  1. It works very well, of course it hasenβ€˜t got the power like BuWizz. But i love the proportional controller without using a cellphone! for this model i donβ€˜t need 6 ports of course, but for my wheel loader (you can see it in my second trophy truck clip a few month ago) it is very helpful! 😊
  2. After a long time, i made a little progress in building the body:
  3. Not really. A kind of a sedan like subaru…
  4. Thanks @NoEXIST!! Now i have to build a body, this will be the most difficult part for me πŸ™ˆ
  5. It is very compact. But the steering angle is very limited. Btw, the mould king 2.4GHz rc components work pretty good 😊
  6. It is almost the same front axle like @NoEXIST shared on rebrickable:
  7. I started a new project: 4WD Drift Car 😊 steering design is a idea from @NoEXIST:
  8. Great work!!! Where can i get these springs?
  9. Yes, this part is very helpful! @brickosouch shared this part in his thread.
  10. This part (6x) i use for the rear axle, to avoid melting plastic 😊 : Ball bearings by Friedl St, auf Flickr I modified the bodywork. Now it looks a little bit better: Trophy Truck RC by Friedl St, auf Flickr
  11. Great! πŸ‘πŸ‘ do you make a driving video? 😊
  12. Wow, great work! I guess you have a lot of fun to drive ist :) But i think it will be better with real rc components for controlling it. I use this one in my Lego modells: RC Components by Friedl St, auf Flickr or something like that with brushless motor: https://www.youtube.com/embed/v5Ey2yWuErM?feature=oembed
  13. That is a great work! In my opinion you can also use chinese buggy motors and normal rc components. The chinese version can is easy to open and you can solder any wire/connector to it you want. So i use it for examplye with a flysky reciever and transmitter, so the handling much better then with a app via cellphone.
  14. So now i have finished it. 😊 What do you think? McLaren RC #1 by Friedl St, auf Flickr McLaren RC #3 by Friedl St, auf Flickr McLaren RC #2 by Friedl St, auf Flickr and a short clip:
  15. Looks great!! πŸ‘πŸ˜€
  16. You are right. Yes it is a 3s LiPo and the white connector is for the balancing wire at the charger. And also important when using it you should connect a LiPo warner to it, which warns you when the cell voltage is under 3.3V
  17. So the back side is finished (in my opinion πŸ˜‰) and the rc components have found their place: McLaren RC WIP #7 by Friedl St, auf Flickr McLaren RC WIP #8 by Friedl St, auf Flickr About the front i am thinking about it to solve it: McLaren RC WIP #9 by Friedl St, auf Flickr
  18. Maybe many here wonβ€˜t like it, but there is no Lego wire connector. Here you can see my electronic setup which i use: RC Components by Friedl St, auf Flickr
  19. It is named geekoservo. You can find it herefor example: https://www.robotshop.com/de/en/geekservo-9g-270-servo-compatible-with-lego.html If you donβ€˜t crash, it will be ok πŸ˜‰
