  1. While is it true that he's in Fred and George year, in the movies I don't remember he is so tall. I have in mind this scene in which he's exulting near Harry (maybe the end of the first movie?) and he appears nearly as tall as Harry. So short legs could be more coherent with the movie.
  2. Until now we haven't seen yet anything about Gringotts, Hogwarts Ground microscale set, BrickHeadz and we've seen only minifigures leak about the Advent Calendar.
  3. May is around the corner, so we can hope to see high quality images next week yet .
  4. A majestic MOC Surely not the best scene and location for your nearly homonym, dear LockBlockhart Interesting and movie-appearance faithful how you create the pattern of the dueling platform. It's a full of detail work! And it's very good the variety of characters and how you make them act, with different facial expressions.
  5. Until now, we've read/listened only educated guess about minifigures included, right? The presence of a further building with WWW mess up the past suppositions.
  6. A chocolate frog and a Bertie Bott's Beans brick plus a regular green frog hidden somewhere. LEGO could also put a book with a printed tile or sticker to represent photographies book that Hagrid gives to Harry. And why not some printed 1x1 tiles with Famous Witches and Wizards Cards pattern.
  7. @Bricknificent has suggested it could be Broomstix shop.
  8. Yes, with an image like this, no one with an average knowledge of the DH movies can confuse the two locations.
  9. The 2018 version train, with no station, has more or less 280 pieces for the locomotive, 44 for the tender and 229 for the carriage. Keeping this numbers, with a second carriage the 2023 train should be 782 pieces. Considering the predicting number of pieces, 1074, the station should be nearly 300 pieces.
  10. Very blurry image My opinion it's more or less the same than before: I'll probably buy Battle of Hogwarts; I'll expect better images to properly judge and decide over Hogwarts Express and WWW; not interested in Dobby, Patronus or Quidditch Trunk.
  11. Imagining that Hogwarts Express (or Great Hall or Hagrid's Hut or...) is an evergreen theme that has to be always on shelves, LEGO could keep the original one, example the 2018 version, on shelf and sell it to new buyer OR produce a new version, different enough (minifigures selection and scene depicted, example adding the station) to sell it not only to new buyer but also to people which already have the past one. Of course, for a buyer that already had the older version, it's usually better that LEGO dedicates resources to something new, but for LEGO producing a new train probably is a winning bet (or at least they believe it).
  12. Beginning of May may be, according to Promobricks, the period when we'll see first images. *I see only now the "May may" pun
  13. WWW model I built on Stud.io using official instruction has 1624 parts (1548 without the Knockturn Alley entrance section). For comparison Hogsmeade Village Visit set has 823 pieces, near to the 834 predicted pieces for this WWW remake, nearly the some number of minifigures (Hogsmeade has 6+Golden Ron), and basically the same price as for the predicted set: 90$. So it could serve as a benchmark.
  14. I don't see so many ways to reconcile the two statements than imagining a detachable Gringotts with an upper part compatible with Diagon Alley (even if, likely, put on a plate and not on a baseplate; so dimension compatibiliy, not really attachable to Diagon Alley) and a lower part with vaults and tracks. This way, one can decide to put Gringotts upper part near Diagon Alley or keep the entire set as a stand alone one. Someone manage to think at other ideas? Sensable ideas, I mean, cause in theory you can make a single floor Gringotts, with vaults and track in the rear and a very small slope for tracks, but I wouldn't call it a sensable idea .
  15. We already know all carachters from 2023 Advent Calendar (I suppose, cause there was a leak some time ago): Aberforth with a purple outfit, Rosmerta from Hogsmeade Village Visit set, Harry, Ron, Hermione and Draco variant from PoA scene (that one near the Shrieking Shack).
  16. Wouldn't they put with the trio even Dumbledore, Neville and Luna? This way spots to fill would be even less.
  17. A majestic work! It's a very cute collection of canon elements from different sources. Of course, how could I not appreciate a MOC with that music track ? PS PC game and even more CoS PC game are my favourite in the entire saga... columns in the entrance hall appeared in PoA game, If I remember well... A very well done work!
  18. I hope so... I admit that when thinking about missing characters, my first thought go to those characters I'd like to see plus are more difficult to create on my own.
  19. Well, that will surely be a major risk. I don't know when this reboot will be out neither if the actual LEGO license will cover the reboot. In the past designers admited WB influenced the sets produced, so I see very likely that, in case, WB and LEGO could agree on producing only sets based on the reboot.
  20. I can't wait to see the Battle of Hogwarts set... Seeing three out of seven characters (Scabior, Bellatrix and Voldemort) die in a set is a forbidden pleasure, a really dark set for LEGO . Just joking, friends! Is it already known how much will it cost the book with Rita Skeeter?
  21. Promobricks statement was that we could expect images for the beginning of May.
  22. Late as always to the party Easter is always a busy period at the church. Not surprised by Battle of Hogwarts carachters choice: Harry and Voldemort are a must, Neville is by far more important than Ron in the final scenes in the courtyard, killing Nagini (and I assume we could see the snake) and the same between Bellatrix and Narcissa. In a one versus one scene, the best paires are Scabior for Neville and Molly for Bellatrix (very good choiches). Plus McGonagall that is, in my opinion, a good inclusion. Not interested in the Quidditch Trunk set; not even in Expecto Patronum set: about this I will judge the minifigures and eventually I'll try to buy it/them on the second market.
  23. This forum evocated him for a long time I hope too, at least, to have list of minifigures in a short time.
  24. Yes, that's so true. It will be interesting see what Hogsmeade Station they produced. I'm not sure, cause I don't know german, but from Promobricks video I've understood we'll have to wait untill the beginning of May for the first images.
