  1. Still waiting for my tag...
  2. Why don't you read the review to find out?
  3. FBTB reports that Walmart's copies of the game have Iron Patriot packaged inside the game, so I guess there's nothing to worry about.
  4. Thank you. Glad you enjoyed it. I'm curious about this as well. If any of you who voted it poor would be so kind to step up and tell us your thoughts, it would be much appreciated.
  5. Man, what a great roster. And it doesn't even include the DLC characters. The only ones I would have liked to see in there are Wasp and Ultron, especially since we'll probably get an Ultron minifig in two years anyway, but other than that, I don't think we could have asked for more. On the topic of Lego games in general, I'm fine with the way they are and don't mind if they keep making them. There is always something new in each game that keeps the series interesting and I have played every TT game so far except for POTC and Indy 2. However, I do wish they would have some more different games on the side. I loved the Lego Racers games and would love to see them return for instance. The vehicle minigames in the TT games just aren't doing it for me. Same here. Let's hope he'll be included in the package. Otherwise I'll be very disappointed.
  6. You raise some good points. If they do include Boba, I wonder if they'll continue his story arc from TCW and show how he got his ship back and started wearing the green armor. In fact, I wonder if they will conclude any of the many open story arcs from TCW. Not that I want them to, considering those stories don't belong in the OT era, but it would still be nice to get some closure. Remember, what Obi-Wan says is always true - . We may not have interpreted that line that way, but it could be interpreted that way. Filoni and his team have gotten pretty good at exploiting such continuity loopholes, for better or worse.

  8. Oh cruel fate! After being cured of the zombie virus from last year, my sigfig got bitten by a werewolf! Now he transforms into one during every full moon and becomes even more hungry than usual! Beware the Were-Oky! During the day: During the night: Alarming Avatar by Oky - Space Ranger, on Flickr
  9. HOOOOOOOWWWWWL!

  10. That's how I feel. The big heads worked on the Toy Story figs because that's how the proportions of the characters were in the movies, and they have proved that they can do specially molded heads in about the same size as regular minifig heads like on Buzz Lightyear, so there is no excuse for them to be so big. Lets hope that these are indeed oversized prototypes. And even they aren't, I don't have much of a problem with it since minifigs are stylized representations of characters anyway. Aside from the size issue, they look pretty good to me.
  11. My sentiments exactly. It is irritating to see that they are continuing what they did in TCW by creating mediocre new villains based on concepts from the EU, even though it doesn't really make sense for them to exist within the movie canon. I understand why they did it, but I'm not liking it. At least they could have come up with a more original character design than that. And am I the only one who thinks it's silly that his lightsaber looks like the General Grievous Spinning Lightsaber toy? Oh well, as some people have said, lets hope he's not as generic as he looks. Yes, this is the only upside to this, that they can do whatever they want to this guy and it wont affect the characters from the movies. Plus since we don't know his fate, at least the episodes wont be as predictable as they would have been if Vader was the main villain, unlike in TCW whenever Dooku or Grievous was involved.
  12. Thanks! And no, he's just supposed to be a generic old-timey photographer.
  13. For those of you who were hoping to see Darth Vader going around and hunting down the remaining Jedi Knights in this series, prepare to be disappointed. Meet the Inquisitor, the guy Vader apparently hired to do the Jedi hunting for him. More info here. I have a bad feeling about this.
  14. Nice and funny pictures, greyjackal! Here's another one from me. The idea came from Lego Otaku. Photo Shoot by Oky - Space Ranger, on Flickr
  15. Thanks Infernum! Today I only have two for you: Wingless by Oky - Space Ranger, on Flickr Teenage Mutant Ninja Hulk by Oky - Space Ranger, on Flickr
  16. Play games on my iPhone like Candy Crush, Minion Rush, or Worms, often while watching videos on Youtube or TGWTG.
  17. Yeah, I know what you're saying. That's something I'm worried about too. It does seem unlikely that they would make a SW show without any Jedi. That's like making a Batman TV show without Batman in it (Oh wait...). And even if there are Jedi in the show, they probably wouldn't just show Vader killing them off. On the other hand, having the Jedi rise up against the empire would go against everything we know about Jedi in the OT. I could see some survivors like Ahsoka helping the rebels out occasionally, but I would expect them to stay hidden. I guess we'll just have to hope that Disney doesn't screw this up. May the force be with us...
  18. The people you are referring to work for Lego, and they're not gonna risk their jobs just because someone on the internet is being impatient. Yeah, that's another reason why I don't expect to see pictures anytime soon. Even the Lego Movie sets that are going to be released in winter have titles like this.
  19. Yeah, they're fan art from this artist. Don't believe everything you see on some kid's photostream. Also, as much as I love Mace Windu, if they revive him, I'm gonna be furious! (no pun intended) Haha, good point. I wouldn't take that teaser too seriously. They probably just strung a bunch of cool-sounding lines together that include the words "rebel alliance", "jedi", and "force" and called it a trailer.
  20. Wow, a $100 TMNT set? Perhaps a Technodrome set isn't as unlikely as I thought... And how exactly do you know this if I may ask? Keep in mind that the first TMNT wave was a winter wave and that this one will likely be a summer wave to tie in with the movie, so I wouldn't be surprised if we don't get any specific info until next year. In fact, I'm surprised we already have as much info as we do. So unless you have hard evidence that there is indeed more info out there, please stop spamming the threat with leak demands. Again, this is likely a summer wave, which is when TLG usually releases big sets, so comparing them with the winter wave of Superheroes sets isn't really fair. Even if we don't get as many big Superheroes sets as TMNT ones, I can see why. There is just not that many iconic things to base sets on in Marvel/DC, whereas the turtles have lots of iconic turtle themed vehicles and stuff, most of which are fairly big. Sure, they can always make stuff up like the Deadpool-copter, but do we really want that? I for one am glad that most of the Superheroes sets have been pretty small so far since themes like this are mostly about the minifigs anyway. The fact that most of them include either Batman, Spider-Man, or Iron Man is a different story...
  21. Thanks for the info! These sets all sound great indeed. Any other characters you could make out aside from the titular princesses and Prince Eric? Hm, a tan and lavender structure? Sounds like the royal tribune that can be seen in the background here: Is it just me or would it be really cool if they included a gray version of Prince Eric in the Ariel's Treasures set as his statue? I never thought I'd be this excited for a Disney Princess theme.
  22. Cool, thanks! Can you tell us about the colors of the sets, i.e. if they have a lot of girly colors like the Friends and Duplo Princess sets or if they are more accurate to the movie? I'm curious about that too, but I doubt they'd give her the long hair. She will probably have the braided hair that she has towards the end of the movie.
  23. Yeah, that listing is a bit confusing. It's unlikely that they will be blind packaged since we have already seen the packaging which shows which character is inside. Maybe they know how much the sets are going to cost, but don't have individual set numbers yet, so they just made one general listing for now.
  24. But don't you have the same problem with the CMFs or any collect-them-all themes for that matter? If the sets were any larger/more expensive, I could see how that would be a problem, but at only $4 per set, I don't think they'll have much of a loss if some are less popular than others as long as at least half of them sell well. I'm no business expert either, but that's what I think.
  25. Thanks Pandy! Could you please also rename it to Disney Princesses as that seems to be the name of the theme? Thanks.
