    I did vote for Hug Island, it looks great! But I think it has very little chances of becoming a set no way they make two pirate islands two series apart. My prediction (and hope) is that ominous isle will be under 300. It has 2800ish pieces iirc so 260-300 would be reasonable. From the 4th series I really hope we get a flaship (the minevra). 10210 is my dream set and I've had a x2 31109 moc as a substitute but it pales in comparison to my pirate fleet haha

    I may do the same... Really depends on how good the figures are! Yes that set is absolutely gorgeous! I really want to get it but I'm a big pirate's fan so I simply can not miss out on on the pirate island on BDP this June. It's a touch pick but as you can probably tell by my pfp lego pirates is my favorite :)))

    I'm definitely getting the set, I've followed it's creation (and its creator) for a few years now. I probably will pick up most of the CMFs but only to customize and create my own characters. I hope that castle becomes real it's stunning!

    I think I'm going to mod all of the characters when I get mine, finally going to add some elves into my realm! if we get lucky and the elf castle wins the BDP 4 we will be eating good!

    This is a forum where we get to express our thoughts, I'll keep commenting and reading. There's probably a reason why starwars gets "spoiled" every year 💵💵💵.... I've been buying every single castle thing put out by Lego recently and I only want slight nods to previous factions 🤷

    I'm a little sick of people constantly wanting nostalgia pandering. I couldn't care less if a double axed shield wasn't in the set or it's a lion knight guard. They're obviously creating and expanding their new factions and people should stop constantly complaining when they don't get their childhood dream faction shield and figure in every single new castle set. Lego shouldn't have to constantly have callbacks to their previous themes or it's going to get stale FAST

    Fortnite is still insanely popular, heck even I picked up for the first time in 5 years and had a lot of fun with friends. It's no where near being washed up. The D&D movie got great reviews but unfortunately underperformed.

    Overall I'm very excited! This is a set that I've been following for for well over a year now and can't wait to pick it up in around May when I'm back from college :p. The dragon looks perfect, minifigure choice is solid, and I can't wait to see the interiors! Still debating if I want to incorporate it into my LK layout or make it belong to the black falcons. Can't wait!! Price is a little steep in my opinion though. I definitely need to save up some funds. This, baradur, BDP pirate set, and trying to part out 10210 is going to be super expensive so I definitely need to plan out how to budget all of it.

    I'm honestly excited about the stickers haha. I'm not planning on getting this set any time soon, but I definitely will buy the sticker sheet to include that sick tapestry in my LKC throne room XD

    Its much better looking at it with clearer images. But I can definitely wait to get it. Definitely going to PAB the Wolfpack and purple torsos

    I'm just disappointed there's no jester included in the set. I know that's such a minor detail but that's honestly such a bummer. This set is definitely being put on the back burner for me. Baradur, D&D ,bricklink program are being bought before this. Set is pretty gorgeous but I can wait.

    There are certain things about characters that stay consistent. Spiderman is a journalist, has his uncle die, gets his powers from a spider bite etc. Same for Batman, even TLBM he is a playboy like come on. If it was a year 1 film sure I would understand where you're coming from but he is multiple years into being Batman. Batman Begins ( a much better film) did this portrayal of Bruce being a playboy really well. also I think we should go back to talking about lego haha, we're muddying up this discussion even though there isnt much DC Lego to discuss :((

    A lot of things happen in the comics, he used to use guns at the beginning lol. But that's not how Batman is portrayed. In almost every adaptation he is a playboy to cover up and to have an alibi.

    and then that stupid twist about his dad is revealed to be not true a scene after, and he just yelled at Alfred who nearly DIED 🤣
