  1. Are you saying the skirt is good or bad? I much prefer the look of it fully completed with all of the yellow and teal pieces personally, although I do appreciate how you can take them off and use the crane to put it all together.
  2. This is fair, it definitely could have done with more minifigures, and better ones at that. And, to be frank, I'm not planning on buying it either, I just think it looks pretty good for what it is, haha.
  3. I'm surprised there haven't been more posts talking about the workshops! I think it looks pretty spectacular, love how the mech is integrated, definitely good that there's a more affordable option for the City modulars available. On the contrary, I'm of the opinion that the Gardens and Markets are the best ones so far, with the two movie ones both seeming a bit underwhelming by comparison. I'd probably even go as far as to say that the Workshops are my 3rd favourite.
  4. He never used both in the show though, so they wouldn't have encountered that issue. The shoulder pads seemed to just be instead of the cape for S3. Oh well, at least I don't have to keep switching between the cape and shoulder pads now since the shoulder pads seem to be completely non-canon. I wonder if maybe Rox will have the cape, and they wanted them all to have unique accessories and so didn't want Nokt to have it as well (although Rox and Kur have the same hat so this is probably wrong).
  5. I thought it was the joker because of the red around the mouth ignore me, I hardly ever watch superhero movies
  6. Thanks everybody! This in particular, much appreciated!
  7. Hi all! For no particular reason, I am interested in finding out every time the Moon has been included in a LEGO set in some form. Given that there isn't really any reliable way to find this out (i.e. through Bricklink or similar), I thought it would be fun to come here and see if any of you know of any sets that include some representation of the Moon. If you know of any, please include the set's name and a short description of how the Moon is represented. Note: I completely respect that this is completely trivial and that most people won't care, but I posted this just in case anybody knows of any relevant sets to help me out on my useless little mission. I'll start with a couple of examples from sets in my collection: Harry Potter 76407 Shrieking Shack and Whomping Willow; includes the moon on a rotating clear stand behind some clouds, represented by a glow-in-the-dark 3x3 round tile. Ninjago 71813 Wolf Mask Shadow Dojo; includes the eclipsed Blood Moon as seen in Dragons Rising season 2, represented by a large printed dish held up above the dojo by a transparent piece. I'm interested to see if anybody knows of any other sets! (I know they're out there, I just know there's no way I'll be able to make a complete list all by myself, hehe)
  8. This sounds great! The UCS one was never going to be an option for me, and I'm still missing a Jango for my collection, so I very much like the sound of this. Plus, the 2019 version was unnecessarily large imo (especially for having no interior beyond the cockpit) so I'm glad that this one is keeping it on the cheaper end, while still being an improvement on the already adequate 2021 version. 40 minifigs seems like a good number. If true, good job LEGO. Now they just have to be decent figures.
  9. Did we ever get any confirmation regarding the Jango/Bo-Katan helmet? Is it in fact one of them? Both as separate sets? 2-in-1 perhaps?
  10. Yes, exactly, more extra characters please LEGO! (Also, side note, the 2013 A-Wing had Ackbar, whereas Lando was in the 2017 one)
  11. Wait, wasn't it rumoured to only have 10 figures? Zane, Pixal, a dragonian, Twitchy Tim, Dorama, LaRow, 2+ civilians, and the almost inevitable Sora and Arin is at least 10 and doesn't leave any room for Geo or Kreel, so maybe it won't have Arin or Sora?
  12. My few Batman / Bruce Wayne figures use Batman-specific heads, so none of mine come on a Bruce minifig, and yet I still have 13 of it, making it the 9th most common minifig head in my collection, being beaten only by the likes of angry clone, actual clone trooper heads, the generic hawkeye one, Minecraft Steve, B1 battle droids, and plain black heads, so tbh I'm really bored of it now >_<
  13. I can't tell if this is serious, but if it is, please just relax. Lots of people enjoyed the sequels, and frankly I enjoyed the Acolyte marginally more than seasons 1-3 of TCW. Also, Skeleton Crew is really good, you should give it a look.
