  1. Well, thank you, but tbh it's not that hard to best official Lego sets...
  2. Okay, that's too much - especially considering the fact that the new Tumbler has two seats. Should include a Batpod for Selina instead
  3. A remake of the 76001 set with Talia and Selina, trenchcoat Bane and accurate Gordon minifigures would be a nice thing, IMHO. With two 'military' camo Tumblers instead of one! The Bat is a horrible design for a universe that claims itself to be 'grounded' and 'realistic'. There is no aircraft or military expert that didn't criticise it. But it's much too late now...
  4. That's exactly what I am doing. What I am posting in Mysteries is actually only a pale foreword for my insane headcanon, which incorporates elements of both Legends and Disney Canon, but the historical, technological, ideological and Force-related aspects are twisted in an almost irreconcilable way. One of the most insignificant changes are that Darth Vader didn't get his famous costume immediately, his wife gave birth to Luke and Leia long after Obi-Wan went hiding ("I haven't gone by the name of Obi-Wan since long before you were born") and lived with the Organas (Leia remembered her in ROTJ). I don't consider anything outside the original OT canon (and my perfect ANH has Obi-Wan's talk with Luke in its initial, more logical order, and the deleted scene where Luke meets Biggs in the hangar and Garven Dreis tells Luke that as a kid he met his father), but I like Thrawn and belive neither Canon or Legends did him justice. Sorry for the long off-topic... More like Lovecraftian Unknown Regions horror, actually... Don't want to spoil. Besides, I'm not sure if I can make it... But I will try!
  5. The building techniques you used in this build are outstanding. You did well with capturing the aircraft's shape at such a small scale I also like those spruce trees very much!
  6. "- Hey kid! -...Yeah? -You know who is scared? -...Who? -Bruce Wayne!" That's very nice! Let's wait until someone builds an Arkham asylum, Wayne manor, Fortress of Solitude, Power plant or even Dick Grayson's orphanage entirely
  7. Thank you so much! B. T. style Acquiring the TLNM 70608 Master falls set came handy when designing his hands and fingers, and the 11090 brown bar holders are very useful for other purposes too
  8. Thanks! I should've done that from the very beginning
  9. Thanks to the critical feedback from @Lego Nostalgia, @Mandalorianknight and @Rwbricks I decided to redesign my TNBA Clayface so that it would be more screen-accurate! Sorry, I couldn't make the eyes yellow - they were undoubtedly white in TNBA, and I didn't have enough space for good-looking teeth. What I did is making the figure considerably larger and the top of his head - rounder: I am pretty sure that now it's faithful enough to the source material. What do you think?
  10. Wedge Antilles! Corran Horn! Thane Kyrell...
  11. Great job as always! The great amount of equipment works perfectly for the lab! I should have known the Empire Reborn is here - I'm not too savvy in terms of Legends (or even Canon, for that matter) lore... But I personally don't need Halloween specials to explore the horrors of the Star Wars universe in my upcoming freebuilds...
  12. Thanks for the appreciation and criticism! I like having feedback... Thanks! I shall work on that
  13. Thanks! Sadly, I don't have enough nougat parts, so I had to build him brown. Nevertheless, I think @Lego Nostalgia had a valid argument about my Clayface looking like a baby rancor. I decided to redesign it with a bulkier build and smaller hands: Sadly, he's smaller than he should be, but I can't make him any larger. Better now?
  14. Arms and legs too thin? Or maybe just wrong camera angle? It's never too late to correct my mistakes
  15. Why wouldn't TLG produce minifigures like Leatherhead from 2012 TMNT, with normal legs but large torsos and arms? Mr. Incredible was such a figure in the video game, but the sets included an ordinary minifig of him. Such a decision would've been perfect for TNBA Batman and Killer Croc or STAS Superman, emphasizing their athletic build
  16. The combination of Lego parts is splendid. Your building techniques are awesome. I appreciate your work!
  17. Thanks! The mosaic was supposed to be the main feature of my build, but turned out not quite as good as I wish it did.
  18. That's nice! And the rat in the Landspeeder engine adds to the atmosphere Great work, as always
  19. Just created a new character - should I call her "DCAU's evil Tinkerbell"?! Sadly, I couldn't create a dark green Poison Ivy, so I used lime parts instead, and now she looks absolutely like Disney's Tinkerbell. Not accurate, but the only way available - dual-molded arms were a must for this minifigure. The usage of a dark orange hairpiece is justified, since her red hair looks orange on Bruce Timm's artworks. Upgraded Robin and Luthor - Tim now has Ezra Bridger's head with a sticker mask, while Lex's armour elements were recreated with paper
  20. Yes, that's exactly what I meant Ahh, you meant the cockpit canopy? Then yes, I totally agree with you, I dare saying that the old canopy piece doesn't really fit the Y-wing
  21. @Sentinel_Brix, I find your criticism valid. Thanks for the appreciation! There is one part that I don't quite agree, though: I don't think it's 'too streamlined' on other MOCs - the cockpit was quite streamlined on the original, I recreated it with wedge plates only because it was the best solution with the resources I had
  22. I also sometimes determine the scale of my MOCs considering one very important piece's size (unless I am building strictly at 1/32 scale). That's how my TIE Fighters MOCs - their sizes were determined by 6x6 viewport dishes, 1x4 slope bricks and the fact that TIEs have ambiguous dimensions (though the width and height of my TIE Interceptor are accurately at 1/32)
