LEGO Star Wars Set Discussion 2025 - READ FIRST POST!!!

Ok just wondering if there were any odds on it being reused for other figures. In the same way we are all hoping for more death troopers at some point in the near future. I’m still hoping there are more figures coming in this set -

A full sketch of Bacara is on Reddit now don’t like this new trend of sketching but it’s crazy if that is a way of being able to leak and not get in any trouble. Figure looks good. Out of curiosity does his helmet match that of any other trooper? -

Those sketches are horrible though. The new 3in1 castle the sketch made the set look so bad and then the real pictures and it’s so much better. So taking it as a good sign. Just want to know how many figures mainly marines are coming with it. I am a fan of downsized vehicles in general and i messed up not getting the last CTT but I still wish for the UTAT but looking forward to the pics coming I worked a 20 hour day on the recent U.K. local elections to be able to afford this wave so hopefully it’s worth it Don’t forget the advents calendars and they are released in September -

In all the years I’ve followed news for leaks never seen so much randomness and inconsistency around a set. I’ve seen the thing on Reddit saying it’s a UT-AT and not a turbo tank. Leakers are saying it’s a turbo tank and not a UT-AT. Surely if things are showing in stores they would have the right name, but then also why is it showing up ready in stores 3 months before release? Surely Lego would be sending out info of set number and name a few months in advance? They announced K2S0 in April which is an August set so if they had pictures ready for that and finalised the rest of the wave should be the same surely. i’m trying not to moan but it’s just so strange. Hopefully pictures will come soon and clear it all up. I’m probably on my own here with it being my most anticipated set but I just want to do an old school battlefront 2 MOC with the marines. I want to enjoy some nostalgia lol. -

It’s so hard to know, me personally I think the movie tariffs might mean that fewer films get made. Maybe some of the SW projects they had lined up might become a risk financially which means fewer new sets (on new films) and more chance for some well needed remakes in the coming years. I think realistically it’s impossible to know there are too many ifs buts and maybes. like I said before we common people the 99% get shafted on a daily basis so it’s just another drop of rain in the ****storm that we all face right now -

I’ve seen mixed things about this so happy for someone to correct me but it’s definitely only films and not merchandise. like toys/games/posters etc would be subject to separate tariffs that’s why Lego have hiked prices and I imagine other companies that make official merchandise will as well if they haven’t. I’ll also take a guess and say yeah anything that hasn’t been released before the tariffs come in will be subject to them. this isn’t meant to be political and agreeing/disagreeing but logistically how do they go about this? I’ve no idea guessing ticket prices double, subscription fees doubling or films not being shown in the US. I’ve read some say that’s it’s only like films made by other countries like your parasite or say the peaky blinders film (when that comes out). then the other hand could be avengers/batman/SW all shoot in the U.K., PoTC the Caribbean and Australia so all those would be tariffed. Say all the parts you make outside of the US are subject to tariffs. Again how do you figure out a sum? Hollywood loves using British cities and locations for their films, like the Batman shot loads of outside scenes in Glasgow probably because it’s cheaper to shoot in Scotland than it is on the streets of New York/Chicago Think the only thing that will happen is that budgets will increase, quality of actors in roles will go down/ actors might have to take a pay cut. It also mean studios will probably carry on taking less risks which means more remake/prequel/sequel nostalgia bulls*** that has plagued Hollywood for a while now. at least for us in the U.K. for the moment it won’t affect much. Some films you do have to actually film on set. Like you can’t make a Dday WW2 movie on the coast of Florida, or a PoTC film in Sunny Alaska. To be honest whatever happens is the 99% of normal people get shafted either way and we’ll all just get a dodgy fire stick and watch on vpns without our TV licences what’s the worse that can happen? The battle droid for some reason has been revealed and that’s July release for some reason as has K2S0 which is August. So logic says the pictures are ready just got to leak -

So many summer sets getting pics and leaks SW sets must be next, even if it’s some of those crappy sketches that were on Reddit. I’m so interested in seeing what we’ve got and whether I’m going to be poor or rich this summer -

I like the idea of the advent calendar being themed. But I don’t like the droid theme. Lego missed a trick not having it Clone themed real lack of clone focus this year -

so has anyone seen there’s a list of all the set price rises out for the US. Apparently the DS isn’t going any higher and a few other buildable droids and the AT-ST and micro fighter all won’t be going up which says to me at least Lego know they are taking the pi** with the RRP in the first place. The buildable droid is going up 30 dollars on its own?! -

