  1. Ok, you guys finaly convinced me @The Reader @zinnn I'll set up this topic as a poll next tuesday. @LetsBrick would you allow me to use the pictures you posted in the opening thread?
  2. Nah, it's too late And not a poll But if anyone has ideas for future pirate polls, let us know!
  3. This should have been a poll
  4. I use all sets i buy as parts and minifigure packs. I may build the set once and then dissassemble it after two weeks and use the parts for mocs. Some sets i may not even build...
  5. The Kelleren Beq minifig looks great. I really like his jedi robes with the golden applications! Still i am uncertain about the set, as i don't need the other figs.
  6. I like the 'Slopes Curved' and 'Detailed Plates / Tiles and Plates' the most, because they allow for a more enhanced shape of the coastline.
  7. What a lively and colorful build this is! Love it!
  8. That's a fun one! Well, maybe not so much fun for the poor sailors Nice trimaran! Is that a custom sail piece?
  9. Wow, the water/wave technique is ingenious That makes for a very dynamic scene of the ship riding the waves!
  10. It sounds cool i guess You read the word and know what kind of person it is.
  11. Fantastic shuttle build! Is that Darth Jar Jar, mighty lord of the Sith?
  12. Welcome to Eurobricks @Joshsurf Have fun!
  13. Nice to meet you @21gatliffa Welcome to the forum Looking forward to your Modular Arkham Asylum MOC! The idea sounds awesome!
  14. The coach looks wonderful! I love that apparatus on the roof that is used to measure the winds. But man, those poor tiny ponies have to pull the big coach!
  15. Wow, that's 4 minfigs in a row! Nice! And i have no Chewbacca yet, so i'll get the magazine
  16. Haha ok, i see Somehow i thought there will be 15 terrain types or something like that
  17. Look great! How many different terrain types will there be in the game?
  18. I feel quite different about this. A medieval town set without a horse is a shame! It feels like the designers had to cut everything everywhere to meet the excel table numbers they got from the white collars I can feel the pain of the designer when he speaks about "too many stickers". Speaking about pirates: While the civilians buildings may not fit a spanish colonial style town or a caribbean setting, they maybe fit New England? Bar the "guarded" part of the Guarded Inn that is. That part of the set looks too European. I don't buy expensive sets like this on principle and since i rate it as a 5 i would not have bought it anyway. Though i wish we would get history themed civilian buildings for around 80€ or so. I'll get the boy's tan torso and maybe the goat from PAB (Depends on the price of the goat and if i feel it is justified...). The new door piece also looks interesting! Btw, it is not possible to buy the sticker sheets from PAB, right? Because the small ones that are pinned to the tree are fun. If only they were printed tiles available at PAB
  19. Indeed I'd also add moc builders and set builders/collectors.
  20. Haha, i can relate to this. I clean everything, turn around and then there it is again: D U S T
  21. Truely a beautiful ship! Love the colorful decorations! What are these white oriel windows (or whatever they are called ) for?
  22. The painted hood and scarf look fantatstic! Great minifig all around! Do you have a picture that shows the figure from the back?
  23. Completely forgot to comment on this. Thankfully @Fraunces broad it up again and i can only second what he said. Great start of the story and another great vignette!
  24. Even one of the hobbit torsos from Rivendell ended up at PAB, but overall it is a rare occurrence.
  25. Yellow won, as expected i guess. But it got more votes than i initially thought it would get. I thought everything would be closer together.
