Congrats everyone! It was a fun contest and we saw many fine space pirate mocs

It's true, it's the best name for a Lego set ever (of sets that i know )!

Took me some time to figure out for which set i want to vote. Finally i decided to go with the 6277 Imperial Trading Post. Sure, Barracuda Bay and also the newest Eldorado Fortress are the more modern sets, using the latest parts and techniques, but the concept of the Trading Post appeals more to me and i also like the more "realistic" approach of a Caribbean port town.

He says in German "... und ich kann euch jetzt verraten, es werden wohl nicht nur R2-KT enthalten sein, sondern auch drei Stormtrooper und drei Rebellentruppler." Sounds like he's pretty certain about that.

Maxbaut said that Darth Maul does not really count and that R2-KT is the 6th one. He further said that there might be 6 Minifigures in the set, 3 Stormtroopers and 3 Rebel Fleet Troopers.

I like the choice of R2-KT actually. It shows that Star Wars has an impact on peoples lifes! In that regard it is probably the most powerful of the anniversary minifigures. Every of the figs they could have chosen instead has it's pros and cons but i am fine with this one.

No need to feel sorry! I only know about it because it was happening to me too when i was using imgur. I klick with the right mouse button on the picture and select 'Open image in new tab' from the options. Then a new tab with only the picture opens and shows the address of the image itself (with the .jpeg file format ending). You can also simply klick on 'Copy image address' from the options. I guess every browser works the same here?!

Maxbaut reports in his latest YT video that R2-KT will be a anniversary figure. It comes with the 40755 Star Wars 25th Celebration set, 383 parts, October 1.

It's not because of the format but because of the image address. When i directly link to the image (with file format ending) it shows. Guess it's related to imgur.

Do the pictures show for you? I only see the links and have to kilck on every one of them to see the picture.

What a beautiful train

Previously we established which is the best Lego Pirates ship and which is the better set between the new Eldorado Fortress and Barracuda Bay. According to the results of the poll Sabre Island would be the most popular choice for a GWP remake and personally i think it is also the most likely one. But LEGO works in mysterious ways We'll see

The speeder looks massive! Since the Beq minifig is the only thing that i am interested in, the set is a pass for me. Hope he shows up in a magazine next year

Wish i could see this in real life. Where do you display the layout? A brick show in Belgium?

Yes, it's a great addition to the set the moc! I really like the awning and the red bricks around the window. I only feel, the bigger the black ground gets, the more it looks 'unnatural'. What do you guys think?

Great scene and wonderful execution! In the first second i was wondering what the boat is doing in the streets, then i realized that there is a flood! I love how only the top of the roof of the small building sticks out of the water. So good

Okay, just saw the first review and the next magazine gift will be a Mano N-1 starfighter minibuild. The magazine is set to be released 19 April in Germany.

I am surprised we have not heard about the next magazine gift yet. The issue with Chewbacca should release tomorrow or Saturday in Germany and usualy some people get it early. Hope we'll get a 5th minifig in a row! Fingers crossed

Fantastic layout! There's so much to see! I love that you have a train running through your layout. It's not something we see often with Lego Star Wars. Do you have a video of the running train?
