Hello there. Since there hasn't really been any thread like this (or not that I know of) I thought I'd start one, considering all the rumors of the line possibly continuing in a year. Here is one of the more recent evidences: Link From the report: Also, in case you haven't heard, this was also recently confirmed by Lego's customer service, and in an interview with someone from TLC in an article in a danish news paper some time ago (translated using google translator: Link) I personally am starting to believe this rumor, and I'm very happy about it. It just makes sense, considering that the videogame will spawn the interest in HP sets and that TLC would want to meet this demand. I can also believe the above statement that the videogame will inspire the set designers for new sets. Just look at the recent wave of Indiana Jones sets! They are clearly based on the videogame and turned out really good. So, I'm being very optimistic about this. So go ahead and discuss, but please stay on-topic and be mature. We don't want this to end up like the last thread. May the - uhm - magic be with you?

Damn. That will lower the value of the Torrent. I picked up a bunch when they were available in Target in the hopes of reselling them for a good price in a few years. Oh well. And yes, no matter if it's "hard to find" or "exclusive", it's usually available in Lego stores too. Shouldn't this be in "SW sets anyone" though?

Do you think he talks? After having seen almost half the movie thanks to the clips, we have not heard him say anything yet, only grunt. That would kinda suck because then 1, 2, 5, 7, and 9 are the only ones who really talk in the whole movie, and Really cool pics btw, Bfahome! I wish that augmented reality stuff would work for me, but the stupid software chooses my TV card as the source device instead of my webcam. Anyone know how to fix this? Edit: Yet another new clip. I agree, I'm getting quite fond of this set the more I look at it. Did you notice in Log 04 that the cockpit detaches? That must be the "detachable escape vehicle" S@H is talking about. It makes the whole thing even cooler! However, the more I look at the baddie vehicle that comes with it, the more I get the feeling that Slizer has impotence issues. If you know what I mean. (Sorry for that dirty joke, but this is an Adult website after all. ) Can't wait for a review! If I should end up getting it, I'll review it for you guys.

Nice BP. It would definitely compliment any Rebel base setup. With nothing for them to pilot, Rebel pilots are useless to me, so I wouldn't buy it, but for what it's supposed to be, it's very well executed. Good luck. Just one question: Why were you in such a hurry to enter?

Ahem. (The answer is yes.) Is that a question? Well, if you're behind, then yes, I'd say you haven't been watching it.

This is a clone army ship? I don't see any clones, only rebels. And the color scheme would need to be white with only a little bit of dark red. It also looks a bit thrown together, mostly due to the big holes, but as an alternative build to the RC, it's pretty good. Nice idea to combine the designs of the RC and the Tantive.

Check out my Quest for R2 D2 thread for the video. Btw, I was kidding about the "I told you so" thing. But just for the record, I was still one of the first to say they were no stickers.

Boy, that Tantive sure looks like a great ship! I simply love all the details on it! I even like the little transport, which looks better and more useful than the silly flyers included in the Republic Cruiser and Millenium Falcon IMO. I really hope I'll be able to afford it at some point. And - what do you know - No stickers! I TOLD YOU SO!

Calm down, I said it's a nice scene, didn't I? And yes, that clone looks pretty good, even though it doesn't make sense that "Danger" is written in English instead of Aureebesh. I should post some more MOCs as well... Or: "Hasta la vista, Cloney!" Great. The only thing I liked about the MOC and the idea isn't even yours. Nah, it's good that you used it.

Some very nice vignettes. As mentioned above, it's funny how the clone grabs the BD at the nose, but the flames in the Ventress vig are a bit confusing. I think it would be better if you would either form a complete circle of flames around her, or turn her so that the blades of her lightsabers are posed at the tips of the flames, making the flames look more like trails of the blades. Otherwise very nice work.

To be honest, I'm a little confused. Could somebody (possibly JD) post a Ch.1 recap?

Very interesting technique, but the scene would have been even funnier if one of the clones would have his feet looking out from the bottom of the bush so that it looks like they have bush disguises on, like in old-school cartoons.
