LEGO Star Wars Set Discussion 2025 - READ FIRST POST!!!

Am I being a nob or is this piece by piece leaking annoying anyone else? I’d rather they just do at least figure by figure or the whole set at once. -

So the torso and half the helmet for the marines have leaked. It’s looks like it’s dual moulded? But without the other bit I can’t really tell if it’s good or not. But I presumed they would have just used the old snowtrooper helmets but maybe this will be used for the snowtroopers for a mando and Grogu set next year? -

It’s a new Star Wars film/show of course there is going to be a new stormtrooper variant we’ve never seen before. Just like the incinerator trooper, the artillery trooper, the imperial commandos, the praetorian guards, Enoch and all the other night troopers. Just hope the new guys get a chance to be in a set this time -

Some of the purge trooper helmets look very close/similar to the airbourne trooper ones which would have been in stock at the time as they had the grievous starfighter with that one trooper around that time as well. Maybe they are saving it for when they decide to bring Cal to live action. -

Well when I meant a wave was thinking a few sets like the old republic got. They got 2 ships and a BP which was enough, so for Jedi fallen order that would easily be the mantis with the main cast and maybe Taron Malicos as a bonus. then an inquisitor ship with the 2nd sister and then a purge trooper BP. But that’s why it’s a shame because the old republic got sets, force unleashed got sets even BF2 so it’s a strange time to stop. Lego thought it was popular enough to do the buildable BD droid but again maybe they should have done the mantis. But yeah I am champion of the thought that everyone can’t be pleased now with Star Wars it’s too big, too many eras to cover people will always be disappointed but as it’s so expensive these days all I say is if you don’t like a years sets save your money for the future. the mando film will get a good coverage for sure. I imagine from the trailers will get a new AT-AT, a scout walker, if the rumour's are true then the new razor crest, and probably a set with Jabbas son is as well. If they try to cover all kind of sets then maybe they’ll either have like a mando mech, a buildable IG droid (maybe with Grogu in the middle), maybe a random imperial ship or new republic ship. Generally there’s opportunity for new things but considering the imperial remnants inclusion and Mando working freelance for the NR I do expect new versions of existing OT ships maybe in different colour schemes And new figures. Of course with any new Star Wars film there will be a new Stormtrooper type that has never been seen before but is suddenly expected to exist :D -

Thing is they only did the catching up because of the backlash of the launch. They knew they messed up so badly at the start they had to do that. Enough time has passed that same company would launch a BF3 in a similar state. So many games these days release so badly and the consumers allow them to get away with it. The only reason I’d want a BF3 would be if Lego decide to do battlepacks to go along with it. but back to Lego I was hoping with the details starting to drip through we’d get some more leaks and info but maybe we’ve got to wait til after June 1st maybe for some more info. Apart from the 4 clone sets I’m curious about the AT-ST, barely heard anything about it wonder if it’ll come with a figure or two? I still think/hope there is room in the MTT for a separatist figure, i could have sworn someone said there would be one but didn’t say who or was it again a case of someone presuming something. -

They’ll charge what £70 for it if they did a BF3 probably charge you 30-40 for some stupid battle pass thing that’ll give you random heroes or clone skins etc and probably release with just like Hoth and Naboo maps and make you wait a year for more lol. nothing wrong with what they’ve got if the servers are running let them play it. I’d rather a new Star Wars game tbh something along the lines of the cancelled Mandolorian one. The battlefront games also came at a time when they had the sequel trilogy out, so there was an opportunity/demand for it. There has been no new content that I think would justify a new game maybe after Ahsoka 2 and the Thrawn film you could maybe add the new republic and imperial remnant as factions but otherwise it’ll just be the same content repeated form before. I was one of those fulls who bought BF2 when it first came out and I think people forget the state the game was in when it came out. Was an actual farce surprised EA managed to pull it out of the bag. it is a shame they’ve stopped the video game sets, feel like there would have been an audience for a Jedi series wave -

