  1. Discussed in another topic (bit off topic), but Blue seems to be the new Yellow/Red. Five of the sets contain blue. I guess Lego did listen to our suggestion/wish.
  2. Check the discussion in this topic (you might have seen it): http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=85899&st=450#entry1733687 There's a link to the 2014 sets. 5 of them contain blue parts
  3. As far as I know Blue is the new Yellow (or Red) Guess you need to wait a bit for more Green.
  4. Yes they are standard lego. However, they are pretty expensive. There are some third party alternatives to be used or balls from the Friends product. Balls like these: http://www.bricklink...nv.asp?S=4470-1 Mostly from the sports series, if I am not mistaken (no expert myself either). Here's some generic information: http://www.greatballcontraption.com/
  5. I will try again. Probably my bad. I have created a combined General Discussion Index topic.
  6. I have closed this topic and moved the index to the GBC General Discussion and Index topic.
  7. I was thinking about collecting all the posted Contraptions and maintaining/updating the index with these posts. Or would it be better to have a single topic (general discussion) with an Index in the first post? (I have locked the index topic and done the latter) I would like to do that, maybe with some help from GBC enthusiasts.
  8. I find these things so incredibly inventive and so much fun to watch. Thanks for this post. I'm having trouble watching your videos by the way. They keep "crashing". I really think we need to create a GBC Index and/or maybe start a GBC General Discussion topic. (done)
  9. Great Ball Contraption (GBC) - General Discussion and Index This is a topic used for GBC general conversation, questions, hints, tips, etc. This first post will be used to maintain an Index of GBCs here on Eurobricks or other websites. Eurobricks topics LEGO GBC 8 + Building Instructions (5 modules - 2 motors) New Akiyuki GBC Instruction Index Other sources Greatballcontraption.com
  10. Great Ball Contraption (GBC) - Index This first post will be used to maintain an Index of GBCs here on Eurobricks or other websites. Eurobricks topics GBC General Discussion LEGO GBC 8 + Building Instructions (5 modules - 2 motors)
  11. True!! There a loads of Technic or Technic-ish parts in Bionicle as well. Some of the are quite useful or can be used for decoration. Sometimes I am as surprised as you are about these kind of parts/colors.
  12. Part http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItem.asp?P=2741 Sets http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemIn.asp?P=2741&in=S To be more precise:
  13. Yup! Same images have been discussed a few pages back.
  14. You can create a link to his Brickshelf site. That's no problem.
  15. Nice review Blakbird and thanks for pointing it out. I might pick this one up.
  16. White and Blue for the win. He is quite a MODder
  17. Oh wow, that's awesome!! Time to build this beauty again. Could also be done with a black top, GTO style. Nice find, I'll keep this one in mind.
  18. Just remember that a forum is not about making lots of topics. It's about useful discussions and conversations (mostly). Keep that in mind and you'll do fine So, when are going to test or prove whether the reversed statement works as well? It's your theory after all
  19. Hi, welcome to EB! We've just seen the first pictures of 1H 2014 sets. Most of the time (especially recent years) the flagship is a 2H set.
  20. Moved your question to this general discussion topic. No need for a separate topic. So we should be able to build a very cool F1 car as a B-model for the 42009
  21. Lego machines rule! Especially the ones that peel parrots Nice find!
  22. Hi LegoMonkeyMan, Welcome to EB! The rules are defined in the first post of this topic.
  23. If you break it up, make sure to take plenty of pictures. Maybe someone will/can reverse engineer your model.
