    Well you're right about that. But I am still gonna buy Bluebrixx sets, just because they offer themes that Lego barely touch. Western,imperial ships, castle. And I don't like monopolies. I want more competition. I still buy Lego too. Bought the modular museum 20% discount at Dreamland. Still have to build it. And I am looking forward to the next modular but I will wait for a discount again if I am going to buy it.

    Well I am not praising all other companies. Some brands do steal mocs. Yes that's terrible. But that doesn't mean every company does that. Bluebrixx, Cobi, Megablocks construx, Phantasy, Funwhole are companies that do their own designs. And I am critical for them too. For example : the redcoats minifigs from Bluebrixx have the same bad white printing as the Lego bluecoats. Minifigs of Funwhole look terrible. Lego minifigs are still the best. But sometimes the quality of those Lego minifigs are so bad that I have to say : the Lego minifigs are the least worst of them all. And I am not ranting about Lego only but about gaming too. There are almost no exclusive games for PS5 and yet Sony releases the PS5 Pro for €800?! And it doesn't even have a disc drive?! And yes I admit I am more ranting about Lego and Sony. That's because they are both supposed to be premium products. If your product is expensive, I am going to be very critical about it. If a cheap product is not good like the Bluebrixx redcoats.... Well then I can say : well at least it's cheap. Lego and Sony are raising their prices but are they raising their quality? Not sure about that.

    Fright Knight sets are really bad designed. They are so ugly. Can't imagine somebody prefers this over the more classic castles like Black Knights, Black Falcons and Crusaders castles. The Fright Knight minifigs were cool but the castles.... Terrible

    Yeah, Jang is the best. I often watch his reviews even with sets I am not interested in. He has a really nice voice to listen.

    Allright, that's a fair point that I can agree with. But remember, your PlayStation and other electronics are made in China too. My phone is a €400 Samsung from 2017 and it's still working. I am texting this right now on this phone.

    Well, don't complain about Lego raising their prices. Lego is expensive because they can charge that because there are a lot of people who are brand loyal to death. As long as people buying overpriced Lego, the company will raise their prices.

    Well, if you you are going to pay a lot of money just for the sails. Why not buy a cheap ship from another brick company and use those sails for your Lego mocs. There is at the moment a playset redcoats ship available with good looking white cloth sails for €80 at Bluebrixx. Extra info : the designer of the Lego Bricklink castle Löwenstein 2019 is also a senior designer at Bluebrixx. And that castle is available soon at Bluebrixx too for a way cheaper price than those ridiculous Lego Löwenstein castle sold by scalpers. Is it legal? Yes, because the design is not from Lego. Do you want cheaper Lego? Stop buying or at least not at day one because you're paying fomo tax. I still love Lego but since Jangbricks had some good reviews of alternate brick companies, I am not a Lego purist anymore. Afterall it's just plastic. Jangbricks reviews Lego and only brick sets from other companies that are not stolen designs.

    Ah the Galaxy Explorer remake. Fantastic set for a reasonable price.More of this please. Way better looking than Starwars ships.Was a lot on sale for €80. A shame it didn't sell well.Retired really fast. Actually I liked Paridisa. A friend of mine had a couple of sets such as the Paridisa villa on a raised baseplate with the black car . I don't remember the set number but I do remember playing with Paridisa. The colors were cool .White,pink and grey. Damn I'm old

    That's why I am no longer a Lego purist anymore. Bluebrixx is making the sets what I want from Lego : cool western sets and pirate/imperial ships.There is also a lot of castle. I am so looking forward to the 6000piece imperial flagship that's coming out next year! It's the first time in my life that I am more hyped about a set from another brick company than a Lego set.

    The Force is indeed strong with you! Live long and prosper! Yes. You're right. But it sometimes just feels it's only Starwars because the Starwars fans get so much spoiled with every year an USC set. And pirate fans almost have to beg to pay €500 on a imperial flagship. But hey, it's good for the wallet. And modulars are great too.

    Yes it's sad. Starwars and modulars are the only things Lego really cares about. A lot of people are dreaming of a UCS style imperial warship or some sorts. But that's not gonna happen. The theme is not popular enough to make huge profits with. It will make profits as other brick companies make them but it's not enough for the Lego company. They want Starwars profits. Well Starwars fans, enjoy your overpriced €500 giant turd (Jabba's sail barge) . It's a good day to be a Star Trek fan.... Lol.
