A beautiful model! I can only echo what others said about the colour palette. Lovely bright contrasts that would stand out in any room. Good job!

He seems very life like, good job! I think ye can use that barrel by the cannon as a small reference to it, not a complete scene. I do appreciate all of the details, especially the usage of that 1x1 coral (?) piece around the deck and the chest reminds me of some of the details seen in the PotC LEGO game. Looking at those brackets, I dread to think about how difficult it will be to build the galleries. On ships like this one they certainly are a struggle! Good work and I hope ye make it till September.

That is very disappointing. Almost as if BL does not wish to see ship models anymore. Wishing best of luck getting yer design through the restrictions.

A lovely idea! I do like some designs more than others but that just be my bias. The shape does seem a lot more stretched in comparison to a casual minifigure. Good work either way!

Thank ye! Aye, the middle torso is from One Piece. It could be used for the casual Jack too, especially during the scene on Rumrunner's Isle.

Oh, I was not aware of this, they seem to meet the same fate the tan baseplate did. Nevertheless, my display has space for only six blue baseplates.

This seems like an ambitious project which requires some knowledge in engineering! So far it seems very good, interested to see how yer version will turn out with the details and such. Good progress!

Ah, a lovely model. Saw this on Flickr a few days ago. Be there some shots with minifgures next to it? Good job on her! Indeed, they were the exact opposite of today's cars - slim and (quite often) tall.

A great take on this well known vessel! Good use of space below decks. Not every model requires a full set of cannons, I too have found this option as helpful when needing to fill out more detail with different rooms. The transition from broadsides to the galleries and to the stern skull is smooth and quite dynamic. Good job on this original design!

My first thought was - this would do well as a Batmobile. Ye have certainly proved it so. This is like the BTAS version which has been reinforced with some BvS and the 2022 film level of armour. Good job!

Indeed, these parts seem worthy to experiment with. That aspect can be extended to other details on the Flying Dutchman. The amount of detail this project affords and also demands is incredible!