I say it all the time we are at a point now with Star Wars that there are so many different things/eras you can not cater to everyone. Balance is needed of course but unfortunately some people are always going to be disappointed and more importantly some people are going to argue that there bit of SW deserves more than this bit etc etc end of the day the biggest issue is the death of the traditional LEGO Star Wars set that was aimed at all ages. 18+ sets aren’t going away and it’s going to be at the cost of the sets we all love. Even still without the 18+ sets on the shelves we would still be arguing that someone’s era of Star Wars isn’t getting enough coverage. The only way to please everyone would be to do 100 sets a year and you know that would be ridiculous because no one could afford that or want that really. Been on here so long that I’ve seen people crying for clones to hating clones, from being bored of Luke’s landspeeder to wanting it done again. I think if enough people don’t like the sets and don’t buy them eventually Lego will get the message but again Lego can release what they want nobody forces us to buy them. Most of us probably dip our toes in other Lego themes so for me last years average LSW year was good because I could focus what little money I can afford on Lego in to other projects. Does make me wonder though are people here on Eurobricks because we are Lego fans first or Star Wars fans? -

The build for the battle pack is ok, but I see this going on sale very quickly. I’m tempted by the Death troopers but to be brutally honest they’ll end up in the magazine at some point this year/next year so I might just get them from that or even on eBay/bricklink. i know im not alone here but if these were normal Death troopers and normal stormtroopers this set would be perfect. -

How many clones came with the AT-TE? It was 4 plus Cody right? There must be some kind of droid to go against them if Lego was feeling brave maybe they could chuck in a couple Droidekas as like you say plenty of B2s hanging around and presumably a load of B1s will be in the MTT -

At this point it is a set with Ki adi Mundi, the commander and some marines and a few hundred pieces of Lego of which its final build is unknown. Let’s say it is whatever you want it to be until it isn’t :) that’s how I’m coping with the mixed uncertain rumors with the tariffs let’s just all agree in the current climate it’s an excuse for every single company to shaft us up backside with price increases whatever the motivation for it is, and whatever your background may be (it don’t matter really) and even if you agree/disagree about it we as individuals can’t do anything but find a way to cope. I expect the forum going to get frozen/locked for a while now so hopefully no images leak over the next few days lol -

I wonder if Lego is on a leaker hunt. people see different images, they leak it, either that or it’s something lost in translation maybe or people presuming. I swear we’ve never had a rumour where the figs are consistent but the actual build is so uncertain -

I’m probably on my own for this but I’m not at all excited about this Maul series, like he’s been done. The animation lot needs to stop flogging this dead horse and be brave and try something new. Going to sound like an angry old man but the current popular trend of rewatching the same series over again and replaying the same games and all that is just so tiring. Keep seeing people want more Clone Wars stories or a Vader series (as if the whole saga isn’t about Vader anyway). Most of the Disney plus series have been trying to fix the ST and adding bits to it when maybe what the ST needs for it’s popularity is a fully fledged animation series (I know resistance exists) that fleshes out that era in a good way. Maybe I just don’t get the hype around the character like he got cut in half and killed somehow survived did some stuff got beat by a teenager did some more stuff then dies again. There must be more characters out there in SW that have a story to explore. also had a cheeky look at the Mandolorian and Grogu trailer and you know they are going to do a new AT-AT and I’m kind of torn because I got the last (non UCS) one but I want to get more imperial remnants in my collection. -

He’s also frozen tariff for 90 days didn’t he so we know Denmark (EU) or Mexico won’t be getting anymore higher and 3 months time most the sets will be waiting to go on the shelves so they had to plan it now. But I still am worried that it will lead to rest of the world prices going up at some point. If the Americans will buy it 10%+ more bet the Rest of the world will, that’s the kind of corporate greed that the whole world is a sucker for unfortunately. Starfighter sounds interesting no offence to a lot of the actors they get for SW but them getting Ryan Gosling would say to me to this film has a lot better chance of getting made and even released. It’s interesting because do we know what era it’s set in yet because it could be anything at this point which is refreshing for a SW project. Still wish we were getting a rogue squadron film, I love the theory the reason it’s been delayed for so long is because they wanted to do Top Gun in space and make it the best fighter pilot film ever made and then they released Top Gun Maverick. Whether or not that’s true we’ll never know. -

It must suck because it’s not even like licenses or inflation. Its going effect literally every theme in Lego in NA. Don’t know how big the NA market is overall for Lego but surely it’s going to take a big hit. im just thankful that as a Brit this kind of stupid **** didn’t happen as bad with Brexit. (Would have claimed my Maltese citizenship that my dad is entitled to and emigrated had it happened lol). I had a feeling as soon as the Switch 2 had a higher price for America that Lego and other companies would follow suit, just wonder which company will be the first to blink to raise the rest of the worlds prices to match Americas…. On a more positive if they’ve got pictures and preorders ready for the K2S0 set which is still August right? It must mean the June and August wave must be ready and will leak over the next few weeks/months. don’t know if it’s all Chinese whispers but I’m worried about the set with the marines in. I think my expectations for it were so high because it’s something I’ve always wanted that I’m just worried what Legos going to come out with -