  14. As much as I want Cole to be in the set with Geo, I'd also like/expect Bonzle to be there (unless any of these characters can come in a cheaper set, in which case I don't mind, and also Bonzle is less related to the Crossroads so idk).
  15. Almost like... a crossroads between the two systems Even as someone who doesn't own any Icons or Ninjago modulars, I think this would be pretty awesome. It is somewhat strange that right now the Ninjago modulars tend to be referred to as modulars (which they are, so it works either way) when they don't integrate with the regular modulars in the same way that the Marvel ones do, where they're clearly part of the same system, just based on buildings from a specific theme.
  16. Yes, but that one doesn't have printed legs like the blue version, which is what @Gorilla94 was referring to. (Saying light grey instead of dark grey was probably just a mistake)
  17. Arin and Sora just got the golden storm suit hoods like Kai for the dragon spinjitzu sets, and only likely had them in one full-size set each so that they could fit in their respective vehicle cockpits. Just a shame that that means we don't get the proper new Arin suit in the jet, and 2/3 of the spinner sets lose their would-be exclusive figure (resulting in Kai's being the only one that has an exclusive variant like most gimmick sets, most comparable to the rising dragon ones from last year that were also just the current suits but with special golden hoods). On a similar note, I assumed Wyldfyre was just missing her shoulder armour in the battle suit mech set because it's a small set and the armour wasn't worth it with the small budget, but her missing it in the Focus Dragon set makes me think she might actually not have it in the show, which is weird since her upper torso looks a bit strange without it.
  18. Oh yeah! I managed to find it through google but it wasn't showing up on the app for me. Ahsoka's interceptor is also showing up on google at BigW for AU$60, but the link is broken.
  19. Similar thoughts from me about the mech, though I haven't bought it yet. The reveals made me hesitate, but I think I'll still get it since I NEED Pixal and Nokt, and if I don't get the combiner mech I have to buy both dragons which I don't want to do, plus I just love the build for the mech in general and I would quite like the new Riyu and bigfig Zane, so I'll probably just get the mech and consider just Thunderfang later down the line when it's on sale and we know how important he is in the show (already lots of lore but I need him to have some screentime before I consider the set). Just have to hope Zarkt comes in something cheaper in June. Yeah, it is a bit weird that they didn't make the sidebuilds just able to connect properly, as the village isn't really a village by itself, but I suppose they'll still go well next to each other.
  20. Which one is this? I still haven't seen any new sets on the Kmart, Target, or BigW sites, so is it something else?
  21. The Brick Fanatics article addressing the buildable K-2SO rumour has a list of 2025 sets containing “[TBC] Andor set”, in addition to the U-Wing and the K-2SO - does this mean that there’s (possibly) a third Andor set coming next year? Or rather, a second ACTUAL Andor set? There’s no set number or anything attached to it so I feel like they probably just forgot to remove it when they added K-2SO.
  22. Lmao, that's gold. Were you watching the English version of the review? If not, that does exist if you want to understand him better, hehe.
  23. Flying lesson looks a bit bland, cool to see Oliver Wood again but he's nothing special, and WHAT is McGonagall doing without arm or dress printing... on top of no dual moulded hair/hat?? I'm glad I haven't invested anything into the new Hogwarts series... my favourite is still 2018-2020, but I like 2021-2023 too, mostly for the extra colour and the interiors. This one will probably be fabulous when completed but that's way beyond my budget and few of the sets look fantastic on their own. I might still get the Owlery at some point, but only because it's not a location that was already done for either of the other systems and doesn't properly connect to the new one anyway, so it should look nice next to my 2018-2020 ones. Honestly mostly underwhelming sets for HP this coming January imo, with the exception of Malfoy Manor which I'll have to find below retail price at some point.
  24. If that's a typo for "combo" I'm going to cry Interesting that they're against each other; I thought Rogue/Jay was supposed to be "forbidden Jay" though maybe that was just a guess based on the hat.
