  1. Althior looked towards the dwarfs fascination with the claw. "Funny story of how I got that. May want to wash the ink off your hands when you're done," Althior tries to see what the smell is coming from.
  2. I thought I saw somewhere where it seemed (to me) to be the Bright Light Orange (hazmat suit) color. But if LEGO continues making these figs into the far future then we definitely will see some repeats of colors. I just wouldn't expect that before they uses up purple and/or pink.
  3. Very nice! Those wheels look nice, and the SNOT looks great too!
  4. The Ant Man stuff sounds neat, and I wouldn't be at all surprised if it did happen. I love Zola and Pierce, so I'd definitely love seeing more of them and how they became how they were.
  5. That was because of a very sudden shift in release dates. I think they announced that they were doing three Hobbit movies instead of two around June and the sets were out in December. BvS was originally going to be in July and there was over a year to think of new sets to put in it's place, plus probably a winter DC wave was already mapped out. I'm guessing BvS sets will show up in the Winter wave of 2016/December of 2015, seeing as the film is now in March of 2016.
  6. No he was supposed to lose so the part could loot all of their corpses and gain even more cash (seeing as they won't have enough when this quest is over). Stupid Sham had to ruin that dream.
  7. I hope not. Seeing as how the winter waves usually have smaller sets than summer sets (with the exception of D2C sets), it'd probably end up being a wimpy watchtower. Now, if this were in the summer wave or a D2C (which it sadly isn't) then I'd have no problem.
  8. Walbartan heals the whole party besides Periwinkle, Dain, and Althior.
  9. I completely agree. I'm just guessing that due to the redesign from the first game in LB3 that there's a reason behind it.
  10. This seems like a great wave! Grodd will definitely be a big fig like the game, and I never thought we'd ever get a Black Manta fig after already getting Aquaman in a set. I'm guessing Darkseid will be a big fig, though. I'm also wonderig where a Brainiac figure would be, seeing as he's a big part of the game that these seem to be based on.
  11. "The road may lead us to some unwanted confrontations. I say we travel back through the marshlands," He leans in towards the alchemist, passing his Oculoid Claw to him. "Might have some more luck with this, depending on the circumstance."
  12. I saw some speculation that it could be some ancient cosmic being or something. I don't remember what James Gunn said about it himself, though.
  13. Very nice! I absolutely love the pinball machines.
  14. "I don't know much about the alchemist's myself, but I'll let Sarge get you in," He nodded towards the dwarf, "Now, the only merging I think we'd do about now would be some of Nur's bombs. Seeing as they're his, I'll allow him to judge what to merge and what not," Althior leaned in towards Eric. Since he had given up the most gold for this endeavor, he returned the 15 excess gold to him.
  15. Spoilers just in case (though I doubt they're necessary...)
  16. The smallest set is nice, as is the laketown expansion. The figs in the BO5A look great (Dain and Thorin ), but the set itself looks kinda lack luster at the moment.
  17. Althior watched as the gold fell into his hands. He then promptly bolted out of the building looked to the party. "I'm guessing we'll have more luck with Agni and Gaia bombs, unless I'm overlooking some important details about the tower," He looked to the alchemist, "Four Agni bombs and four Gaia bombs, please, unless anyone doesn't approve of that selection,"
  18. Althior dons a sly grin "Ever heard of Eubric, Master Almight? Your services would be much appreciated there." "So I say we take the dwarf up on his offer. That means I would need roughly 110 gold from Eric, 75 gold from Sarge, 40 from Nur, 100 from Walbartan, 20 from Hodurr, 25 from Periwinkle, and 45 gold of my own, if we go around roughly half of what everyone has." Althior returns all but 75 gold to Sarge, takes 100 from Walbartan, and 20 from Hodurr. "This would also leave us with some extra gold to merge some bombs together, seeing as larger explosions will probably be more effective,"
  19. "You're seeming to forget that if we pool our resources, we should be able to get this '1000 damage' the dwarf speaks of. Sarge acquired a very large bomb from our encounter in the forest, and Nur seemingly has enough that we should be able to purchase the rest of what we need if we pool our gold together," Althior glanced behind him to Finnegan, who was shamefully staring at the ground. Why did he bother with the aura who refused to speak? Perhaps he was becoming soft. I don't know how to say this in character, but we have 819 gold as a party, meaning we can get eight large bombs. Plus Sarge's from the last battle gives us 900 damage, so we only need 100 more. Nur and Eric's bombs together cover 120 damage, and Sarge has his military grade fire bomb that deals 15 damage, seeing as extra damage never hurt anyone (you know, besides the tower keeper). This is all assuming that we're all willing to put down all our gold for this.
  20. That is a great looking collector! I love how you did the cape.
  21. Best: Avengers GotG The Dark Knight CA: TWS Iron Man X-Men Days of Future Past Amazing Spider-Man 2 (I know I'm one of the few ) Batman: Mask of Phantasm Man of Steel Thor: TDW For me, the worst are the usual's. Batman & Robin (though it's fun to laugh at), Spider-Man 3 (In fact the whole Raimi trilogy is bad IMO, though they got Green Goblin and Doc Ock right at least). I also hate Iron Man 3. Not so much because of the Mandarin twist (even though Ben Kingsley would've been the perfect Mandarin ), but Pepper and Killian seemed shallow and boring (at least to me).
  22. I believe that Iron Man takes place somewhere in the 2009/2010 area since it's supposed to be a few months before Iron Man 2. Iron Man 2, Incredible Hulk, Thor, and the discovery of Captain America in the arctic all happen in the same week in 2010 I think. Then Avengers is a year later (Spring 2011), followed by Iron Man 3 at Christmas, Thor TDW a year after that (Fall 2012), then Captain America: TWS in Spring of 2013. I hope that's not too confusing.
  23. Hopefully. Guardians and AoU aren't going to be that connected I'm guessing so it could be very possible that it takes place in 2014 around the same time too.
  24. Althior stands back, letting some of his more intimidating companions do the talking for the time being. Just want you to know I'm still here. Even though I don't really have anything to say at the moment.
  25. Althior glanced to the dwarf, "I thought you already had the plan. Just needed the bomb," He rolled his eyes, "My fault for thinking you knew what you were doing. Now, we could always straight out lie and say it's another five hundred foot tower that we have to destroy for 'noble' reasons. You two are pretty good at lying anyways, it seems. Or we could go with something as simple as a bribe, seeing as no one else has any more useful ideas,"