I always thought Mando’s N1 kind of came out of nowhere. And then the set followed quickly afterwards but just depends on the set numbers but I hope we get the TIE avenger even if it’s next year and not in the summer -

Lego failed with the K2S0 set how can the £20 version from 10 years ago look better than a “premium” product aimed for adults only? Also they’ve lost potentially a few sales by not having the K2S0 mini-figure exclusive to that set (which I’m thankful for) but Lego normally lock these figures in the buildable sets as an incentive. These buildable figures have got to stop they are killing this theme -

I’d say it would be cassian in the outfit shown in the trailer, a tie pilot (in the inferno squad looking outfit) and definitely a range trooper and whatever spoiler character is stopping them from releasing it now. in all the trailers this avenger has been shown almost as much as say Ashoka’s ship and the Ghost had which both got sets. I don’t think I’ve seen a U wing yet in the trailer (might be wrong) but obviously a U wing would sell well because of Rogue1 but for a TIE to be marketed so prominently and I think by 2026 the only other TIE in the shelves will be the RTG one so there is potential, it’s an easy win for Lego to do one. im really looking forward to Andor season 2 the way they do the 3 episode arcs kind of makes it feel like we are getting 4 films over 4 weeks telling stories building up to R1. It’s just a shame that obviously we know how it ends. This and the Mando film are the only new projects alongside Jedi fallen order 3 that I’m looking forward to in the near future. If the series gets the viewers and the reviews then I’m sure Lego would invest in doing more sets in 2026/2027. Still wondering when Cal Kestis is going to make his live action debut, it’d be amazing if it was in Andor. -

I think the coverage the avenger has got in both the promo and trailer I think there must be a set coming and I think the only reason it’s coming next year is because there might be a character (imperial) which might be spoilerish. The promo you put up earlier, it’s featured heavily in the trailers and they’ve had the avenger pilots uniform on display (looks like inferno squad) I think it’s a certainty. Isn’t there a $70 dollar set coming in 1HY 2026 which matches the price range of a starfighter in this day and age. I think Lego and Disney are going to throw more at Andor mainly because there is nothing else new for them until the Mando movie. Also with the Turbo tank I’m ok with it now, like others had said had that been the original rumour we’d all would have been “ok but random” in the same way the corusant gunship was yay gunship but why not the normal one. I just hope for everyone’s sake Lego doesn’t do anything stupid and decide to design it in a colour unique to the marines. for those more in the know, do the marines appear in another armour other than what we saw in RoTS? I’ve wanted the “clone snow troopers” as I’ve always called them since I was a kid and I’d be annoyed if Lego did something only Lego would do and change there appearance randomly. I also think it won’t be long til we start seeing some of the August sets. Starting to see some other themes leak for the summer so hopefully we’ll start getting a glimpse soon. I half expect them to unveil the K2S0 at some point during Andors run. -

As another Brit, try B&M as well, Argos/sainsburys are ok at times as well they often do new BP on a 2for30 deal(which is like a mix and match for toys of any brand). Smyths is good for the big sets on sale. There is a site called Yottabrick which compiles all Lego sets and what prices they are at the shops. Often use it to spot when good deals are on. -

The only reason I defended this summer wave was because the UT-AT and the marines were going to be new and something never done before. Now it’s just a turbo tank it’s harder for me to defend Lego being so clone focused now. I’ll warm to the idea eventually but right not I’m really disappointed in Lego. I wonder if they will disappoint us more by doing a red tank to match the legion. just feels like it’s a £150 battle pack. ATM I think it’s no longer a day 1 purchase for me just going to probably get the MTT. did the marines ever appear in a turbo tank? I just do not get the decision just have to see what it looks like. With the snowspeeder be interested in the look of it but again would wait for a discount. The rumour say a Green duros could that not just be a different species? Like a neimdoian? Wonder if the hot rod is red/yellow like the Lego logo in the same mannner the droid from the tie vs x wing was red/yellow for Lego At this rate it’ll be a AT-TE with Gree and the scout troopers but it won’t be based on Kashyyyk. The UT-AT was unique im gutted we aren’t getting one. I don’t think it’s because of Order 66 when we got a set from it last year with Grogus escape. I think there is another surprise with this set going to wait for the pictures now. also I wonder if this turbo tank will come with a mini at-rt in red and continue the new trend of walkers in legion colours
