Jurassic Park/World 2023 - Rumors & Discussion
Lion King replied to Clone OPatra's topic in LEGO Licensed
I don’t know if they will reuse Atrociraptor body as a baby T-rex (ignoring sickle toes). But I’m ve interested in new dinosaur babies. I have been waiting for baby versions for Pteranodon, T-rex, and some more. We already hae a few existing babies: Velociraptor baby - checked Ankylosaurus baby - checked Triceratops baby - checked Do I forget somethin? -
LEGO Dreamzzz 2024 Rumours and Discussion
Lion King replied to Peppermint_M's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
Obviously I said “but we will se…” Yeah, I jsut don’t think Lego will give us Mrs. Castillo with no studs on her back and Night Hunter with a hook that soon. Personally, I love Mrs. Castillo’s molded body so it’s more useful for other purpose. Night Hunter with a hook woul be ore wicked! we shall see… -
LEGO Collectable Minifigures Future Series Rumours
Lion King replied to r4-g9's topic in Special LEGO Themes
I heard “so-called” rumor about Ninjago CMF Series. It’s form just2good’s IG account. He said “people are no ready for drop” or something like that. I assume it’s just a fan-made project? Correction: just2good is “she”, not “he”. -
LEGO Ninjago 2024 Rumours and Discussion
Lion King replied to THELEGOBATMAN's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
100% agreed with you. It’s quite strange to have Ninjago CMF and I don’t feel it’s more fitting for CMF, imo. I mean, we already have bunch of ninjas, Wu, Gamadon minifigures now. So it’s better not looking into it too much. Although, I always love in-house themes and CMF, I would be okay with never-seen-before Ninjago minifigures. Yup, it’s unlicensed Spae CMF! It will be released in May 2024. I’m looking forward for it! To be honest, I doubt it we will ahve three unlicensed CMF Series in one year… Series 25, Spae Series, Ninjago Series? I jsut don’t see that way. I know there should be a licensed CMF serie in September (this is my speculation, nohting solids so don’t quote me on it). -

Are you saying there would be CMF. Series for Ninjago? Or jsut. Your pure speculation? I asked becuase i know there are two unlicensed series next year. One is Series 25 and another is the mysterious Space (unnumbered) Series. So I don’t think this dude is that deep into leaks. -

Modular Building Sets - Rumours and Discussion
Lion King replied to The Jersey Brick Guy's topic in LEGO Town
I think it makes sense that a large amount of pieces could be a replacement for Assembly Square after its retirement, like another city square wiht multi businesses. On other hand, it also make sense that it could be a large, single-purpose building like Hospital and Museum. So many speculations… Oh let’ snot forget about a confirmed Modular GWP. It would make more sense if it’s ambulance for hosital. But what if the 2024 modular building set turns out to be either city square or museum? Maybe GWp won’t be a vehicle set for these two. -

Your signature suggests that you never give up on Stegosaurus until you get it at last! The Lost World set would be perfect for Stegosaurus and her baby along with Sarah and Ian. -

I’m very interested in Hagrid’s hut and Forbidden Forest creatures sets. I’m totally into molded creatures! But if Forbidden Forest. Sets turn out to have a bunch of brick-buildable creatures then it’s a hard pass for me. I never own the flying car from since 2018 so I would be glad buying it! -
Nice! Personally, I’m not a fan of Freinds-es que animls but I’m little jealous that Freinds has giraffe & zebra while City doesn’t havee them. Hopefully City-esque giraffe and zebra will turn up in a few years.

Modular Building Sets - Rumours and Discussion
Lion King replied to The Jersey Brick Guy's topic in LEGO Town
I’m. Sure Assembly Square and Bookshop will be upgraded to “Last Chance” status in US eventually. Anyways, is this set sort of anniversary? If so, what for? Boutique Hotel is the 15th anniversary set and Jazz Club is the 18th building in the modular lineup. So I wonder what’s so speical about the 2024 Modular Building set… -

It doesn’t sound like it has been rebooted hard. It’s nice to see Duke and Freya again.

Modular Building Sets - Rumours and Discussion
Lion King replied to The Jersey Brick Guy's topic in LEGO Town
It could be possible for hopsital but there are other possiiites, such as ost office, museum, library… I’m leaning toward both hospital and post office tho. I feel like museum could be a 20th annivesary set becuase it holds so many references the way the hotel has. That would bee very nice! We shall see. -

I’m really curious about the 4,014-piece Modular Building set… I mean, that piece counter is higher than Assembly Square (10th anniversary set). Something odd but I’m excited to see more infos Turing up soon or later. Side note: if this is true, I guess Assembly Square has to dethrone and allow the next Modular Building ascend! -

Is It Possible To Reintroduce Old Sets?
Lion King replied to SpacePolice89's topic in General LEGO Discussion
There are so many (and long) posts for me to read even tho it is only a few pages here. Nah to catching up. I will throw my thoughts out anyways. I have been thinking lately…. I acutally preer Lego to come up with NEW designs for old themes, NOT remake (new design for old sets). I mean, somehting new and different that we never saw in old themes before, yet there could be some references from old sets. For example….Johnny Thunder discovers a new hidden tomb not in Egypt or in Amazon rainforest. I don’t know how to describe that right. Maybe I have another example - some new spaceship for Classic Space? No remade spaceships. Aain, I am not sure if I describe it right… -
Understood, thank you for clarifying. Something fresh and original would be great.