That’s providing the devs still work there. Id be all for it but its EA and I’m a dad gamer now single player for an hour or two a week dont have time to sweat to get good. I miss the old school single player campaign and galactic conquest. The only thing I could imagine would be a next gen upgrade or remaster with those new updates you mentioned. but those two BPs were elite. Gave us the shock stormie and rebels troops that were non human if I remember right. Could easily update with a few new troop variants. -

I know it’s not Lego related but I do find this whole BF2 revival thing pointless. It’s been years since they said they wouldn’t do any more updates, EA said they won’t do a BF3 they cancelled so many games because they were in a mess including a Mandolorian game (think we’re lucky Jedi 3 is still a possibility). Also EA is in a close contest with Bethesda and Ubisoft as being one of the worst companies out there. So many of their games are designed to suck the most amount of money out of your pockets think people forget about how bad the loot boxes were when BF2 came out. Even if by some miracle someone at EA sees all these players and thinks let’s make a new one, how long is the development cycle of a game? back to Lego I’ve just seen the Lego Jedi adventures set from last year in a shop for £15 which was about 1/3 of its rrp i think, that has to be in contention with the 1st order half AtSt as one of the worst sets released. Not sure who at Lego would think making a Lego 4+ set so expensive -

I might have missed it but I haven’t seen any you tubers/tik tokers with any of the June sets yet, except for an American girl with all the Harry Potter sets. Normally they all get the sets a couple weeks before any wave comes out. Only wanted to get better look at some of the sets especially the prize machine and the BP -

It’s an odd one because the images are there and ready. You wouldn’t have a September set (advent calendar) ready before an August wave. Then the fact that K2S0 set is ready and revealed. You wouldn’t rush one and not just have the rest ready. The final designs would have been finished a while now because you got to manufacture the pieces and I can’t see that being a quick process. And certain info needs to go to retailers to see if they want to have those sets in stores and again that kind of thing is done months in advance. imo it comes down to one of two things. One Lego is trying to clamp down on leaks so the usual sources who give out the specific info don’t have the access anymore so that’s why it’s so incomplete on details. Or two the leakers who’ve got the info are trying to drip feed the info for more engagement (likes/follows on social media). It could be a combo of both, I could understand more if the summer wave was for an upcoming film/series and they wanted to keep it really quiet but there are none of those sets. Then also maybe in the past few years set info (number and name) has come out so early that there is no way you can know a final figure list you can only guess which is probably how the UT-AT rumor came from. It’s harder because we’ve known what sets are going to be for so long with no info, sometimes I’d rather wait a little longer to get the sets names and all the info but that’s just me -

I’ve been following the forum for a while and i remember one of the old school leakers he stopped because people would harass them demanding to know every detail and all that and I think they just walked away as it wasn’t worth the hassle. But social media side is very annoying but suppose it’s part of the game now, everyone wants their likes and follows. im always in the court of getting all the info when its ready rather than drip feeding because sometimes you see half a helmet and then you just want to see the rest. Well normally when a new battle pack comes out there is normally arguments about army building whether it’s like how many sets you need to buy to have an army whether it should be 4 of the same figure or a mixture of troops etc or should just be one faction and not two blah blah blah. I hate fake leaks there are a few accounts on other platforms that I have been gullible enough to believe. does feel like this summers wave is a big one in terms of number of sets but it’s been quite quiet for certain sets like the AT-ST. on a side note does anyone remember who the leaker was who said a loads of things would be coming to Lego and have all come true so far with the exception of the Endor MBS? Or was that the guy that had codename redwood but was the Death Star leak? -

That’s why I’m trying not to sound entitled but just feels like when they leak like that they are doing it more for the attention and the ‘clout’ of being a leaker rather than some of the other leakers who leak info in a more complete way for the community not for social media. I do appreciate the info and the fact the forum is on target, as we are so easily led off course. We are well overdue a forum wide argument about battlepacks/army building and helmet holes lol. -

