LEGO Star Wars Set Discussion 2025 - READ FIRST POST!!!
Max_Lego replied to MKJoshA's topic in LEGO Star Wars
@MKJoshA, I remember you banned a guy for bringing in the Gaza events. And now you say that insulting Chinese people is perfectly fine. I understand everything, except one thing: If I am the one responsible, why can't you just ban me already? -

You call a racist joke about another country's internal affairs "some harmless fun"? -

I love how people here manage to be political on a Lego Star Wars forum, and everyone is absolutely fine with it -

Protocol droids fighting on a ring is one of the funniest things I've ever seen! Good job, overall -

I am always happy to see a Sentinel landing shuttle in Lego. It's one of my favourite Star Wars spacecrafts. Honestly, I prefer the Rebels version - not only it looks more in-line with the Lambda from ROTJ, but its fat troop hold makes it look cute, like a guppy fish. You went for the Legends version, and I must say that I like the design - it's smaller than minifigure scale (just like my (now disassembled ) Lambda shuttle), but cleverly done. I especially like the cockpit design - the techniques you used there look amazing for me. Overall, it looks like a sleek and solid build. Good job! There are so many things I want to say... And I won't, because I know that I am biased. But even @Sentinel_Brix acknowledged that not everything is "sunshine and rainbows" with the Rebellion. And now war crimes... For me it's very alarming to see people who sincerely support the Rebels portraying them as war criminals. Yes, my views on the morality of Star Wars are very radical. But we must all agree that the morality of the franchise is very, very messed up. The suicidal evil of the Empire seems to be the only thing writers agree on... I have so many unpleasant thoughts that I am, honestly, very afraid to share here... Let's just say that I don't blame you for your "controversial" decision, neither I support it. Please take no offence -

Looks very nice! The tank's design is simple, yet smart. I like the rotation function. Good job! -
Why does Pengui wear jumpsuit? Is he inmate? Are designers stupid? Didn't they read comics and play Ham games? ...Yes, I know this was discussed earlier, but it was before we learned that his minifigure will be wearing a freakin' jumpsuit. I was expecting too much from this set. "TNBA Batgirl"! Shame on me. Let's just hope comic fans will like it

Licensed Lego Ideas - Support & Discussion

Glad that they are doing Wallace and Gromit (though I'd prefer a minifigure scale set). But let's see if the finished set looks nice -
Just look at video game Mr. Incredible and compare him to the other minifigures. I believe this kind of Lego figure (if it existed in real life, save for Dogpound and Leatherhead) would've perfectly fitted not only Bane and Killer Croc, but also DCAU Batman and Superman
-
Would've been nice. Even better if it also included Batsignal or Cassandra
-
Alright, thanks

@MKJoshA, it seems like the link to my entry is broken. Is it a problem or not really? I am sorry if my alarm is false

Looks splendid! Love the 74-Z and E-web. Can't wait to see the finished result...

Antonov An-2 in 1/70 scale, improved tan version

Impressive. Most impressive... For its small scale, it's very well designed. I like how detailed it looks. Good job! -
[M4-25 - Asymmetrical] F-Wing Heavy Starfighter
Max_Lego replied to Sentinel_Brix's topic in Watto's Junkyard
Looks great, especially the work on the curves, but how does it land in a hangar? Does it require a special docking structure? -
Sadly, it won't be an exaggeration to say that I understand nothing in sailing ships. I'd be very happy to fix whatever mistake I've made. What are your suggestions? Edit: if you are taking about the mainmast flag, I fixed this issue already

You are 80% correct - the turrets indeed look more like the so-called "class 1" (though they have two barrels instead of one correct). "Class 2" ISD turrets have 8 barrels and look like this: BTW, considering the firepower of the so-called "class 1" and the classification of warships by their firepower/purpose, I insist that it should be called "the Imperial cruiser" (like they did in ANH). While similar to the Star Destroyer, its purpose is space battle rather than orbital bombardment, therefore it has different, single-barreled turrets (everything in this paragraph is my personal headcanon, though supported by movie evidence and real-world logic) Oh and by the way, your build is superb! Thanks for sharing it!
