    Thank you, it was fun rebuilding with modern bricks. Sabre Island was one of my first pirate sets as a kid. I made the Imperial Trading post ship larger and the raft raiders set i just changed the black bricks to brown.

    Some Castles Ive made over the years. Its been a blast building them all. Focusing on pirates now but ill go back eventually.

    You guys did a great job with this build. It has a wonderful viking/ cold north feel to it. when it was being built did everyone come together to work on it? Or was it built individually then put together? Curious to the logistics, were you working off a set of plans? Anyways, looks amazing!

    Love the classic feel. It looks very nice, i enjoyed the vines along the tower and the simple dirt path. It flows very well. Also like the use of the yellow wall sections. Keeping with the classic color scheme.

    Yes camp fires can be an issue sometimes, they get too big or the pieces dont look just right.

    I actually built this 2 years ago, it is one of my favorite builds. I wanted to capture the lifestyle of the Forestmen, one of my favorite themes. The basic story is that they stumbled upon and old abandoned tower and made it their home.

    I agree, a different color roof scheme would have matched the figs much better. I need to buy a bunch of roof bricks in other colors.

    Enjoy the mod, wow it really is small next to the Barracuda. I have thought of buying this set, might just pick it up. Thank you for the great pictures!
