[MOC] The Last Lighthouse At The End Of The Kitchen Table
Jack Sassy replied to Bob De Quatre's topic in Special LEGO Themes
Love this. -
This is most likely the best version I've seen of the Dutchman. Astonishing work!

Going quickly off topic, how are they still getting away with stealing people's designs? This is outrageous!

Was one of these leaks a YouTube video about releasing Lego Pirates in 2021? If so, then it is just some rumours and things what people wish that could happen. As far as I know there is no evidence about release of Pirates in 2021. However it could be possible if Lego were to announce. But so far it is most likely that it's not happening.

This was made so the lower part of rudder can be removed once the ship model is put on the island, perhaps i got your question wrong but this is what i understood at least.

Amazing review! I recently stumbled upon your reviews and seem to be enjoying them with all these little gags, keep up the good work

That's a mighty fine vessel, Mr. Cromwell! You've done a good job on this MOC, it feels alive and... pure, I appreciate inclusion of swivels.

Sounds amazing, would be nice to see some Aztec and Maya type of temples among other things. -

It looks very good for a first ship MOC and a ship Moc itself in general, though it's more of a schooner rather than a brig. So far I do like the look of this model and those little cannons especially. Good job!

Amazing build! Reminds me of Bayou for a bit, just a little more exotic. Also, interesting usage of underwater goggles piece as water, good job!

Nice, majestic look.

Beautiful build

There should be a captain in there somewhere, great build nonetheless

Looking for some of the wackier pirate ship MOCs
Jack Sassy replied to Corydoras's topic in LEGO Pirates
Reminds me of Treasure Planet -
That man surely has a lot of strength to be able to toss a cow (By the way, Blackbeard was known for tossing many cows during his reign of piracy).

Yes, I agree. Mid-sized hull pieces would be good, maybe could be updated (make it one part instead of two needed to be combined, although I don't really mind). It's possible that Lego aren't making a new line because either it's overused, innapropriate to children, not profitable right now or can't find a good set designer.

Impressive, very impressive

This is something what I haven't seen before, the building technique is interesting, I like the little bits of lower deck accesible. Rudder looks fine and crew is very good for such a ship. This reminds me a bit of Lego Jackdaw moc from couple years ago. Overall it's well done and I'd love to see more of your models here. Good work!

It's a good look, i've got no guts to do this ever since I own only two and each goes for 2 euros on Bricklink. I'm surprised that this mold has only appeared two times, it's a very important heapiece during age of sail and Lego should make more sets with these

Love the vibe it has going, those trees with yellow leaves really add up to it, good job!

The set is very popular, yes. It might not be that much in my country, but at least it was available for purchase here (it is very rare for an ideas set to be sold in Latvia) but one thing I know is that it was pretty popular in Estonia, not sure about other countries really, but it is popular enough to be sold out quite early.
