEGO store for that minibuild. Would have been especially useful for Kaliphlin MOCs. And good point about the elf fig I'm busy with a couple non-related GoH projects right now (heresy I know ), but I have something special planned to posted in November -

You two never cease to amaze me, and this is one of your most jaw-dropping builds yet The rocks look very natural as do the twigs and plants and the pieces used in them are quite creative. The animals inside are amazing, every one looks incredibly realistic and even their posing looks real Also the use of the Chima background works very well -
Glad to hear you'll be joining GoH, Candia Your builds are very impressive and it's great seeing them all together with lots of fig activity going on

ANNOUNCING: Guilds of Historica Book II: The Civil War
soccerkid6 replied to ZCerberus's topic in Guilds of Historica
Well every guild will be able to participate in the large Challenges, whether the challenge is focused on Nocturnus, Mitgardia, Avalonia, or Kaliphlin. The mini-challenges will differ from guild to guild and there will probably be some mini-challenges open to all guilds -
You don't have to enter every challenge, we have lots of members who don't have too much building time, but are still very much a part of GoH. As for collection size, Book II of GoH will have different categories for every main challenge with different size limitations so that everyone can participate without having to have tons of pieces. And don't worry about how good of a builder you are. This build is way better than what I built when I started GoH: If you don't want to that's not a big deal, but I think you could have a lot of fun

Your characters have some really neat combos I hope he does! My younger brother will join eventually (assuming that GoH lasts a few more years).
