  1. That's not entirely true. It would depend on how many scum there are remaining. It is not necessarily true that if Petrus is a loyalist that Dragmall is a servant. Furthermore, there is no telling, even if Dragmall is a servant how many of his gang are actually servants as well. Some are, likely enough, mislead loyalists.
  2. Honestly, I still am unsure what to do. I don't think the argument against Petrus seems more likely than vice versa, but I'm I'm still not willing to concede that they are both not possibly loyalists. The problem I see is that if we vote off Petrus and then Wary kills Rurik or Snotra, and both of the dead come up town, then we won't really know where to start looking tomorrow. Is Dragmall a Servant of Loki, or was Wary converted or what. I feel that there will be too many questions left unanswered tomorrow, if there is a tomorrow, which I'm not yet willing to believe that there will not be.
  3. "I hate slithery reptiles and even more grimy amphibians!"
  4. Okay, some things to say here. If Dragmall truly is town, then that means, as far as I can tell, since he's confirmed all the members of his group, that there can't be more than three scum, well there could be four, but since I know I'm not scum, then I know there can't be more than three. Therefore, I would suggest that we lynch Canute and kill Petrus at night. That would leave us with seven town and two scum, if Dragmall's theory is correct. Of course, there is the chance that they pull off a conversion which would make the numbers 6 to 3. If the night actions are planned well, we would have a pretty good reading of what allegiance either Rurik or Snotra are so we should be able to lynch them no problem. Oh, I've forgotten that the scum could kill which may put the numbers at 5-3. I think it's highly doubtful that if Dragmall is town that we do indeed have that many scum left though. Does anyone see holes in this theory?
  5. Isn't there a possibility that neither Petrus nor Dragmall are Loki's servants? Dagrun could have been lying to get Petrus lynching whereas the real scum is hiding amongst us having a great time as we throw mud at one another. Also Dragmall, do you really think that, if there were two scum factions, that Odin or Ragnar, whoever we are talking about, would have made it clear in the rules? Probably not. Why would he give us hints that there are two scum factions. Of course, I have never been in a situation where I had to fight against two scum factions, but I certainly have never had to face this many scum before either.
  6. Then my theory of lynching Wary actually does work. After all, I don't think the scum could convert him after we've already lynched him, correct? And I think we all agree that he certainly isn't on team-Petrus today...although looks can be deceiving. Did hear Sveinn's talk...well, allow me to sleep on it, and I'll see what I feel is right later on.
  7. Wait a minute, son! I thought a while back you said Wary was lying about being the vig...or were you saying he was lying about Gofraid not being the vig? Either way, lynch all liars, right? And I would be more than happy to lynch my bitter rival and steal a victory away from him if he is, indeed, scum. Petrus, you do make a good point about lynching Wary. However, I am a bit worried now, if based on the Petrus is Scum theory, there are more scum than just him, is it not possible that one of the others could take over with the conversion? I'm still so confused...and I thought this great beard of mine made me manly.
  8. I have been puzzling this over the day, excuse my absence though, and I figured due to Dragmall being the blocker, that lynching him would not be the way to go. I am still not sure which side to go on, because although I find Dragmall more suspicious than Petrus, I find that Petrus/Rurik/Snotra have a lot more holes in their theories. Their theories are constantly changing and are muddled and confused. Of course, this could be because they are town and therefore do not have the same coordination that the scum have. I also very much do not like the way that Dragmall, Canute, and co seemed so certain of themselves at the beginning of the day and were being such ... to everyone else. I still am really not sure which way to place my vote though. We still have a while left to go in the day, though, and so there's plenty of time to cast my vote when it counts. Something I was wondering about though, and thinking before any of this switching votes to Canute happened, is whether everyone from the "anti-Dragmall" team agrees that Wary is scum alongside Dragmall? If he is, then I think our best bet is to lynch him today. Think about it, if Petrus is scum, then his conversion does not go through, because the target is dead, and if Dragmall is scum, then the scum team lose their killer. If Dragmall is town, then Wary, who from what my son seemed to say is not the vigilante but the serial killer (that is based on the theory that Dragmall is town), will be dead and we would not have lost a townie, but a possibly dangerous serial killer who may surprise us in the end much like in the tale I recently heard sung called "The Forest." I don't know if this theory makes any sense, but I'm just throwing it out there as a possibility. I am still not sure what to think though.
  9. Suddenly, I really, really want to go on a quest that features both Atramor and Erdathcath, that is assuming that if Erdathcath heals a rat her roots of life would also revive it... and she's permanently lucky now too.
  10. Yeah, same here as far as the .BAK s are concerned.
  11. Yeah, I was thinking the same myself. But I'm not sure if the "Two Servents of Loki" teams really works, because wouldn't they have different names. Well, I guess they do both work for Loki and it wouldn't be unlike Loki to try to mix us up like this. Also, Dragmall, why do you keep calling the vile Dagrun a he. Clearly she was a she, was she not? ...Oh, gods!
  12. Yes, it is a bit frustrating being the only one with SP on Quest 42 when it comes to giving out the free hits, especially since Erdathcath is hastened. At least Erdy fights from the back row, but Adam...ah, well! By the way, great idea for the Heroica's "Season 1."
