Don’t know why it hasn’t been mentioned but the set pics have leaked guys. Erlangs mech looks interesting, although very spindly for a £75 set. Looks like we get Erlang, MK, a guard, a civilian and Monkey King. I love the dog shoulder armour but cmon this should have come with a small dog mech or something. The celestial creature looks to be somewhat like the dragon that released this year for Chinese new year, although the body is more elephant like. Piggy, Mei, Sandy and big Mo are included. Plus the kid obviously, and a guard. Looks like Mei has a flyer that detached from the saddle on the back. Really like this one ngl. Just sad that these are the only sets we are getting, and likely our last. I hope to be proven wrong though. -
Ok my thoughts - Spinner - for £9 it looks stellar, ninja suits are absolutely awesome. I love the mech or flight suit vibes, I just really really wish they had a full helmet or visor cover like the scuba suits. That would absolutely seal it as the best suit. Still, Cole looks sick, I love the new katana colour too. The spinner piece and build is also fairly nice, I bet I could make a nice portal moc out of that part. But by far and away the best bit of the set is the new villains! Ive been trying to make a villain faction for my own theme ive created that uses dragons as back-mounted wings, and it never really worked out because of scaling and parts. But with the introduction of these new specialised pieces it has finally been done, and it looks stunning. I hope they're not uncommon like the wolf warriors of this summer. Will def be picking up the spinner sets! Storm rider mech - This is a combo of my favourite niches of ninjago sets, crazy scaled up builds for mech suits + weird one off concept vehicles that dont align with anything previously. Probably a scared monkie kid set idea but it still looks really neat, I like that the flyer has its own seat for a pilot, and really its about damn time ninjago did a speeder for a mech. Ive built one myself (for the previously mentioned own theme) but this looks wildly different, and in a good way. Not sure exactly how it's gonna turn into a dragon though. I also want to say that the figure selection is kinda stingy for a £35 set. Should be 4 figs minimum, but as a prelim it may change. Still, another draconian so I cant complain too much. Lloyds forrest dragon - Also a really solid set for £18, love the new colour for the baby dragon, and im glad they're keeping the Riyu head as a mold for other dragons. Love the basic wyvern design, feels lovely and simple, but in a good way. I hope the draconian comes with his dragon. Lloyd using the s1 suit design is.... interesting. Hopefully it's a prelim figure, and not the final. ThunderFang dragon - looks huge! Love the reared up look, and the colours are amazing. Is that a new Arc horn piece around the neck? The little side build is awesome, hopefully we can see the rest of the sets soon to see what it connects too. The figures are.... also interesting. Arin still hasn't got colour balancing quite right, Sora is in her S1 outfit which im really hoping is a prelim figure, it would be awful if thats just her outfit, especially as she is getting a spinner. Another draconian, and I think thats Nokt? cant really be sure because of the blurriness. The other 2 figs, Lloyd and Nya, are what worry me the most though. I think Cole may have a climber Cole moment happening again, where he looks the best because he uses black throughout. The ninja head wraps use their own colours in both the moulds, not black on (insert ninja colour). Still, this is also a prelim (stamp and all) so it may change. I really need that combo mech revealed because ive got my eye on a really good deal right now on the core one.

Ive built a moc that uses the basic frame of the mech so I can kinda throw my hat into the ring here. I found personally the way the joints are placed and articulated it feels very stiff and robotic, which sometimes thats great but for my own mech it wasn't. It has decent possibility but as someone who owns Zane's titan mech, I think Zane's titan mech is leagues above Mei's.

Tbh feels a bit below him if that makes sense? It would be like the ninja using slingshots against literally any other enemy. He probably could, but would never use it because he’s so much more powerful.

First 2025 set has been revealed, a polybag mini build of the ultra combo mech. Holy crap it’s awesome. Riyu, a jet and a car are the 3 builds. Guess one for Zane and one for Pix?

Not particularly, Tommy Andreason didnt want to do a space season and with the new direction dragons rising is taking, I cant imagine they will do one as they have so much to explore now in the new merged lands. Space and ninjas is gonna have to be pretty special to mix, I feel like it could go wrong a lot of ways. And plus, lego already has an ongoing space theme within city.

I’ll be honest, a lot of rumours right now aren’t coming from reliable sources, we seem to be in a bit of a reshuffle with old leakers stepping back and new ones stepping in, however many are yet to prove themselves. I’d take all the current rumours with a larger pinch of salt than normal. Still, with so many reporting at the very least the same names I think those are really the only concrete facts.

