RGS or ARC 170 + Tri-droid? The RGS is sold out everywhere right now but I have reason to believe that it might get restocked after the holidays. So do you think I should get it as soon as it becomes available again or still wait for a sale until it really gets discontinued? I don't wanna miss out on this set, but I don't wanna pay more than $100 unless I have to either. And I really want the awesome new ARC! Just so you know, I don't have the old versions of those sets.

Oh how I wish that was true! I love the Azure Angel But since it's from the old CW cartoon, we will probably never see it as a set. But then again, it's rumored that we will get Plo Koon's fighter which is basically the same thing minus the modifications. And we have concluded that nothing we have seen so far is from the CW except for the Freeco.

Is it possible to get those pegs out of the rubbery socket somehow? Might be useful for some unconventional minifig customization...

I have been a very good boy this year, so, even though my parents said they wont buy me Lego anymore, I have asked for either the AT-OT or the Death Star. That's just you. If you look at the hi-res version, you will see that it's the regular old dome. And why wouldn't it be? R4-P44 dpesn't have the usual R4 dome. See: Agreed.

Doesn't the mere fact that it's a Phase 3 clone and that Barriss has dot eyes confirm that it's ROTS/EU? And what does it matter anyway? It's a vehicle used in the CW, no matter if it was seen in the TV show or movies.

Not by fans alone, but it does have air intakes, and that makes no sense, does it? I'm pretty sure they were never in stock, just like the Toy Story Woody's Round Up set.

It bothers you on a land based vehicle but not on a space vessel such as the ARC-170? I personally like fans.

Yup, that's Barriss alright. I would have prefered Luminara, but this is still good. Thanks for the new pics guys! The speeder looks great! Definitely getting at least one of it! Too bad the clone seems to be the old style with a black head, but oh well. He'll blend in better with the old ones this way. Let's hope there are more where that fig came from! It's also interesting that Barriss seems to have some sort of mixture between a CW and traditional style face. I guess she'll blend in with either kind this way. Where did you see the seats in front of the shields? That's the whole point of those shields - to keep the drivers safe. Really, I don't know where you guys are getting your reference from, but looking at the pic below, it look pretty much like a fan to me. I do agree on the guns and Jan/Feb though. Well obviously you haven't been looking hard enough. There are many reviews of Agents and Power Miners sets which use that piece quite heavily. Haven't you ever wondered what people mean when they talk about cheese grater pieces? Well, these are the ones. They have been used in SW too, like on the Solar Sailer and Fighter tank. I'm not saying it's bad that you missed this, just that it's rather odd. So, can we now please get a pic of Buzz without his armor please, Pugsly?

More sightings of TS sets in the US! Skyward72 says he found 2010 sets in his TRU and Pepa Quin over at FBTB says the same. He says: "they had RC ($21.99), army men (12.99) Buzz Statue ($25.99) and Woody’s Roundup ($54.99)". Just TRU overpricing, I suppose, but at least it's not too bad. Also, SirTank over in the SW forum said that his TRU will be getting the 2010 SW sets this Friday, so be sure to all check your local TRU on Saturday! Maybe the TS sets will be there too!

No! It's a swamp speeder! Looking at those pics, it seems like the first version of the ISP was more accurate. On topic: Looking at the new pics of the ARC and Freeco, it looks like the sets will have the old cockpit piece, and Kit will have sand green hands.

No. If anything, that's Barris. Look at the lightsaber. It's blue. And that head piece looks a lot like a hood. It would be strange though if a set with Barris would come with a Phase 2 trooper. Is this perhaps a preliminarity issue? Or maybe just part of TLC's weird urge to re-release Ep.3 sets? Who knows.

Wow. I can't believe how horrible this set is. Two times the exact same car, sticker palooza, mixed head colors, and one head is reused from a different minifig. Yuk! Usually I'm pro-stickers, but this is just going too far. Then again, I was never one for Racer sets. Good review though.

Thanks for replying, Tereglith. It's not too often that one gets any response around here. By all means, use that flag! It's awesome and very steampunky. Mine would just be a stand-in for that one since I don't have it. I really shoulda gotten some Orient Expedition. You mean the samurai helmet? That sounds pretty good, except for the plain black head which is a bit strange. If you have Bane, you should use his head. It would suit this perfectly IMO. As for me, yes, I'm going for more of a heavily armored look, like the Krimson Guards in the Jak & Daxter games. I'll play around a little and let you guys know when I come up with something good. Until then, I still accept suggestions for the fortress.
