TLG hasn't failed getting licenses to DC films before, though. And if there's only one a year, then I think TLG would rather cash in with sets full on based on the film as opposed to semi tie-ins. Wi last years Marvel sets, there was no way to make full waves for TWS, ASM2, DoFP, and GotG, so they had to make due with what they could. This could have been slotted for a JL wave to semi-tie-in with the movie, but I think they've been planning this to coincide with LB3.

Honestly, I can't find a single difference between the two faces. I don't think any of these are supposed to have named characters, just Li'Ella had a generic enough headpiece maybe? Nice for me not to have to buy the Phoenix Temple to get a poor-mans Li'Ella, but still.

Batman Beyond is known of here in the USA, but I doubt it's anywhere near big enough for a set on it. The show ended, what, 15 years ago? It's great that there's a DLC for the game with it, but I doubt TLG would do anything more with it. It could be, but I'm not sure how plausible it is. It seems as though the project was always stuck in in-development hell, so I'm not sure if they ever had anything to go off of in terms for making sets. They may have had his scheduled for a Justice League wave initially, but without any ideas of what he sets would have been like, I think they could have just replaced he place holders for the usual Batman and friends sets if they wanted to. Also, would Justice League had come out in the summer? Because then we may have had something more akin to he 2013 wave where they split it up.

The Necromancer quickly glances back at Arthur before returning to his commerce. "You've shaped up since I last saw you. Not still a sniveling Town Watch crony, are you?" He passes his Amethyst to be merged with his Robe of the Seneschal for 50 gold, "Should watch what I say about them, seeing as they're my employers now." He chuckles, "Haven't been up to much. Did some delivery services and crypt cleansing. Just got back from an errand for the Veterans in Babeleth. And yourself? Still not running around with Alexis, are you? I'd certainly hope not."

Seeing his name among the chosen heroes, Althior makes is way down to the marketplace. He first stops at Fabian's stall as he pulls out his old cloaks. "Let's say about 80 gold for the Robe of the Elven Necromancer and perhaps 60 gold for the Rat Queen's cloak. That seem alright with you, Master Elf?"

I doubt that will happen. If Whedon stops directing the Avengers films, it would probably be after Avengers 3 or whenever he brings in Thanos. The Russos are very good for the grounded stuff like Civil War and TWS, but I think Whedon does a better job handling the fantastical parts of the MCU. Feige won't let him go unless he has to, I bet.

"So it seems," He pulls the Metasimian Dory out of his pack, unaware of exactly who he is talking to, though he has his suspicions. "Don't hurt yourself with that, kiddo. Seemed pretty sharp when I was on the other end of it,"

I think we'll get a better understanding for what's going on after AoU comes out. All we know for sure about Phase 3 is general details on Cap 3 and Ant Man, which leaves and in development GotG 2 and a couple more unspecified films (Thor 3 and Doctor Strange among them, but there are no real concrete details on either I believe). If Thor goes the Ragnarok route in his next movie, I could see all the broken Avengers (after Civil War, Ragnarok, and AoU) forced back together to take on Thanos in Avengers 3. On the Doctor Strange note, I didn't see it posted here, but Joaquin Phoenix has confirmed he will not be Doctor Strange. That's a shame, since I was really warming up to the idea.

"Perhaps not. But when it comes down between you and them in the heat of battle, there's not much time to consider the weight of your actions," He takes a slow sip of the drink in front of him, "It's after the fact when you have your regrets." He stated, simply.

My thoughts exactly. Also I really hope Hawkeye could still be in it. I don't if I can go another three years without seeing him on screen. Also, I'm really hoping for some more Sharon Carter and Crossbones in this one too.

RDJ in talks join Cap 3 and set up a Civil War story arc. Not sure exactly how I feel about this. Though it would be cool to see Civil War on the big screen, I'd really prefer it not in Captain America 3. I don't really want Captain America starring Iron Man.

"Someone I kill today is killed for a reason. It's not like the people we come into contact with on these jobs are good people. If they were they wouldn't be meddling in our affairs. You've been around long enough to know the types of people we come across. How many of them have had the slightest hint of being able to help anyone besides themselves?"
-
"Maybe not being heroic, but your actions and morality? That's all it boils down to. You can't forget about the crimes you've committed; the awful things you've done. You make a wrong or selfish choice out there even once and you have no right to call yourself a hero. Took me a few of those bad choices to get it in my head that I'm nothing but a low leveled mercenary, and a pretty bad one at that. Just look at my records,"
-
Althior stared across the bar blankly. This was a recent belief that he discovered he had. "We are but mercenaries," He said, coldly, "Anyone who says they're a true hero is lying to themselves. There's a fine line between black and white. You mix the two together and you get grey. And no matter how much white you try to add back in, it's never the same. You never get anything back except for more and more grey."

