Chinese New Year Sets - Rumors and Discussion
Lion King replied to Klaus-Dieter's topic in Special LEGO Themes
I would love to see a modular Buddhist temple in that Lunar New Year subtheme. I’m not sure if Buddhism is allowed since it’s religious? -
Nice! Yeah, buildable dragons look kinda nice but it just doesn’t appeal to me personally. I have a bunch of dinosaurs from Jurassic World and I’m quite suprised that Ninjago is around here for over 10 years with no (entirely) molded dragons. I used to own Hungarian Horntail from mid-200s and I loved it so much. Ah, well… I will accept that there will be no modled dragons then.

I will be honest, I’m little surprised that there is no small Halloween set that includes exclusive minifigures. For example, in 2020, they had Halloween hayride set, which I love that one. I just don’t care about buildable stuffs like pumpkin, cat, bat etc…. I’m only interested in minifigure-included seasonal sets (Easter and Halloween). I know there are Lunar New Year and Christmas sets.

Yeah you are right it’s pretty much unlikely for a molded dragon to show up in GWP. I’m a huge fan of molded creatures from City animals to Harry Potter / fantasty creatures. But I am not a fan of buildable creatures like Ninjago sets have dragons. However, with the popularity of buildable dragons from Ninjago and Harry Potter, I don’t think we will see old and new molds for dragons (except for wings and head pieces only).

LEGO Collectable Minifigures Series 25. Rumors and discussion
Lion King replied to Robert8's topic in Special LEGO Themes
@Karalora, well said. I like yoru suggestions. I never agree with cowboys vs Indians ideas myself. A Western setting where ingenious people and Old West civilians (cowboy or not) come together in harmony. I only like cowboys/sheriffs vs bandits. Take a look at Chief Seattle’s friendship with white people, icludiinge Doc, in 19th century. therefore the settlers named the tiny settlement in the honor of Chief Seattle. Both tribes and whites maintained freindly relations. Although I am not very familiar but I am interesting in learning about that history.- 574 replies

Because their hands are more visible against dark clothes so deaf and hard-of-hearing people can read what the interpreters sign. It’s professional to dress black and other dark clohtes (dark blue, dark purple, etc). If they wear light-colored clohtes, it would be difficult to see what they are saying.

Thanks for letting me know. I didn’t realize there are black street lamps. I will look into it in Bricklink. Yeah well, Mateo and Izzy will save you from Nightmare King’s regime. -
For City or regular CMF Series, I would like to see Sign Language Interpreter minifigure to support deaf and hard-of-hearing folks! How? Its simple - interpreter wears a black shirt with “Sign Language Interpreter” and two “C” hands interconnected printed on the back.

LEGO Collectable Minifigures Series 25. Rumors and discussion

Agreed. I love traditional yellow skin for minifigures since 1978. That video is for Rebuild the World campaign. Agreed. It was nice seeing kids having the fleshie minifigures represent them in that video. As I mentioend above, I love collecting yellow minifigues from City, Monkie Kid, Ninjago, regular CMF, and Icons sets (such as Modular Buildings, Fairground, etc).- 574 replies

Modular Building Sets - Rumours and Discussion
Lion King replied to The Jersey Brick Guy's topic in LEGO Town
I had a strangely interesting dream last night. In my drea, I saw a new modular buidling with new streetlmaps - new color (black) and new molded piece in place of trans-clear minifigure head. And i think I saw there was a new detail for sidewalk, such as a black guardrail (I don’t know what it’s called exactly) and i loved that modular building. - it had a shop and cafe with cool architectural facade (I can’t remember what period it is from…). Oh and that buidling ws a corner type. Of course, it was just a dream after awakening but sometimes dreams can come true. -
We have a candy cane piece from Series 23 and that piece is perfect to be recolored for an elderly Sorry, i don’t think we ae on a same page. I asked you if you meant to type “autism” not “Autumn”
