Obi Wan Kenobi was aware of the things he had to give up when he joined the Jedi Order - Love, family, passion... But he never really missed those things. His commitment to his duties as a jedi usually outweighed his emotions. Even now that he lived in self-exile and devoted his life to watching over young Luke Skywalker, his solitude didn't bother him all that much. However, it was hard for him to ignore his emotions during the holidays. Every year on Christmas Eve, when he saw young Luke having a joyous time with his uncle and aunt, old Ben Kenobi's heart got heavy. Standing there in the cold evening desert, he wished he could spend the holiday with his family just like he used to... Unfortunately, the picture came out quite grainy. Prelim pics of the Visual Dictionary and Sticker book. Thanks to CeroKnight for finding them! Looks like the dictionary does indeed have a minifig, but right now it just shows regular uniform Harry as a stand-in. Will it be a special version of Harry, like the SW dictionary had a special version of Luke? I hope it will be something more exciting than that, but we'll see. No second page? But in this photo I can see the corner of a box of what seems to be another HP set. Are you saying there's nothing but Hogwarts, the Burrow, and the train on that page?

Yes, I remembered that pic when I took mine. I guess in a way, you were partly an inspiration for that shot. My initial inspiration, however, was when I heard the actors in The Last Airbender pronounce Sokka's name "Soka" which sounded a lot like "A(h)soka" without the "Ah" sound.

Hello there. This my MOC of the Hutt Swamp Speeder that Cad Bane used to hunt down Ziro the Hutt in the Clone Wars episode "Hunt for Ziro". It would be unfair toward those who went out of their way to go see those special screenings of the trilogy in the theater as the rest of us would get to see the whole trilogy in one night just like they did, but for free and from the comfort of our own homes. Besides, if they would do that, I'm sure they would have a couple of weeks break again after that, so it's probably better if they spread it out as they usually do. Why would they produce a whole different box set just for a different order of episodes? At best, they might include a booklet that lists the episodes in chronological order so that you can watch them that way, but I doubt they'll even do that.

Yes, of course I meant backwards. The color scheme of the humans is obviously inspired by that of Classic Space, yes, but why that set in particular? Lego doesn't do magnets anymore. I'm pretty sure it's just a light brick and the "abduction" is just a playbility demonstration.

Personally, I think it looks bad too. Like I already said, it looks too cube-like and not accurate at all. In my opinion, they should have made it like the one from 7093 Skeleton Tower. That would have looked much more accurate in terms of overall shape. Check the set descriptions. It does indeed sound like it will only be Jack and two other pirates. And magnet sets were never a "cheap" way of getting figs, unless you are referring to the quality of the figs. Seriously, mods, it would be really nice if you could put those set descriptions into the first post.

Who is to say that there weren't other new sets on the second page of Harry Potter Sets that we didn't see a pic of?

Thanks for the review, even if it's executed a little sloppily. The set really is only good for the two new droids, so I'm gonna try to postpone my purchase of it until it goes on sale. It's good that the Flickies are easily removable, but I'm just curious: Are they all fired at once or can you shoot two pairs separately? Uh, there are no STAPs in the CTT. And quite frankly, I have no idea how you didn't notice that building mistake until now. I mean, there are two STAPs included in this set, and one of them is still assembled correctly, and they are standing side by side... Oh well. I'll never understand your twisted OT mind. I don't see it either. Which new gun? The one the humans use? I think it's just a pistol with binoculars stuck on it, but I could be wrong. Does anyone else get the feeling that Halo might have been an inspiration for this theme as well? The soldiers look very similar to the ones from Halo, and the Alien Defender has a striking resemblance to a Warthog.

When she opened the door, she found Jammie sitting half naked on the couch, with candles on the table and romantic music playing from the radio, getting freaky with his Hermione doll! Is he wearing make up? JD's mother is speechless. Good thing she walked in before JD could show Hermione his "little wand". I hope you liked it. Note that I didn't use the muscular torso for JD this time, but the fat Patrick Star one. Your turn again, Jammie!

Actually, no, they're not. Watching the commercial again, I noticed it says it's only "Part one of a three-part event, the Nightsisters Trilogy". And if you check the TV Guide, it only lists half an hour of Clone Wars. It's the word "event" that threw me off, I guess. Sorry for getting everyone's hopes up.

Funny, I thought Johnny was hilarious in that movie. I liked that version much better than the old one which was never interesting enough for me to keep me watching all the way through. Then again, I'm a big Burton fan, and you never like the things I like. If it's a movie you'd like to unsee, why do you recommend it?

I just came back from my local store and can verify that yes, they have the same prices in-store. HOWEVER, they had even less in stock than S@H. They don't even have the new Star Wars sets yet. I came home empty handed.