There is a leak of half a clone helmet on Reddit. Not to sound like an entitled snob but I hate when people drip feed things like this just leak the whole head/figure not half. im sure that those who wants a 100% accuracy will find a fault in it I personally don’t really mind. Just want to see the whole thing now. Not sure if the leak is Bly or a regular but hopefully the leaker will release the other half of the head at some point :D -

If Lego were feeling generous they would put the commandos in the battle pack, a droideka or two in the MTT and maybe another droid type in the CTT. But that is me being optimistic and Lego has a unique way of sharting all over my optimism -

That’s actually a good point seems strange to have B2s in 2 battle packs great opportunity to army build with the commandos might boost the sales a bit could they recolour the dark saber piece again like last year? -

I’d only get the Death Star tbh if I won the lotto, won a good accumulator or inherited some money from a crazy rich relative that I’ve never met lol. Realistically probably just pick up any interesting exclusive figures on bricklink/ebay. For me 400 is about my limit which is what Barad Dur cost and LKC was a little less back then. Even the figures you got to figure half will be generic troopers which we’ve probably got loads of already and I don’t care for random named officers as they all look the same to me. Then main cast we’ve got plenty of so for me there’s a good chance there will be maybe 5 figures id genuinely want that I would consider for myself worth collecting. i know it the difference between licences and unlicensed sets but its kind of mad how the ideas vending machine has 16 new figures, new designs and shields and pieces etc and costs similar to the CTT and MTT which minus the b1s is rumored to be coming with well less than half that. Suppose as fans what are we wanting from sets is it the figures or the build or a combo? -

We’ve already had a BF2 set! Can’t believe how long ago it was already. Plastic pauldrons hope that doesn’t mean it’s the start of more clone BPs in 2026 like they did when they started putting helmet holes in. The only scenario where I’d be down for - 4th 501st bp is if it was another specialist even if isn’t cannon like airborne troopers or arc troopers, pilot or something else along those lines. It sucks when they suddenly decide that Jedi fallen order/survivor would be the perfect time to stop making sets based on video games. -

I know this might sound stupid. I’ve never really cared for the cloth pauldrons but if they are upgrading them surely it’ll just be like armour in the castle/ninjago sets. They have loads that just go over the shoulder. I 1 don’t understand why they haven’t done it before or 2 how else they can upgrade them.   Hoping to hear and see more of these sets soon. Gives me hope that the preliminary images of the 327th pack might be a bit different to the final product -

I imagine 10 is the right number of droids you’ll have some that are part of the MTT like the old one and then a couple on the outside. But I could have sworn there was a rumour that there was going to be one separatist figure in the set -

Without spoiling, I loved Andor finale it saddens me that I will Never enjoy a piece of SW media like I have this series and R1. It’s crazy that Disney can produce quality like this but then also throw out series that don’t quite hit the mark. Never had an emotional attachment the way I did with this, I wish they’d stuck with the original 5 series plan. But back to Lego - Andor could easily provide inspiration for numerous sets from multiple possible Imperial BPs to small imperial land or air/space vehicle sets. I just hope that some of the designers at Lego share the same feeling and have the creative freedom to do so over the coming years. last thing about Andor it’s mad just how many like small time random British actors that were in like eastenders or phone shop suddenly ended up being in Star Wars like must be pretty cool. if I didn’t have work in the morning or kids who wake up at silly o clock I’d be watching R1 right now but that’ll have to wait until another day -

I feel like Ghorman is like a hybrid of Central European cultures. Obviously the French resistance from WW2 but swear some of the actors are German. Their names sounded more Germanic. The whole feel of the place seemed more Alpine as well. As it’s been a week now loved the 3rd arc. Lego would be silly not to at least do a generic imperial set based on Andor even if it’s not linked to it
