It's in the great Hidden Side Shrimp Shack set. The car is REALLY nice! Thank you! I missed out on that set. Should have bought it sooner but money issues. -

LEGO isn't going to make a $400 City set. -

I got myself a Disney Station for about $100. Well worth it and I need to sell Goofy before he's released again and his value drops like a rock. I think it's more likely that the train station will be up on the road like the 90s ones then have them cross the tracks. -

B&P should limit torso pieces, all of them, to somewhere between 10-25. Which reminds me I recently bought a Power Puff Girls set and the torso was broken. I need to order that piece. -

I can't find the final version, but this is the fan based one it was based on. https://www.brothers-brick.com/2019/01/19/first-eight-finalists-of-lego-and-bricklinks-afol-designer-program-revealed-news/ -

I would like a new $20-30 fire engine / truck. I have three of this one from several years ago ($6 each at Target.) https://brickset.com/sets/60002-1/Fire-Truck I regret not getting the $150 old time fire truck that was a bricklink exclusive. -

What was most stunning was it was HALF OFF Lego.com! When LEGO.com still had sales. -

I still use 9V for my Holiday Train (The first one not the Winter Village one.) and have last Passenger Train with whatever system and then newest cargo train with whatever the system is called. I still think LEGO will make another new system for new Trains for next year. -

For 200Euro why not just buy one of the newer trains? You don't like the new systems? -

That's not a City set or a 2021 set. -

The blacksmith sign is only 67 cents. Too bad it's a project just to make an order and I don't have time today. Have to waste a few hours getting vaccinated. -
I agree. I love the Spider Queen stuff, the pig guy (who I bought off Bricks and Pieces), even the Monkey Kid himself has a cool outfit. One year LEGO released a list of the 'best selling' sets. It was the year with the Friends Hotel. I think there was also a police station on it. So people figured it wasn't 'best selling' but really 'most profitable'. Doesn't make sense to me, but whatever. I don't have secret info. But Lego could make the sets cheaper in the USA. I mean we are a shit nation and need cheap LEGO.

Oh yeah I don't get why there aren't smaller sets in the theme either. I did a quick count and there are 18 'normal' sets, not counting Brickhead, polybags or the minifigure pack. Of which 3 are less than $50USD, two are $50USD and the other 13 are over. 7 of them are over $100! Lego can't make small sets?
-
Prices are in lines with other themes, which couldn't be said about the 2020 sets. The $25 set should be $20 but all the others are priced well. The Jet is $50 for 565 pieces. The main issue is if they are still exclusives we will never get 20% off like every other theme.

I get you. You want a full train and not just the engine. Yeah that would be nice. -

Why doesn't the crocodile not count? It fits on a track it's a train to me. I just don't like it. However at least it's different. We get the steam engines from Toy Story and Disney Train, City has high speed rains but we need more types, Hidden Side and City have cargo trains. I want different. -

Wouldn't the new train stuff come out next year? LEGO seems to like their 4 year cycle for trains. I bought the Disney Train Station and it's really awesome looking from the front, one of the best, the back is iffy. I wish LEGO would do more Creator trains though. -
Exactly. They want to know there is some oversight going on. I have seen at least a few bags of the CMF ripped each wave. Just think of how many of these boxes will be destroyed. Also, this isn't Mario. If LEGO charged $20 for a Mario figure and some printed tiles I think it would sell anyways. I think having a $10 set for $20 because of an app is insanity and I don't see them selling during a global pandemic and depression. Would I rather buy my children a Friends Waffle house or a City SUV with a beach buggy or a Vidiyo figure in a case? I'd go with a real set, but I don't have children.

In the USA there hasn't been an increase in price this wave, they have been $5 awhile. Even before that Target used to have 4-6+ boxes on pegs on the ends of aisles. Then it went down to a box. Same with Walmart. They only get two boxes now when they used to get several. The peak for how easy to find the figures was with the first Disney series.