Minor spoilers for S2 part 2 - I believe the Arc dragons were mentioned at the start of the second part, being the patriarch and matriarch level of dragons. You have regular dragons, Arc dragons, then source dragons in the power sequence. Very interested to see where this goes because I was expecting to get the matriarch dragon as a set but now that we’ve seen the season, I don’t think that’s likely. Other than that, £20 for basicly the same set as Jays mech battle pack with one less figure sounds awful, but comparison is the killer of joy. Excited to get the F5 though. The storm dragon is in the colour scheme I NEED, such great mocing potential. Plus a villain dragon. The pullback car seem boring but the build may surprise me, good to see we are still getting somewhat new ideas though. I’m hyped for the Forrest dragon.

Fateful lego on insta just posted the first real rumour, Zanes mech. Splits off into a mech, Pixels car, Soras jet, and riyu? I really hope this means Riyu os part of the full mech, ive been dying for ninjago to tackle a combo dragon mech type build for ages. I managed to build one that looks fairly convincing, with the wings wrapping around the mech shoulders much like the armour on Lloyd and Aries team mech. Super hyped to see how its officially tackled.

Edit the morning after - all fake. Further update - looks like the source is a new account, Crash_legoleaks. No prior reputation so this will be the decider I guess. They also have information regarding the new D2C, Ninjago city apartments, which the name has been floating around the community for some time now. Includes 27(?!?) figures, 6832 pcs and $370. If this is real, holy cow. They are really pushing it with a nearly 400 dollar Ninjago set. Just how big can they go? I figured markets would be the largest for some time but no, they just keep going up.

edit the morning after - all fake First set descriptions are starting to appear, I won’t write them all out as they are unconfirmed (coming from Instagram, spinjitzu brick I think is the account) interesting things to note - Nokt and Rox will be in sets, as will Frakt. Krulth, Zyrrk and Zarkt are I presume the other forbidden 5 names, also in sets. Most of the sets revolve around a glider and launchpad gimmick which explains the high price/low part counts of most, although I have to say the figure numbers seem to be generous. The number of names doesn’t correspond with the number of figures apparently coming in the set in the same picture which makes me sceptical. 🫤

I would say it's very likely for a Ninjago City modular, really im just waiting on the confirmation. It's also could be possible it gets pushed back a year considering 2026 is the 15th anniversary of ninjago, and also we had a D2C this year though.

The marketing is something I haven’t considered, very good point there actually. A Borg tower set may work but the building itself doesn’t lend itself well to the current modular system, really i think it should be its own D2C, for example like tournament temple city. Borg tower 2026 for the ninjago anniversary? Also, I don’t know if this has been asked here yet but does anyone have the Titan mech Cole figure and the ice planet CMF? I feel like the Ice planet helmet would work perfectly on Cole.

Agreed, I also think that Ninjago modulars are the way to go, I mean look at the selection from the markets, it was amazing. Really hope Ninjago do some smaller, 16x32 modulars at some point. Easy way to get good characters, good build and also keep it moderately cheap (as far as D2C goes). A £160 half size modular would be amazing.

Doctor Julian, Frohicky, Lobbo, the commissioner, the complete set of the new ninja (the crystalized ones, I think their suit designs are absolutely stellar, just going through the season now, season one is Doc Julian, Season 2 honestly no idea, season 3 also no idea, season 4 maybe snake garmadon, season 5 Fenwick, season 6 commissioner, season 7 Jays mother (elemental master of lightning), Season 8 the whole crew of the SOG that broke into Borgs tower in the opening sequence of the season, Season 9 Faith, Season 10 an Oni for the sake of having another option to get one, Season 11 maybe Kataru (Akitas brother) or maybe the ice samurai general that helps the team inside the castle. Actually Sorla would be good. Season 12, any of the civilians from terra technica city have awesome designs which I’m sad never got into official sets, although Blazey H speeds original racer suit would be cool too. Season 13, definitely King Vangelis’ royal robes, or maybe one of the winged guards at least. S14, Gripe. Need Gripe to complete the whipper army. S15, I do wish we got either Sally or maybe minipix, or obviously the new ninja. DR season 1, has to be Geo or Frohicky. DR s2, probably the sorceress who’s name escapes me. Those are just off the top of my head. What I would do for a Ninjago CMF…

Jay being the main villain is the most I’ve ever been cautiously optimistic and excited for a theory. It sounds like an awesome concept but there’s so many ways to ruin it, and it can’t be the same ending as zane in season 11. I really hope it happens but I’m not gonna put any money on it. Ras getting a jet is ridiculously funny though. I’ll be interested to see the giant zane Titan mech too. the forest dragon also sounds like a stellar set too. We’ve never had a small Lloyd dragon have we? Maybe zippy??

Zanes combiner mech I can see having the same function as the Mei mech from monkie kid this year, where it’s a mid size Titan mech with a ton of attachments. Strange how we got another zane Titan mech before Arin or Sora. Draconian storm village for $40 sounds the weirdest, I’m expecting one building/facade and a sidebuild, or something similar to the keepers village island set. Come to think of it, that seems very very similar.
