The word "realm" just means "land" or "world"; in the Ninjago universe (multiverse, technically), the term is used to refer to the 16 universes that exist parallel to Ninjago itself. LEGO is the sole owner of their in-house themes, so this is exceedingly unlikely! It is, but the Beaver Tribe had a cameo in SotFS, so at least those assets are available. Additionally, a number of years have passed since the last time that we saw the main Chima characters (Possession), so they could just create new characters and assets for Chima as it exists today.

LEGO Star Wars 2023 Set Discussion - READ FIRST POST!!!
Classic_Spaceman replied to MKJoshA's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Maybe, but I feel like the shell might be too big for the Noti (also, the Noti have more turtle-like shells; this looks like a snail shell). How???! BrickHeadz? May the 4th promo? I doubt that we would get a set with Revan unless they show up in a High Republic show (Young Jedi Adventures, The Acolyte) for some reason. 🤔 I am not particularly familiar with the character, but I do want to see more from the Mortis gods and other esoteric aspects of the Force/Star Wars lore. Additionally, Abeloth is a terrifying cosmic entity (not just a bad guy with a red laser sword), so she would be different and unique as a main villain. I disagree; @Renown is cryptic, but he puts our discussions on the right track. Who says "Watch those wrist rockets!"? Renown posted that quote to hint that we are going to get B2s, not Clones. Interesting. . . The phrase "To set the cat among the pigeons" means to say/do something that would cause trouble or controversy. BrickHeadz are one possibility, as well as is a GWP. LEGO is not doing Comic-Con exclusives anymore, so that is likely out. 🤔 -

Ice Planet, M;Tron, Space Police, Black Knights, Wolfpack, Dragon Masters (this really depends upon whether we get one in Majisto’s Workshop), Fright Knights (maybe a small GWP with Willa?), Redcoats, Adventurers, etc! I am torn on these; I want them back, but they feel better suited to a full line than just a single set and (maybe) GWP. Neither has a big flagship set that can be remade easily. 🫤 -
LEGO Sci-Fi Ongoing - Rumors, Speculation, and Discussion

As soon as I saw the set, I wondered how a Classic Space reskin would look! -
Per a recent clip, Ras is from the Wyldness (not Chima). This is kind of a missed opportunity, IMO, as we already have a character from the Wyldness (Wyldfyre), and since Doc Wyatt has confirmed that Chima is one of the merged realms. 🫤 Maybe “The Wyldness” is the actual name of the Realm and “Chima” is just the area directly around Mount Cavora (as the series finale shows that the land of Chima is only a small part of that realm’s landmass)? Hopium, I know, but it is possible. Something interesting about the clip is that it is a flashback, and it seems to take place before the Merge; Ras is seen meeting with the Emperor of Imperium (who has Beatrix and (probably?) her sister seated beside him). Since Beatrix was Empress during Sora’s childhood (see videos shown in her class), this clip suggests that Ras was able to travel between Realms prior to the Merge. Nexo Knights is not one of the 17 Realms; Ninjago is a fictional show in that universe (See here and here).

New clip! I wonder which of the other Realms were created by the FSM. For reference, the 17 realms are: The Realm of Oni and Dragons (the first Realm to exist), the Departed Realm, the Cursed Realm, the Underworld, the Cloud Kingdom, the Realm of Madness, the Never-Realm, Ninjago, Djinjago, Imperium, Chima, the Relam of Lee, the Administration, and four others.

DC Superheroes 2023 - Rumors & Discussion
Classic_Spaceman replied to Clone OPatra's topic in LEGO Licensed
It makes sense based on who appears in movies; we get Joker and Harley quite frequently, but the last appearance of Bane in a live-action movie was TDKR in 2012! The Batman was the first appearance of a non-clown villain since Suicide Squad (2016) featured Killer Croc and Deadshot (though Harley and Joker were far more prominent). -
Alpha Team won; we get a follow up in the CMF Spy’s bio:

Marvel Superheroes 2023 - Rumors & Discussion
Classic_Spaceman replied to Clone OPatra's topic in LEGO Licensed
I would be OK with a Storm repeat in the mansion, but no Wolverine (since we get him in the X-Jet), and Beast should have a lab coat. The modular Sanctum had 9 Minifigs (two reuses) and the Bugle had 15 super heroes/villains (only five of whom were new), so I expect roughly the same thing for the X-Mansion. I can see 9-10 Minifigs: Storm (CMF reuse), Beast (lab coat), Professor X (reused parts), Magneto (whichever suit does not appear in the jet), Jean (if not in the jet), Rogue, Gambit, Jubilee, Mystique, Sabretooth. Maybe swap the two villains for repeats of Wolverine and Cyclops if LEGO wants to be cheap. -

