It's nice that we're getting the inquisitor, and the battlepacks and T-16 look pretty nice too. I'm hoping that's Sabine in the speeder, though it doesn't make sense why she'd be shooting at Ezra. I didn't expect ever getting another Ventress figure in anything. Hopefully she has some form of a new print somewhere.

These new sets look pretty good. It's nice to see Pythor and the Serpentine back, seeing as they were (IMO) the best era of Ninjago. No white ninja, though we do have the titanium and the orange/yellow one. 70749 and 70750 look very nice, and I'll definitely have to contemplate getting those.

Got myself a custom Green Arrow about a year back, but it's awesome we're getting an official one. The Javelin looks great, and with three new leaguers and Darkseid? Definitely my favorite of the wave. Grodd looks good, though I feel the mech is a bit too big and should have used some of the parts to flesh out the invisible jet. Brainiac looks great, and the fig selection is nice. Don't really need another MM, but it's definitely appreciated. The saucer itself looks really cool. Manta's sub is a big letdown for me. The subs are meh, as is the shrine itself. I'm too big of an Aquaman fan to let it go, though.

Heroica RPG - Quest#100: To The Tower of Babel

Really should've seen that coming, seeing as I own the set... Althior attempts to catch himself, but manages to only flail his arms about like an idiot. Apparently some things had not changed. He snatched up Sarge's magnifying glass without a word. He checked around the room he currently stood in and down into the room below, mainly attempting to see how far down it went. -

"Enough of this!" Althior grabbed Eric and Sarge by the backs of their shirts and made his way in front of them. "Whatever is in there is going to end up putting up a fight. No one is going to put their wishes in front of everyone else on my watch. The more of us in there, the more likely we'll be seen." He turns to the alchemist as he thrusts out a finger. "He comes with me, as do these two oafs," he looks to Eric and Sarge. "The rest of you stay out here until I tell you otherwise. Nur's in charge out here until we get back. Any questions?" He rubbed his eyes slowly. The days of defending fortresses and investigating caves were over. Perhaps the simplicity he was promised in Eubric was as much of a myth as he had suspected. -
I doubt it too. We did get the TDKR cowl in some sets that originally didn't have it, but I think this cowl may end up with a different head that's more akin to the Wolverine/Nova goggles idea.

Althior stumbles back, catching himself on the wall. For the first time in a while, he was scared. Whatever this witch was playing at, it was not natural. He wasn't doing this for the Wolfgang anymore. Whatever this witchcraft was, it had become personal. In a swift motion, he removes his gloves and places the Metal Claw over his hand. He tosses his Robe of the Elven Necromancer to Nur. "That armor of yours won't help here I'm guessing," He slowly stepped over the threshold, but quickly fell back, using only his staff to support himself. He propped himself up. He felt cold. Freezing Cold. The mans cold face looked into the darkness with a twinge of fear. He'd seen much, much darker things, but he was still badly shaken. He attempted to shake off his insecurity as he strode back into the tower. "Let's finish this already. I'm sick of these games," Hopefully he'd be able to get a bit of pleasure in what he was about to do. -
Wasn't expecting that. This is nice! I thought if anything he'd be a "bonus" fig in a large $120 set or a S@H fig like Shogun Jay a few years back (I think that's what he's called).

Favourite and least favourite Western films & discussion
K-Nut replied to Godtshep's topic in Culture & Multimedia
I need to watch more, but my favorite western has to be the original True Grit from 1969. The new one seems better, but the older one has the feel of a great, campy western. -
LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham (Video Game Discussion)

True, but it seems like all of the extras have been about Bats such as Adam West in Peril and the 1960s Mode. -

I haven't bothered with any DLC's since LB2 (just so I could get Shazam and Black Manta really ) but these look very nice! A bit surprised with MoS seeing as it's not Batman, but the 75th anniversary one sounds very cool. -
Maybe it's the Fey One. Really nice first quest Flipz! I didn't follow 100% of the time, but from what I saw it looked great. The party was very nice and fresh, as was he overall feel of the quest. I'd definitely love to be on a quest hosted by you sometime.

Heroica RPG - Quest#100: To The Tower of Babel

"Very well then," Althior tosses three tonics to Walbartan. "That should do it," She drinks them then continues to heal herself, Dain, Nur, Althior, and Periwinkle. Althior takes his Mead, Smelling Salts, and Dragon Scale. Whatever was in there, it wasn't going to be pretty. He walked up the steps, exhausted. It had been a while since he'd gotten any sleep. A very, very long while. He looked up to the tower as he made his way to the door. This ordeal would be over soon, hopefully. He tugged at the handles, trying to open the door. If it doesn't work, he kneels down and attempts to melt the hinges. My stats look good for me, though Nur probably should've picked up his Horseshoe and Sarge shouldn't have the Robe of the Seneschal in his inventory any more. Thanks for running this battle! Also Pyro, you do realize you got two Garnets from the Seneschal, right? It's fine if you want to keep them, I just forgot all about them until now. -
Wouldn't it do double damage to Undead too? Darkness does normal damage against Undead (unless there's a rule change I'm unaware of). Therefore it should, I think, be double damage against Darkness and Undead but normal damage to everything else.

Marvel Superheroes 2015 Rumors & Discussion

Quicksilver's hair wouldn't really bother me if it were the Magneto hair. I've got a good looking purist fig with that piece and I think it looks fine. -
Either way, Vision looks awesome to me. Definitely nailed the "cheesy" design of the character.

But, but, Crappy Clip, I know. But it was the best I could find. Althior staggers back, taking two Grand Tonics. He puts his hand through a large hole in the Seneschal's robe. His actions had finished off the bastard. It was only fair that he claimed what was his. He removed his Elven Robe and placed the Seneschal's Robe in its place. He rolled up his old robe and placed it against a large gash in his side before tossing 50 gold each to Eric and Nur. He slightly removed his glove. The once infected design he had had there was now gone. But why? He then glanced up to the tower. "Do we dare enter? Or shall we blow this place once and for all?" -
I think the 17th of September (at least in the USA) and a wide release of October 1st. Very nice review! I've been fortunate to be able to receive every one of the Winter Village sets since they've been released, and (though some may say it doesn't fit with the rest of the sets) this has to be my favorite of recent years. It's nice to be able to go back to the midsized sets like the Toy Shop and Bakery. For this small set, the design is amazing. I absolutely love the sleigh.

The Sea Cow is definitely worth it if you have the time and the space. The lady I purchased it from at the LEGO Store said it took her seven hours non stop to build (I finished Hobbit, ESB, and The LEGO Movie before I finished ). There are a ton of small pieces, but the final product is a sight to behold and definitely worth the big price tag. It's very hard to move around, though, since it's so back heavy. If you have the patience to add tons of little studs and plates, then I'd definitely get it. I also purchased the Grand Emporium last week and added it to the Cinema and Town Hall. Probably going for the Pet Shop next.

Yup. Just wanted to make sure I didn't waste time on Undead attacks. Althior sends a Water Spell at the Seneschal from the back row. Walbartan attacks the Seneschal from the back row. Hodurr and Dain repeat. Same Battle Order. -

Would a Darkness Elemental attack damage the Senschal due to the weather condition? That may affect what I do. Also, did you do a separate roll for my chance of cursed? Althior stands back after merely bruising this Seneschal, contemplating his next course of action. This being was strong, but with his undead on his side, he was stronger. He'd missed it.
