  1. We have upgraded our server and we are still conducting tests before we can go live. It has been a long day and we do need some sleep now, so bear with us and be patient for another day.
  2. Thanks. Are you aware that people won't see your post? This forum is used to frontpage topics. I will update my post with your info.
  3. Today and/or tomorrow we are working on moving our forum to our new server. The server will be down for a couple of hours. We don't know the exact time, so be prepared for some downtime the next couple of days. After that we will be working on better skins for our forums Sorry for the inconvenience. Click here to discuss (when we are online hehe) If you can't reach the forum during this time, don't freak out. We are reachable in these social media channels and will post the current status as needed: https://www.facebook.com/eurobricks https://twitter.com/EuroBricksForum https://www.instagram.com/eurobricks_official/
  4. You can't make your own header. In the past you could choose one of the headers we made, but I am not sure this option still exists. We are working on moving the forum to a new server. After that, we will be working on creating new skins/themes.
  5. Well, I see it’s about time to open it.
  6. We are planning a server upgrade today or tomorrow. After that we will fix the skins. So no worries
  7. I have rephrased some of the wordings. It was mostly copy and paste from the original request I got. If I am not mistaken it's about all the parts in the two pictures.
  8. Hi. I was approached by TLG that some engineers want to share the "life of a brick" with our community. This would be a cool opportunity for the Eurobricks to ask our questions directly to the team. Of course the team doesn't work on every element, and would prefer to focus the AMA on a couple of them. TLG has provided me with a list of elements the team feels would have an interesting story. Obviously, I have selected the Technic elements on the list, because I'm pretty sure you find these more interesting than the Dots Ducati suspension New drive train parts with new clutch gear So, how does this work? You can ask questions about the parts in the picture Please focus on these parts I will send the link to this topic to TLG The engineers will read this topic The engineers will pick the most interesting questions (they won't answer all of them) The answers are provided to me and I will post them in this topic There is no direct interaction with the team Take it away!
  9. I totally missed the notification for your reply, sorry. There are mainly three different things on the frontpage. There are featured topics, which show up on the list at the right and as articles (with a pictures). Topics are featured manually by staff members (and some other members with permissions), so not all topics appear as featured topics. The most important thing for a topic to be featured is that it starts with the main image. That image will automatically be used on the front page. And there is a list with new topics. Every new topic appears on that list, but the list isn't that long, so it's possible your topic will disappear quickly.
  10. That's a good question. And one I don't know the answer to immediately. Can you post a link here to the topic?
  11. I think it's time for you to run a multi-billion-dollar company Edit: While I do agree with your assessment from my personal point of view, I do think TLG knows what sells and what not.
  12. There is indeed an issue with the search bar in some themes. It has been solved in some, so it will probably be easy to fix. If I recall correctly, it's one or two lines of css.
  13. I have been working on something similar Files should be hosted elsewhere. Maybe you can use Google Drive, Dropbox, Git, Bricksafe to host your files. I am interested in taking a look.
  14. Indeed, it wasn't explicitly mentioned. I thought it was.
  15. That was not an answer, but mere coincidence I have closed the topic. I have sent all the applications to TLG. Now we wait.
  16. Funny thing is that "message me directly" was in the original request by LEGO. By I reckon it applies here too I have received some PM's and I will send the info to TLG tomorrow.
  17. I have received a request from TLG. Who is interested? Volunteers Wanted! The Powered UP team is looking for a variety of AFOLs to help participate in a online focus group that will provide "continuous" support for 2 months. I am not fully aware of what "continuous" support means and I have reached out to get more information. I believe we can start our search for volunteers though . The team is looking for volunteers with a variety of experience/affinity levels with Powered UP and perhaps even an AFOL who has never used it but their kids do. Please talk with your community to see if you have any members who might be interested in this opportunity. Please message me directly with the information below. You will notice that personal information is not requested. If a member from your community is selected to participate, then individual contact information will be requested. 1. Description of Powered UP affinity level 2. Description of Powered UP experience 3. Perception of Powered UP platform/user experience The deadline for submitting a member from your community is January 17th.
  18. As long as they are official you are good to go! Using parts not the way they are supposed to is sometimes even better The rules on this are very clear, and have been the same in the past. We usually only allow third party strings, hoses, etc. And sometimes wheels, but usually not.
  19. Please be careful with resurrecting a 3 year old topic, especially to ask for instructions. That's frowned upon. Besides that; if you have 10 posts, you can use the PM and send @o0ger a message. He has been online last year so he is still around.
  20. Fixed. (we are working on updating the server. After that we will take a look at the themes.)