I can see the classic costume in the X-Jet, with Xavier and ‘M’-suit Magneto in the mansion. Yep. 👍 I wonder if Magneto will reuse Gandalf’s head (it is actually not exclusive to him, having been released in 2018). -

Using the Thanos head would allow for more bigfig customisation options, so IMO that would be the better choice. Perhaps the Minifigs could use mid-legs as well, in order to represent their odd proportions? Another idea would be to use Minidolls, since they are already skinny with large heads. A new (reusable!) shorter leg piece and Elves-style hair with moulded ears could actually look pretty accurate! -

Very frustrating - They should have included Jean! I am fine with Cyclops and Magneto (provided that the latter has his red-purple suit), but the CMF repeats are disappointing. I hope that we at least get variants of Logan and Storm (leather jacket or yellow-brown Wolverine, black suit or long hair Storm). Fingers crossed for Gambit, Rogue, Jubilee, and Prof. X in the mansion! Where did we get confirmation that a Sentinel would not be included? It seems strange that the X-Jet of all things is the set without a mech! Maybe we could get a Sentinel mech set piloted by a Minifig Sentinel? That would actually be cool, and I would probably buy at least two of them. -

Marvel cannot copyright Norse mythology, but their renditions of the characters are probably the most well-known at this point, and it would be somewhat of a challenge to come up with Minifig designs that are both recognisable and not overly similar to Marvel’s designs. 🫤 I wonder if the medieval village could go this route; we got a lot of new prints in the Viking village, so I could see some of them being reused at some point. I doubt that a raid would be off-limits (we did get the Mill Village Raid, after all!), but a greater impediment would probably be that LEGO seems not to want to portray Vikings in a villainous/aggressive role. -

Maybe regular Minifig bodies with Thanos heads? 🤔 -

What rumours about Avengers Tower? Also, due to the lack of any leaks (pics or parts/Minifigs) for the Moments Space spaceship set, I am assuming that it will be released in April 2024 rather than November 2023 (the two potential dates, per @Brick Clicker). -

Attack of the Concept Art. 🫤 I honestly think that we could get RotNR at some point with Carson and Zeb as two of the leads (along with a few appearances from Hera and Chopper). -

James Gunn has confirmed that Xolo Maridueña will be returning as Blue Beetle in the new DCU, so could we potentially get a set from the first movie at some point in the coming years? 🤔 -

A Rebels version could give us S3/4 Ezra and Sabine, Rukh, Pryce, etc. I think that we could get all of the remaining Ahsoka characters (Thrawn, Enoch, Ahsoka the White, Ezra, arm-printed Sabine, the Great Mothers (at least one of them), the Night Troopers, and Morgan’s trooper and HK droids) in the Chimera, Morgan’s shuttle, a villain fighter, and a Night Trooper battle pack. Howlers and the Noti and their houses can be side-builds in these sets. -
LEGO City Adventures is definitely still canon! Also, the 2016 service station appears in the background; I am surprised by the number of older sets that feature in these videos.

I actually like these torsos for Ice Planet; I can see Krysto having a non-breathable atmosphere (due to the lack of plant life) but Earthlike atmospheric pressure (negating the need for pressurised spacesuits). Also, the original designs had what looked like a breathing apparatus over a fur-lined coat, so these torsos are not far off from the originals.

It is becoming increasingly absurd that we have not gotten an Imperial Police Gunship yet - Rebels, Fallen Order, Survivor, and now Ahsoka (they appeared in the background last week, but I was not sure that we would actually see them in action)! We can also add the standard villain fighters (not Shin/Marrok’s fiend fighters) to the list of sets that we could get; they are getting more screen time than the pirate snub fighter did. We do need Carson - He is basically the equivalent of Agent Coulson in Phase 1 of the MCU! Agents Rangers of the New Republic when?? If the Eye of Sion does turn out to be a hyperdrive ring, I could see it being included along with the Chimera. -
I doubt that we are going to get a dragon (moulded or brickbuilt) in the GWP, as the original Majisto’s Workshop did not have one. The most that we can really hope for animal-wise is a reuse of the CMF falcon.
