  1. I would suggest to build the 8043, possibly with the modifications Kumbbl posted. When finished you can always decide to upgrade it to Ultimate. But it's not necessary right away. Really, you won't be disappointed by the "default/basic" version.
  2. Hi, Sorry to bump this old topic, but I am writing some reviews and I am in need for tables as well. Having BBCode for tables enabled would be great. Like this: [table] TEXT TEXT TEXT TEXT TEXT TEXT TEXT TEXT TEXT TEXT TEXT TEXT TEXT TEXT TEXT TEXT TEXT TEXT [/table] Any chance this could be enabled? So no HTML enabled, just the BBCodes for Tables.
  3. You can buy a retail set as well. Your fiance will understand that you really need those beacons
  4. To be honest, I haven't got a clue. Could be tomorrow, could be somewhere next year. Nice to hear you bought the EV3 set btw
  5. True! So, let's stick to the 2014 sets in this topic. Further discussion about LA vs Pneumatics can be done here: Linear Actuators VS Pneumatics
  6. No Mindstorms entries....yet! Maybe they will come.
  7. Sweet!! Thanks man, great source. When I find some time, I will update everything in the Index. You are already helping a lot!
  8. Very nice review dj2005! Pictures are great too. Well done.
  9. That's exactly what I wanted to post first, seriously
  10. That turned out nice! You have some cool non-Lego content as well
  11. Let's continue the LA vs Pneumatics discussion in this old topic: Linear Actuators VS Pneumatics
  12. Hi Brandon! Welcome to EB! Nice to hear you still have all your old sets
  13. Hi HumanVege, Welcome EB. Nice to have you on board. Where are you from? You can enter your country in your profile btw.
  14. Thumbs up for Team Town! Nice work Hopefully, I can find some time to build something in LDD and order the parts to build it for real. Would love to contribute/participate.
  15. Nice collection and nice display!! Recently I have decided to start using the stickers too. I don't care if they will wear off in a couple of years. They just make models look so much better! And if I need the part without a sticker (mostly panels) I will order them via Bricklink.
  16. Cool The old crane got me back from my dark ages in 2005, so I was really looking forward to this one. But slowly my interest decreased, knowing that I would buy it some day, of course. It's a little bit higher on the list again
  17. This topic makes me want to buy and build the crane
  18. Jurgens Ultimate combined with this Extended Boom sounds perfect!
  19. That would be the best kept Lego Technic secret ever
  20. Thanks! I still need to buy the crane, but I will save this for future reference
  21. That's sweet!! Indeed, the garage is awesome! Love the details on the tool benches and everything. Well done.
  22. Uhh...well...yes of course I did I'm kinda new in this area, but I will read your reviews from now on (Seriously, I will look into them) I do like this winter village themed contest a lot. And I sure hope people won't take it too seriously and start building way in advance. Just wait for the rules and build accordingly, instead of prebuilding the rest of the year. So thumbs up for Pandora And if you do have something built, just show us!! Can't wait to see these well prepared MOCs!!
  23. Nothing in particular. I still think it's a great entry!
