2025/26 Castle [wishlist/speculation]
Yperio_Bricks replied to GreenhouseBricker's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
10223 looks nice and has everything you would expect from such a set but please no expensive ~200€ remake. Kids won't get into the theme if all sets are that expensive. -

Will Lego release official pictures before or after all sets have leaked? Is the '75396: Escape from the Sarlacc' a August set too? I forgot the release date. -

Unpopular Opinions about LEGO
Yperio_Bricks replied to Lego David's topic in General LEGO Discussion
What i wanted to say is, that the other companies would love to see Lego travel back in time and neglect 40 years of development in bricks, pieces and design because Lego's market share would shrink drastically while the other companies would expand a lot! You are doing the right thing, buying what you like from other companies Being a moccer, the most imprtant thing for me are the minifigures, so so far i bought only Lego, but i like to see the other brick companies doing well because it is better for us customers when there is no monopoly. -
Unpopular Opinions about LEGO

Lego neglecting 40 years of development and going straight back into the 80s? Cobi, Bluebrixx, Mega and all Chinese companies would love to see that happen! -
[M4-24 Sabine’s Paint] Z-95 Headhunter
Yperio_Bricks replied to Sentinel_Brix's topic in Watto's Junkyard
Great job on the Z-95! Like i said in the Mysteries RPG thread, I love the color scheme. The colors really pop! As the others have mentioned, the smoothness of the build really stands out. I like especially the engine covers and area behind the cockpit with the slopes, curved slopes and cheese slopes. -
A beautiful moc! The lightning and focus make for a very atmospheric scene. Fun little detail with the seagull in front of the window. It kind of represents the freedom Steve is dreaming of!

Haha, fun story! Love the Z-95! The colors really pop. I like how the engines are intergrated in the wings. It looks so smooth. I also like the bar and ground installations of the base. They collected quite some trophies which we can see in the bar. The other ships are from sets? It's nice that they all have matching white and blue color schemes while the Z-95 really stands out! Great job

[ENTRY][SMALL] Mini Imperial Trading Post
Yperio_Bricks replied to SevenDeadlyStreamers's topic in Pirate MOCs
Your daughter did a great job She captured the trading post well and condensed it to its essence in mini format. I really like the mini cannons and the usage of the shoulder armor for the small boat. The merchant ship looks great and the Gryffindor tile is such a good substitution for the printed sail! And we can even find small details like the barrels and yellow goods that can be lifted with the crane. Well done -
Great story and nice little moc! I like that Steve is only wearing a grass skirt at first The thick sail cloth makes for an formidable awning to protect Steve from the sun while he is enjoying his beverages I only wish we could see Steve's departure and if the poor marooned sailor had to give his pants...

[MOC] Meereen Throne Room - Game of Thrones
Yperio_Bricks replied to Martin98's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
Wow, very nice GoT moc You captured the architecture of the throne room well! The sitting Mother of Dragons looks great with the brickbuild dress. The minifigs are all instantly recognizable! I know it is not possible but if iI had just one wish, it would be the GoT license and many Lego sets. Really looking forward to see your next GoT mocs! -

Yperio_Bricks replied to Fredator's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
Welcome to the forum @Fredator You can not upload large pictures to Eurobricks. It is best to host the pictures elsewhere on imgur, flickr, bricksafe or any other website where you can host pictures. When i klick on the map at reddit and copy the image location i can add it to the EB post: -
Love your enthusiasm and looking forward to see your entries @Rui Miguel Your Adventurers sets and artwork were top notch

Hehe yes. But of course sombody who was caught would say so. True 1984 style Another week passed without official pictures for the upcomming sets The good thing is, the closer we get to 1st August, the more likely it is for the sets to be revealed -

This quote can refer to literally everything. We'll always find an fitting explanation retrospectively. The big brother that is mentioned in the quote is obviously Lego. They caught him. He loves Lego now and he is one of them now I can pull a random Benjamin Fraklin quote “Glass, China, and Reputation, are easily crack’d, and never well mended.” and it obviously refers to an Night Trooper battlepack Oh and Vader is comming with the LSW magazine that releases 12 July in Germany. No Sabine yet So no special 25 years of LSW special issue with Vader. The Vader issue will also come with one out of two tin boxes. -

[COR - Free Build] Bermuda Sloop "Pandora"
Yperio_Bricks replied to lmcpicture's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
Perfection This ship is truely a masterpiece and one of the best ships i have seen in (digital) Lego. The rigging is on a level i have never seen before. I can only imagine how much time you must have put into this. Can't wait to see the ship build with real bricks! -

Sometimes he sounds like he has seen pictures but sometimes he seem to have descriptions only. I think his sources simply get it wrong sometimes. These sources must not necesseraily be into Star Wars and if they have access to an blurry image only they may have a hard time identifying what's going on and it ends of like a game of telephone... At least that's the impression i get sometimes. -
Welcome to the forum @Grin Great to have you aboard! Looking forward to learn more about your peoject!

[OFFICIAL] Bricklink Designer Program - Series 5
Yperio_Bricks replied to Yperio_Bricks's topic in LEGO Pirates
So when the gunmen meet for a duel 'at noon' in old movies That's what i would think too, but i wish, for an website with an international audience, they would be more precise. But maybe that's just me So the time that is left to vote is something between one and two days An other question: All entries are digital builds. Is there a rule that states that? Do the participants have to create instructions to prove that their design is buildable? -

[OFFICIAL] Bricklink Designer Program - Series 5
Yperio_Bricks replied to Yperio_Bricks's topic in LEGO Pirates
In both cases i see June 14th. But noon is a confusing time specification anyway. What does that mean? I wonder why they never write out the specific time the vote closes. And i bet a lot of people from around the world do not know what 'Pacific' refers to.
