Thanks ... Will definitely let you at some point. Thank you ... What railroad is complete without track workers Thank you ... It was a must as they always look a little funny from stock tires lol Thank you! It looks good off them as well lol thanks

Thats why it was easy to give you advice lol Thank you ... Me too I did up a version 3 last night with the motor under the tender ... Only a few parts changed honestly as the rear truck was built the same size as the front. So if its an issue It can be remedied easily. I really like the cars as well. Its actually a good representation. The LUG member did not know my main inspiration was our local zoo and they were looking up reference pictures as they were building it and mentioned it really looks quite similar. Of course i had to change some colors as there are not officially parts that color.

I would love to come join you ... However I can not swim that far lol as money does not allow international travel currently. Be sure to take many excellent photos! -
I will have to give that a try ... The only thing is the train consists will be randomly chosen so the Time the train travels might be different each time Thank you for following though. Ive been excited as I build to see how the public responds.

Thanks! I will definately pass this along. The "wagons" are fairly light so hopefully it wont be an issue there but if it causes trouble it can be swapped. Thanks. I'll be sure to update as it goes

IC: "The Phoenix" will react as he sees the strategic position of this out post a necessity for both legitimate and less then legitimate trade. -
Faladrin I love this ... I did a similar version with The Drunken Monkey in BoBS as the Renegade was my favorite ship growing up! I really like the broadside treatment as well as the look out nest!

More so to maintain a safe SR port so even a beginner SR with a Class 1 or 2 vessel can safely navigate the new world without being limited to certain parts of the map. (yes the Sea Rats made a political move reaching out to the naitives). If not claimed as a SR island (or at least the southern half) then it is not a safe port as any other faction can just stake claim and push the squatter settlement out. (According to the existing rules) -
Update! A member of my LUG expressed interest in this train as I had not built it yet. So I figured I would share a couple of WIP shots ... They are waiting fora BL order for the azure pieces and a couple other parts so some of the pieces are just place holders.

If the rods are out of time (quartering) or too short, too long, too much friction, they could be an issue. But to sule them out run it without them if the issue is resolved then some attention to the rod function needs to happen. If not then you have another issue. Also make sure you have just the slightest gap between your wheels and the body ... Too tight there could cause issues. Also if running on old 9v track run your train Clockwise as opposed to Anti-clockwise. The 9v has thicker flanges where the tracks join and cw running helps the wheels catch less.
-
Batteries definately affect operation. If you run it without the siderods does it behave the same? Also if you take it off the track and run it do you notice any binding? I know on my hubs I can change the color of my hubs (once paired) by clicking the pair button once and it will cycle through the colors per click. I run my switcher in orange color usually because the light is less detracting. But otherwise the color flashing you described is correct.

Preferably the island as we went through the Amcra but @Bregir might weigh in on that. -

To give you an idea I run my emerald night on a pf L motor and it takes 3 speed clicks before she crawls under her own weight. 5 with wagons and I max her out to give me a nice slower paced steamer. You getting any wheel spin or does it seem like its "chuffing" hard when running? I can order them here in the states? 45303 (equivalent to pf M motor) 88008 (equivalent to pf L motor) 88011 (equivalent to pf train motor)

This was actually my favorite 4w vehicle growing up. I had two and combined the second with this set. But alas I've moved to a world where trains are 8w trucks are 6w lol Many Thanks! Seems that I need to look this show up lol. Rail utility vehicles were quite popular during the 9v era but I wanted something more modern day (6w) Let me get mine built to see if im happy with the connections then I'll share.
-
Im not so sure if these are popular in Europe but they are everywhere here in the states. I designed this to actually sit on and off the rails as the rail wheels do lift up off tracks. Will begin ordering parts for them shortly And in Brick ... Still working out the stickers for these.

The holiday train was mounted with friction pins to keep it from turning. Instead of the half pin I would recommend the top stud of a headlight brick into the piston brick. Then attach the curved brick to the inset of the front stud of a headlight brick to keep it from turning.
-
Possibly but what and how would I mount it so it doesn't get ripped off. So far I only have two coupler issues ... One super weak and one super strong. I noticed if I control the train with the PUP app that 10% is realistic speeds but you need the 30% instant "snap" that the controller gives you .... Anybody know how to change the controller output yet? At 10% on the slider the train moves perfect but dragging to 30% is just too slow and causes the train to spin its wheels. But one click of the controller is the ticket. Sometimes you have to pushe the cars back then reverse to snap.
