Yeah, that looks to be the Giant Stone Warrior that the ninja faced at the museum from episode 20. -
LEGO Ninjago 2019
JJ Tong (zfogshooterz) replied to Chilis's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
I just took a look at them. I'm blown off by the Monastery too. The old monastery was never striking to me to begin with. (Though, I would still grab the old version when I want to start a collection of the '11 Ninjago sets. I'm a series completionist type ) Also I'm digging the new version of the Earth Driller, it's really nice that the Giant Stone Warrior (in good scale!) is included too. Really nice indeed. Both sets are definitely major improvements. As for the rest, I'll be honest, I'm not that impressed with them either. I normally prefer series that gives something new rather than throwbacks. Personally it makes it hard for me to categorize them despite being called legacy, probably the OCD in me or something. Well, unless, it's something to do with the upcoming installments/seasons, where this wave and the next wave would meld in a way like how S.O.G. and Hunted did (I do really wish that would be the case as that would tantalize me more to grab them but if it isn't, oh well). And finally, I definitely love the minifigures! They're the stuff that really stand out other than the two sets in my eyes. -
Ooh! That would be creepy indeed! What's shown actually looks (at least to me) that it's being caramelized alive! Which is equally sinister.

is 31026 retired ? or retiring?

Indeed. Both 3-in-1's and Expert's have different modular system. -

It could be something like that. The foldable buildings can placed side by side with expert modulars and fits because they can fold which covers open areas. The current 3-in-1 modulars are more dollhouse-esque-like. They aren't foldable as to accommodate the new modular system which result in nothing covering the backs. The current/new modular swapping for 3-in-1 works in a way that you can swap, for example, a window balcony module with a door module which results in the kitchen having being another exit and the living room with another window. The expert modulars works more in the way of the roof and floors sections can be taken away with ease so you could have a more easy access to the interiors. Hope this helps! -

Wow! I never expected this! Thank You! This is the first raffle I've entered in this forum, and as I've said, I had a blast in this. Thanks you to all the fellow monster makers too. Looking at all the other entries was really thrilling! As for the awesome tags, I think I'll fancy the Swamp Monster please Oops, I'll edit my image to be hosted from imgur then. -

I think it's best not to delve into racial subjects. So let's keep it simple : I live in Malaysia, which means I am a malaysian :) Back to the topic! You can check 31026 at the LEGO store here. It clearly says "Retired Product". Anyway! It's a great set nonetheless! Definitely worth it. Happy Building when or if do get your hand on that! -

If you're looking for foldable buildings sets, unfortunately, as far as I know, they're all retired. If I'm not mistaken, the last creator 3-in-1 foldable building sets that was released were 31063 Beachside Vacation and 31065 Park Street Townhouse which came out around winter 2017. What came after that is the modular system for the 3-in-1 building sets that is similar to creator expert. Though if you're just interested in the size of the sets, the current assortment (2018 releases) are only 200 - to - 400 pieces sets as opposed to The Bike Shop and Cafe's 1023 pieces. However the closest set (that is not retired) to what you're looking for is the 31069 Modular Family Villa which has 728 pieces. A 2017 summer release and is currently still available. Hope this helps in some way! -

Whoa! Boy oh boy, I was looking forward to seeing new entries, they're pretty cool! The Lumbermaniac is really neat! Classic spookies. And hey, Exetrius, you made it! That's one dope minifigure, I like the elements that's used in him. Pretty interesting! Looking forward to the results of the contest (and more entries too if they are still coming)! -
Great stuff! The interiors with egyptian decor is real nice, they really flow. Do dig the texture of masonry brick meshing with other bricks on the exterior too. Also, I really love how you did with those Jackal statues. Been recently intrigued by Adventurers and was (and still) a fan of the Pharoah's Quest theme too. So this is amazing!

I'm pretty sure it's retired, as it's a 2014 creator set. Well, in Malaysia, the set's retail price is 450 MYR which is around 100 USD. So yeah, 70 bucks is a pretty good price indeed. -

T'was on every Hallows' Night, Children in homes huddling, Villagers roam in fright, No one will be Trick-or-Treating For the Legend of The Dark Harvester was far too real An unspeakable ordeal, it is, Be a night of blight, it will, That in utter fear, you never dismiss From pure shadowy malice it was forged, Cursed was, all the gold it used For all the chaos it sows, And the despairs it wrought, Why it actually does, no one knows, Though what's for certain is, never get caught But if you do get caught, Be it for your naught Your fate is sealed to this dark horror, Your soul shall be harvested, Your lifeless husk will be food for the borers, While being buried unmarked At rooftops in pale moonlight it stalks sure, In dark alleys it lurks darker, Always beware, where there's crows, it's very near.. T'was this time in the old ages blacker then ever... (I had a blast making this. Glad this raffle came! Lore: This is a mechanical scarecrow that was made by a witch (with dark magic) during the old days, it terrorize the town every Halloween night far enough to become a dark legend. The purpose on why it's terrorizing is very unknown. It's pure evil, what's locked inside its chest may have everything to do with it. You can imagine its creation being a very sinister and chaotic moment) -
Gurahk Rahkshi of Disintegration (G2 moc)

A really neat color scheme indeed! The swords as spikes somehow gives me a bit of a pirate vibe which I actually like. And the staff's lasers does give a futuristic vibe too! -
Voltrahk; Rahkshi of lightning
JJ Tong (zfogshooterz) replied to Antak's topic in LEGO Action Figures
Wow, these guys are great! They look pretty formidable! The Crystal Beast green quaza spikes and the electric weapons for the staff are definitely cool elements to use! -
The moc is pretty neat! It give a sort of unique toughness! The tubing are actually nice, they're quite striking. Does give the impression of power tubes! However, the toenails does look odd for their positioning, I would prefer the nail tips facing downwards but that's just me.

I, too, do love the proportion! It's like this Bohrok's been working out! He definitely fits a hired thug who threaten those who doesn't pay their extortion fees haha. And does fits the role of a Bounty Hunter too!

Ok, this might be a late reply after all this time, but I just have to say that is one insane DOPE KNIGHT! The head is just pure awesomeness! The way the eyes and mouth armor looks plus a spiky helm just spell menacing! The shield's really unique. It really looks as it can be a formidable weapon just by itself! That hammer looks just as menacing as the shield too. Gotta dig the Fangpyre round tile you've used on both weapons! I don't think my mocs would stand a chance against that if there were to be a real battle between them!

Man! This mix of gold and neon is really cool! I love it! The matching of colors. It just looks great!

Just wanna add that aside from minifigures I'm also quite into Hero Factory and Bionicle, mostly G2 as that got me back to CCBS as Hero Factory's demise and also due to me starting going into LEGO with Bionicle Stars near the end of it's run so I didn't actually experience G1 that much. -
