  1. One of my favorites! Great mix of Voltron & Zoid design elements. I really like this Mobile Suit by Moko:
  2. So much good stuff you guys!
  3. Is that one even sci-fi?
  4. Our agreement is I get to play with childrens' toys, and she gets to make fun of me. It's a win win.
  5. Wow! That first one is mind blowing. The Whirlwind is super cool. It's like some 60's era James Bond sci-fi flight pod.
  6. To me those were all just rehashes of the B Wing. I did like the Quad Jumper though.
  7. This awesome mech by Moko:
  8. Awesome! Red with light blue looks great. I just meant that SM3 had airships that were purely rotor-lift. I'm not sure I've seen that concept anywhere else. Most airships I've seen have a lighter-than-air design (sometimes with rotors too though).
  9. How about this transforming Game Boy by Baron Von Brunk?
  10. The shape of that first spaceship is really unique. I like how it has sort of a fat face. Sometimes you want tough instead of sleek. The heli-airship is also really cool. I'm not sure I've seen that before...wait yes I have: Super Mario 3! Also, Bayformers, eww! J/K.
  11. Swordfish by HaeunDaddy
  12. Blastar by Marco De Bon Two Transformers by Chris Roach Beachcomber Cobra Rattler/Powerglide
  13. Santa Mech by Mark Anderson
  14. Wow @Digger of Bricks, you might convert me into a Steampunk fan. Those submersibles are amazing. They've got a cool 5000 Leagues Under the Sea vibe too.
  15. Just make a Themed Creator Expert line. Done. One deluxe Castle, Space, and other (Pirate/Western) set a year. If only Lego just asked ME what to do all the time, things would be so easy.
  16. Probably one of the few cases where a ridiculous spoiler makes sense!
  17. Jim, thank you so much for asking these questions! Very interesting and honestly I find the answer somewhat encouraging. Of course I'm hoping you've planted the seed for them to try out a Classic themed Creator set. It's funny how people think the appeal of Classic Space is just nostalgia but that Star Wars is different. It's like dude, the Star Wars Snow Speeder is pure nostalgia! It's 38 years old and hasn't been in a movie since!
  18. There was even another contest entry that was similar. It may not be a totally original idea but I don't consider it a rip off or anything.
  19. This is just a rumor right now but:
  20. I had to go back to 2016 to find one a Creator set with a molded animal. https://shop.lego.com/en-US/Fountain-40221 Personally I kinda like brick build animals. And I'd definitely take a large brick build animal or beast over a big Duplo-looking molded one.
  21. Can we? Can we please?
  22. Agreed. I definitely don't see it.
  23. Many Creator sets have no minifigs but many do. The Space Shuttle and Island Adventures are two recent examples. And all the houses/modulars. Plain or generic figs are perfect for any kind of themed sets we are suggesting here. For instance a generic Knight or Spaceman. I totally agree that being generic is one of the nice things about Creator. Which is why we're suggesting it expand into generic, archetypal settings like "space" or "castle" where generic minifigs would make sense.
  24. Sure, more or less. "Not when in theaters" is my main point. And it's an important point when there is no end in sight for Star Wars movies. Ain't that the truth...
  25. But but but...if you don't like what Lego is making now...just don't buy it. See? Isn't that totally helpful and not condescending? (And totally isn't code for "if you don't like it shut up"). And yes that is sarcasm. I hate it when people say that. The whole point of internet forums is to commiserate with fellow fans.