  13. Moving on to the theory that if it is somehow possible that the evil Servents of Loki can switch the allegiance of the dead, I would assume that they would only be able to do that for those that were lynched, right? Since they would have to target a person at night, presumably, to make the switch effective the next morning, and they wouldn't know who or SK/Vig was going to kill. So that would make the true servents of Loki to be, at least: Jormund, Sigmund, and Dagrun. Does this make any sense to anyone? I guess it does seem very unlikely, doesn't it?
  14. Wow! I don't know what to say. Honestly, as I was sleeping last night I kept on thinking that with all the scum that we were lynching there had to be either a scum role that could make dead town appear as scum or two scum factions. Now we have Dragmall's theory as well and I'm just not sure which way to go. It does seem odd to me that Dragmall has attempted to lead lynches against the likes of Finn, and also why he would block Finn when he inherited the investigator action. I am probably one of the most out of the loop as far as knowing about what was going on behind the scenes as it doesn't seem to surprise anyone that ol' Wary was the SK/Vig or whatever. I really don't know which way my vote is going, because, frankly I always thought that one of Dragmall, Petrus, or Rurik was scum. The easiest option appears to be to go after Petrus, but is it the best? I don't know. If Dragmall's tale is true then that means that we have one or at the most two enemies remaining, correct? If the other theories are true then today's lynch is crucial. I'm not sure which to believe at this point. I find the conversation fascinating though, and Snotra never fails to impress me with her raucous behaviour.
  15. "Erdathcath, what do you think we should do about Adam? Do you want to heal him or should I splash a grand potion on him. It probably makes more sense, if we decide to give him a potion, that I do the honours rather than you, because I feel like I should catch my breath after delivering the hit I did, but it's up to you. Normally, your hits are heavier, but due to my Diamond-embued cross I guess not. It depends on you." What I may suggest: Erdathcath: Heal Adam Adam: Attack Demon Frog B (Front Row) Pretzel: Attack Demon Frog A (Front Row) Erdathcath: Attack Evil Frog B (Back Row) "I would go first in the battle order to prevent you from getting as many free hits, but if I go first then there is the possibility that I could be knocked out this round, whereas you will be low on health, but under no immediate danger, but if you see a better way to go about it, then that's good too. Alternatively, as I mentioned, I could heal or use a grand potion on Adam, you could then make my action conditional on whether or not you heal him."
  16. I have to say that I haven't really used the draw brick function much as of now. The MOCs I am currently working on in SR 3D Builder use a lot of the same pieces so I haven't really had the necessity of using it yet, but I will definitely get back to you when I have a bit more experience with it.
  17. "Adam and I will attack from the front row. I would target the Demon Frog, but I don't think we want to risk activating his special, and you are lucky, so perhaps it would be better if you target it after all, but I'll let you decide. If you want me to target the demon frog I will."
  18. Is this Taz's first Mafia game on EB? I very much enjoyed your playing. I really hope we see you hanging around this side of EB more. Congratulations to you all. This was a very entertaining game to follow. ...What was with the crocodile in the toilet?
  19. "Adam and I should fight from the back row on the odd chance that you fail in your nurturing of Adam. Another thing I just realized is that I do double damage to the demon frogs due to my diamond imbued cross. I should have started out attacking them rather than Adam doing so, but, unfortunately Adam cannot change his target until it is defeated due to his berserker nature, so... You should probably keep targetting them though, because if possible, we don't want to have their special activated unnecessarily."
  20. I like your thinking, Scuba! Excellent plan. I think I would use more a 1 quest/1 episode approach. We already have over 50 quests ready to run and some quests would definitely take up more than one episode. The Dastan quests for example, would probably take more than three episodes. Just the last fight would probably be an episode of its own, along with the ending, etc. As far as the stuff in the hall is concerned, a lot can still happen. The hall is a fairly exciting place although it wouldn't work for the approach of 1 episode/1 quest. However, something that could be done is that a lot of the interactions from in the hall can also be played out during quests. I think the series would be more centred around Heroica as an organization than any specific individual characters. Obviously some characters would be seen more than others, but instead of the story revolving around certain key heroes, it would be more about the explots of the the organization's members. As far as Quest #1 is concerned, it would be a bit difficult to translate it into an episode, but what could be done, for example in the corn maze battle, is that you just greatly multiply the number of the enemies, and make them a whole lot scarier. Seriously, think about a demon-possessed scare crow. You could make that bad megablocks!
  21. "My mind is a bit muddled right now, but you could try a similar battle order and actions to last time. If you attempt to nurture Adam you will most likely succeed though. You can also make your battle action dependant on what those before you do though, so if you fail you can either try again or Adam can sit back. If you have Adam sit back though, it may be a good idea for me to target the other demon progg so he won't get a free hit against you, and then you can still hope to use your roots of life ability. If that works out then Adam can still fight." Sorry, I've got to run, will hopefully think up something useful, but just see what the worst results could be of using this kind of battle order or something similar, if you don't mind.
  22. Who said QMing was hard. Battles of 100 enemies suddenly seem a breeze. You should totally do this! Heroica RPG will have to become a TV series before they make a video game of it.
  23. Ah! My mistake.
  24. Would nurturing remove the confused effect from Adam?
  25. Perhaps I failed to see something. I haven't been keeping as great tabs on this fight as perhaps I should, but what is the bold part all about?
