Isn't there supposed to be a new theme of 'Lego Games' that's not games but based on video games? Plus Monkey Kid is now being sold on Amazon in the USA so that' a nice development.

Lego Licensed Parts available from Bricks & Pieces

I live in Western Mass right now and the closest store is south of Hartford, which is only 40ish miles but with Traffic would take 90+ minutes. Which is the same it would take me to get to the Natick Mall location, which is nicer because there is a massive Wegmans. I have no issue wasting loads of time in the fall and winter when it gets dark at 4pm. -
Only reason I think it's a new yellow is because I watched a YouTube video that had the black and red monkeys that said there would be a brighter neon yellow color coming in 2022. To me it's annoying because Chima yellow is lovely and I rather LEGO have more shades of grey or bring back sand red.

LEGO Sci-Fi Ongoing - Rumors, Speculation, and Discussion
Maple replied to Lyichir's topic in LEGO Sci-Fi
I'd go with a no this means we aren't getting Ice planet in the 90th set. Ice Planet took place in 2022 so this just a nice little easter egg and I can't wait for better pictures of the torso. We will most likely get in a City set however I don't know how you can say LEGO reuses CNY torsos. They always have a bunch of exclusives torsos. Heck 2021 had a hoodie print that has 2021 on it. -
I love rocket ships and that one looks interesting. Also, for some reason LEGO is releasing a new shade of yellow and I'm pretty sure that's it in the shuttle. Chima yellow would have worked fine for me but whatever.

Supposedly LEGO let it slip that Monkey Kid is one of the themes that will continue through at least 2023. I'll try to find the link. The black monkeys with red ears look great.

Yeah I'm pretty sure the USA BAM is back to normal because the eBay elves have different legs and faces. But I haven't been at either store since 2019 and when I went I completely forgot about the exclusive pieces. -

Closest LEGO Store to me is probably 90 minutes away so sadly I miss out on all the awesome exclusives they have there like the Halloween figures and the awesome pink elves. -

Dual molding is so expensive, but beautiful. :) -
I love it. The fountain on the side. The little plants made from gears. The balloon pieces as the center of the roof. Really awesome.

I can't see a stud shooter being so popular. Probably just not ready to sell. -
LEGO follows #legoleaks on Instagram so if there is something they don't like there it will be removed. I'm guessing those are the two Black Friday / Cyber Monday freebies.

Lego City 2022 Rumours, Leaks, Information And Discussion
Maple replied to Powered by Bricks's topic in LEGO Town
I like the color and front of the passenger train, but the interior is a joke. The Cargo train is rather meh. However LEGO really needs to reign in the prices of the trains, they are just too damn expensive. I think we will see pictures this week, or not. Maybe next week, or not. But for sure we will see them sometime within the next 8-9 weeks. -

Thank you. Never in a million years would I have thought that be in that set. The Peggy and Loki hair numbers actually cause my B&P to crash. In the USA so maybe no available here. -

I have notebook of parts LEGO has screwed up. They aren't even missing most of the time, just wrong pieces. My favorite is still the 1x1 round mound tile instead of a mason brick. The new Harry Potter set had an extra 1x4 grey brick for the life of me I still haven't figured out where that is suppose to be. So maybe an extra? -
I'm way behind but got the 2021 Hogwarts for like $85 and have been building it. Any 80/90s children will understand this... The 2018(?) Hogwarts is like SIM City. Just a lot of life and character and shape. Feels more complete. Hogwarts 2021is SIM Tower. You build everything up more and more and its fun for awhile but long term its lacking and boring.

2022 Friends Rumours, Leaks, Information And Discussion
Maple replied to Klaus-Dieter's topic in LEGO Town
The apartments set is supposed to be $150, aka biggest Friends set ever. I wonder if it will be a playset like the TV based sets or more of a condo, townhouses or skyscraper.- 136 replies

Spent the last 2 hours making a list... something happened and the tab closed. Bye bye list. Some great new hair pieces. -
The fact the Home Alone House is rumoured to be $100 is a disgrace. LEGO really needs to stop screwing around with wonderful Ideas and wrecking them.
-
Really? $20 for a door? And worth it?!
-
LEGO expects people to spend $180 and they can't even make matching stickers? The quality sucks and I'm sick of it.
-
The set doesn't look like the TV set to me.

THERE WAS A SPACE STATION SET! Am I supposed to read your mind? Your the one being annoyed by things being called City but are fine with a SPACE STATION in a City line.
