  1. A set of printed 2x2 tile maps from the city jungle exploration sub-theme is available at PAB now: (Picture by stonewars)
  2. It will be soon be one year since the tweaking of the rules has started. Or maybe even longer? Is the game more alive than dead at this point?
  3. But you still need a collection of minifigures to kit-bash them. It would be nice to get a rebels battlepack every now and then, or a bounty hunter one, or one with random aliens. Or a updated Tatooine BP with Boba's Tusken vs Pykes. But I reckon chances for BPs like these are near zero these days:
  4. It looks clean but also stylish! I imagine a 1970s Hollywood Hills villa with a futuristic interior could look like this But maybe i have just watched too many movies
  5. Great minifig
  6. That's beautiful
  7. I can not unsee the banana decoration at the bow of the ship haha. Overall it's such a nice little sloop! I like how the angled sides of the stern are build. The classic colors work well. It looks much more like a real ship and so much better than the Eldorado Fortress merchant ship! Great job and good luck fpr the BDP voting
  8. Wonderful update of the set It's such a lively scene and the whole island looks so lush with all the trees and vegetation. Brown docks of course I like that Spinoza is about to fire the cannon while the soldier is looking in the other direction And welcome to the forum @Swashbuckle Studios!
  9. Voting is open for BDP Series 6! Check out the pirate themed submission in the opening post and vote for your favorite designs
  10. That is something i really would like to understand! Why does Lego not pump out SW battlepacks (and battlepacks for other themes as well)?? For a toy like Lego, it seems logical to have a wide array of battlepacks on shelves all the time. Children and adults alike love minfigs, love to armybuild, love to put minifigs into their mocs, etc, so why not have more battlepacks?? We can only speculate about the reasons. I would give a kingdom for a official and honest statement about this topic.
  11. I completely forget about this moc. Happens when i saw the pictures on flickr already and we talk so much Another great moc and story! I like the classy interior. You have the stylish bed and art, but also the control panels that are so typical for SW. The story of course - with the changeling - is perfect So while the New Republic is going to celebrate their heros with a big gala, handing out medals and drinking fine nog and Kowakian rum, the sinister baron and his accomplices plot their evil plans. I am so excited to learn how the story will unfold!!
  12. Quality issues are the downside of Lego's quasi-monopoly. Without real competitors there is no incentive for Lego to up the quality of their product when people pay any price anyway. What i find very annoying are the injection mould marks becoming bigger and that they are visible in prominent places.
  13. Black Friday is on 29 November this year, so less than 2 months until we will find out! (I don't remember when they used to reveal the sets in previous years.)
  14. Did it work for you? You simply can klick on "Foto teilen" (in the German version) and then copy the link that is generated. Add the link to your Eurobricks post and then the picture should be shown automatically.
  15. Why is this crate so heavy?! Haha, hilarious scene! Steve's green "hat" mimics the pineapple's stalk perfectly I guess this wouldn't work with fleshies (Please allow me one suggestion. The pictures file sizes are pretty big (i checked one and it had 22mb!) and it quickly adds up with multiple pictures. Loading the thread took some time and was even slowing my other tabs down and i usually have a good connection. I would suggest using jpg instead of png and try to keep the file size below 5mb. 1mb would be even better. Maybe shrinking the pictures by 50% could also help. I width of around 2000 pixel should be more than enough, unless there are some very small but important details.)
  16. Very nice speeder! Those fiddly techniques would drive me crazy Ingenious part usage with the pneumatic T-piece and the range finders! Also great to see the team finaly being completed. Can't wait to learn about the adventures that lay ahead of them
  17. I don't know if this could be useful but there's a dual moulded hair and helmet piece Wonder Woman (sh0634) uses, with enough space to fit the wings as the hair flows around and over the wings. Klick picture > Bricklink.
  18. It's from sw1036 Princess Leia: https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?view=buy&M=sw1036#T=S&O={"ss":"DE","cond":"N","iconly":0}
  19. Yes, it's definitely a bit strange. We'll see...
  20. Nice to meet you Paul Welcome to the forum @Nura2
  21. Yes, they are the only ones who have reported it yet, but they say they have a reliable source.
  22. Wow, interesting feature! You can also select other themes like Pirates or Vikings. Thanks for the explanation
  23. Definitely a updated playscale version of the Sail Barge! I had this hope for the Cantina patrons but it never happened (as of now).
  24. Promobricks reports that Rivendell will be EOL at the end of the year.
  25. The LSW Magazine, which releases on 1st November in Germany will come with the BB's Marauder minibuild.