Yes, but Kinto and the party decided to cancel out the "Kintobor Syndrome" seeing as how slow the quest has gotten.

They all look really good! I've seen those combos for Judge and Black Mask before, but that's a cool look for Black Adam! Never thought to use that face, and it does suit him.

"Hero is a relative term. There's the mage over there with his Stone Guardian, and there was a nord who's been lingering around this hall for as long as we have. Name was Eric, I believe. It's not like the reward was all that alluring to these rogues, nor was it able to keep them on track. Two of the party went out in battle and somehow made their way back here,"
-
Althior chuckles, "You have no idea how badly I wanted to learn it. The rest of my party, however, had other agendas. Them mainly being greed and lust for power. Hardly the same as what we're usually tasked with around here,"
-
"From what Ellaria has said, I don't think you need any more on your mind for the time being. It's truly a long story. Basically, all it boils down to is destroying an ancient hoard of knowledge," Althior had no wish to speak of what he had done. The more it had set in; the cataclysmic actions he had taken, the more of a toll it had taken on him. Ignorance is bliss, he thought. He had already destroyed an infinite amount of memories. Keeping one more locked away couldn't do much worse. "So you're in with the Ji Pei, are you not? I met them once. Not sure if they'd like having me back after I put a huge stone pillar in their living room." He chuckled "Can't be that bad if they're up against the Bonapartes, though."

Althior signs up for Quest #117 Althior nods his head as Ellaria walks in. "Been a long while, hasn't it? How long ago was that dreadful night at the theater? Seems so damned long ago," Back in the simpler times, he thought, "What have you been up to? Looks like you've been able to change out of those long robes you wore back in the day for something more, well, practical. Makes demon slaying a lot easier, right?" He smirks. "Trust me, you're better off not knowing what I do these days." He listened to the Imp's further inquiry, "How do I know her? I poisoned her," He gives Ellaria a wink. "We actually met in a cave on the outskirts of town. That has to have been about three years ago now. Back with the 'old gang'. Time flies, as they say. How are the two of you acquainted, then?"
-
Althior chuckles, "My apologies for knowing how to dive right in." He listens to the offer, "Though it seems like you're able to dive right in as well, be it in a different matter. Might as well open my own stand at the Marketplace." He removes the claw and slides it towards the imp across the table, taking the gold in return. "Must have a bit of backbone to make any use of that piece. You enjoy getting bloody knuckles?"

Captain Settle is already on Quest #114, Endgame.
-
"The thing it came off of did a lot of damage too. Very powerful weapon you have there, Have fun with it," He grabs the 150 gold before he shifts his cold gaze to the aura across the table. "Hell, I need another drink," He stand up, briskly, and makes his way to the bar as Finnegan remains silent at the table. He reaches past a pointed hat and digs his Metal Claw into the wood of the bar. "One more, please," He looks down to the creature stirring his tea and scoffs. "From the looks of it you'll end up needing a stronger drink than that,"
-
Althior looked up to the Orc for a brief moment before returning his gaze to the claw, "It's a severed claw from an Oculoid. Diseased little thing. Very infectious," Finnegan stated from across the table. "You want it?" "Now, hold on a minute-" Althior snapped out of his trance quickly and glared towards Finnegan, who, in return, spoke again. "I think you've been hung up on these things long enough," Finnegan slid the Claw over to the Orc. "How much you willing to pay for it?"
-
Althior returned to the hall, this time with Finnegan in his stride. The duo was silent as they made their way up the stairs and over to their usual table. Finnegan looked uneasy, however it was possible. Althior sat down to the table and placed his head in his hands. Finnegan made his way to the bar to grab a drink for his companion. He dropped it, on the table before taking a seat of his own. Althior opened his eyes and reached across the table for the drink as the once jovial duo remained silent. The Necromancer breathed in slowly as he ruffled through his pack, obviously searching for something. Finnegan looked around the room, gazing at different heroes in the process. He mutters, "A lone Mage followed by his faithful companion. When we did it, it was classy..." Althior looked up to the aura inquisitively, who, in return, shrunk back into his seat. As he began to search through the pack again, Althior spoke. "That's the first thing you've said since we got back. Getting back to your old self, are you?" His cold gaze did not shift from his work. The aura remained silent as Althior continued his work, paying Finnegan no attention. After a while, the Necromancer pulled out what he was looking for and placed his Oculoid Claw on the table. Althior began to shift his gaze towards it. Finnegan saw this, and began to speak once more. "I'm not sure that's the best idea-" Althior shifted his hard gaze to the aura and shot daggers at him. Finnegan quickly retracted his statement and sat back against the chair. Althior moved his gaze down back towards the claw as he began to examine it. It had been a year since they'd met, and Althior was still enthralled by these Oculoid creatures. Perhaps he saw a bit of himself in them, though he had denied it time and time again.
