  1. Officially revealed and viewable as Coming Soon on lego.com. It's nice and all, but ridiculously large. That's a no from me dawg, I don't have the real estate to display it anywhere.
  2. Easy enough to see - while you are at the right screen, and for a single store at a time. Look to the left of the screenshot here - make sure you are on the 'Wanted Items' tab at top. Now when you select a store, you will see the item counts '0/1', '10 of 20' etc. You can also click the locks to filter to stores that must have this piece and so on.
  3. Oh I'm a fan of the branching you've achieved on the tree, nicely done.
  4. I tend to use the Bricklink website more for exactly this reason. Pretty popular piece and pretty new. It'll come back in at some point for sure. But when it does, it will sell out pretty quickly again. And there's no real way to know in advance when that will be. You could try follow this thread and someone will probably announce it when it happens: Meanwhile over on Bricklink there are sellers right now with 100s of piglets for about 25% more cost. These sellers are likely the same reason they sell out from the official site so quickly, but if you need ten piglets for a MOC right now, hey it's not bad. https://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=1410pb01&name=Piglet with Black Eyes and White Pupils Pattern&category=[Animal, Land]#T=S&C=104&O={"color":104,"iconly":0} In fact we have derailed this thread far too much already. Shoot me a PM if you have more questions.
  5. As Roebuck said, the animals tend to sell out quickly. You should also be aware of some other limitations - if it's a brand new piece, you won't see it on PAB for at least four months. If it's a licensed piece, it won't ever appear on PAB. That said, the piglet is certainly there! Just that it's currently sold out. Try run a search for the farm set. i.e. search for pieces from set '60346', and make sure the 'Show out of stock items' is toggled ON. https://www.lego.com/en-ie/pick-and-build/pick-a-brick?query=&page=1&perPage=200&sort.key=NAME&sort.direction=ASC&includeOutOfStock=true&filters.i0.key=variants.attributes.appearsIn&filters.i0.ranges.i0.from="60346%3A"&filters.i0.ranges.i0.to="60346%3A9999"&sku=60346 Another way would be to just browse the animals sub-category, if that's specifically what you are interested in.
  6. Go to your local Lego site. Go into Shop > Pick and Build > Pick a Brick. In this section you can filter types of part (e.g. animals), or you can search using the part number, or search for pieces found in a certain set. So for example, here is the pig (though note I am on the Irish version of the site - that "en-ie" needs to be changed to your local version): https://www.lego.com/en-ie/pick-and-build/pick-a-brick?query=&page=1&filters.i0.key=variants.attributes.designNumber&filters.i0.values.i0=68887 There is also Bricklink (https://www.bricklink.com/v2/main.page) where you *may* find sellers local to you selling genuine Lego at even cheaper prices than the official Lego site.
  7. Good man yourself (or woman). Iterations of the changes are just as interesting to me as the final product! Maybe even more valuable.
  8. I'd love to see your work-in-progress pics if they exist.
  9. For me, a definite purchase if it can be motorised. Even if they have to design a whole new track set-up. If it's just a display piece? Nah. It's nice but not that nice.
  10. If it's just a case of them sliding around, you might try using tires placed sideways, the same way you can see underneath the official Bonsai set. If you need something more secure, instead of simply a baseplate, maybe have a small podium that's 5-6 plates thick? That would allow you hide some securing mechanism underneath.
  11. Even this seems a bit subjective. 30 to me feels like overkill +/-10 of any given faction is more than enough for my needs.
  12. Perfect, thanks @Rick . Once I had the 'Expand' word into my searches, I could find them all.
  13. I've had a little search for previous versions of the comp, just to get a better glimpse of what it might be about for a newbie like myself. I don't suppose there's an index of old threads anywhere?
  14. The circular rockwork is super clever, I love it. (Also I'm stealing it)
  15. My 3y/o nephew was up at the house the other day. When he discovered the paralympian from CMF 22 in my box of mini-figs, it was all he wanted to play with. Cars, jeeps & helicopters are his usual preferences, but a guy with a chair with wheels on?! Forget the rest, this is the BEST thing. So that was neat to see. Keep em coming Lego.
  16. This sort of thing is best handled at a local level. Here is the webpage of a Slovenian LUG (Lego User Group): http://www.kocke.si/ They may be able to carry this out for you, or at least put you in contact with someone who can.
  17. Entry 10 - 1 point (Perfect part selection) Entry 12 - 1 point (Defined lines between factions are clear, and liking how unified the themes are within each) Entry 7 - 1 point (These are all fun and unique, but clearly all of a set)
  18. Add me to the gang that love the expanded colours. Nice write-up and exploration of the concept on your site too. & that grille is sick!
  19. Maidenhead, Moccershead, & Brickshead (revisited) are the first to mind. If it's a coastal town, you could have it be called anything, but a certain cliff point in the town be called 'Motter's Head' (the new lighthouse for example). I found it best to start from lego related words, then work towards a town name instead of the opposite. Like anything from below; Lego-related words for place-names: Brick, Block, Stud, Tube, Clutch, Lego, Tabletown, Plate, Tile, Baseplate, Scale, Decal, Element, Greeble, Lurp/Burp, minifig, Moc/Mod, Octan, Paradisa, Polybag, Print, Set, Snot, Swoosh, Tablescrap, Wedge, AFOL, Bow, Vignette/Vig, Pebble/Stone (stein), Cheese slope, Cuusoo, Jumper, Lug, NPU, Modular, Creator, Build/Building, Hinge, Classic, Plastic, Mold, Falcon, Axle, Pin, System, Assembly, M:Tron, Play Good subthemes for place-names: Nautica, Paradisa, Belville, Fabuland, Heartlake City, Newbury, Galidor, Wolfpack, Forestmen, Chima Obviously 'lego' Colours in place-names: Azure, Coral, Tan, Nougat, Neon, Olive, Sand Green, Pearl, Flat, Satin, Speckle So for example, I just call my own village 'Little Greebling'. But you can use it to get specific too. Nightclub? 'Night on the tiles'.
  20. I am interested in this problem, but a little confused at your vision. Would it be possible to hand-draw what you see in your head? Even a rough mock-up of pen to paper could clarify for yourself (and me).
  21. Shout out to MB Bricks: https://www.youtube.com/c/MBBricks She (and her video-editing brother) have a wide range of medieval MOCs, with regular releases. The channel has yet to really blow up, but it's well worth checking out.
  22. Stunning work. You have a new flickr follower.
  23. I use a very similar set up. I'm a fan of the removable trays & the clear lids too - and the fact that they lock into place once closed for transport. That said, I've a smaller collection than most on here I would wager. Ten of these covers nearly everything. For smaller individual trays, you can get them 3D printed to whatever size you need. There are people on Etsy offering the service - you can half or quarter the size, or even put trays in trays (depthwise).
  24. Well, I finished my build. I don't know what people were complaining about with the female knights. Looks good to me.
  25. Here's another; https://www.youtube.com/c/LionBricks His videos are few and far between, but its getting there slowly but surely.
