    Not sure how to interpret your post, but this model does have optional PF functions. So no PF out of the box.

    Actually I meant mechanisms, because both are pretty neat (supposedly). Should finish it some time soon :) Don't know who is the designer. Might be on the Lego website, Technic section?

    "Decals will be allowed if you've made them yourself, but no cutting, sculpting or modifying parts."

    Just download it and install it. It's pretty easy to use. Especially for examining models.
