Really interesting we are getting a drama school and art school and both are really big. Yet the pizza stand is tiny. I hope they don't fit into the main street or this year's beach set. Beach set is too modern and very 'meh' to me. I love the 2020 beach shop set.- 136 replies

Good use of space in the moon station. Love the torso for the driver of the rover. -
Yeah the names of colors are confusing. What we all call teal is 'dark blue-ish green' or something silly like that.
-
Brickset says the dome in the MK set is trans bright orange. I'd be fine with that color even though it's ironically not as bright.
-
But couldn't 'trans orange' be retired and replaced by a nearly identical color of 'trans bright orange' or something? What color is the dome on the Monkey Kid Moonbase set?
-
I voted for Space - Ice Planet and we do have the ice planet torsos. *fingers crossed*

Of course there will be more movies, the last two have made billions. I hope they just correct the course with Camp Cretaceous because the 4th season was bad, and the ending was even worse. I think what happened is Jurassic World was the biggest movie ever (not counting inflation). That probably caught LEGO off guard so they needed a year to make new sets so that's why there is a gap.
-
To me it's the LEGO version of a small wooden train.
-
If we don't get the first trailer for the Super Bore then when exactly does everyone think we will get a trailer? The movie comes out in 5 months and we have seen very little.

$350 is very expensive. Probably too soon for a new coaster. $350 would seem about right for a swing ride. I could easily see a pirate ship swing being $350. The swing makes the most sense. There was that random mini swing ride GWP last year.

Where do people here these weird rumours? Why would LEGO split a set up? That said I own the station onl and it's beautiful while I had no desire for the horrible 'train' ride. I also went on the ride like 25 years ago so that says something.

Smartest piece LEGO has made in awhile. I love it and I don't even have it yet. So far it's the same color in the Friends set too. But it's also only in teal in the big fire set so clearly it's not 'color locked' like some pieces are when they are new. -

I'm still jealous of the sale the UKers had on Winnie the Pooh around Christmas. Never even a dollar off anywhere near me. Sales are really weird like that. There was one time I had a Walmart clearance the Jurassic World big set for $85 (normal $130 I think) and that was right as the movie was a mega hit. Made no sense to me. @Poodabricks Are you talking about the awesome new 3 wide double doors? That is such a great piece. -

The grey squirrels are invasive everywhere. That's just how they are because they are evil. They know what they are doing. They are evil. There was no need for 2-3 dozen of them to be in like 4 trees. That's evil. They know what they are doing. But the three colors LEGO has made are perfect. -
LEGO doesn't seem to do noses anymore. Just like dropping the long legs. Fred Flintstone didn't get a nose, then there are no more noses.

In that case it's fine. We deserve it. We have grey and black ones which are the same species and then the little red ones we don't have that many of. The grey ones are hugely invasive even in America. They will destroy everything. We had 30+ one year in the small year, they were destroying my grandma's garage. The problem is no one hunts them anymore. 75+ years ago people would eat them, supposedly taste like dark meat chicken. I friend of mine in his upper 90s said they would all bring their guns to school at like 8-9 years old, stick them in the corner and then go hunting on the way home. No part of that would be allowed today. The LEGO ones are too cute, real squirrels are evil. Randomly found this online... -
They won't have a nose. But if they use that head piece I'd really like hem too.

WHY ARE GREY SQUIRRELS EVIL?! It seems you are racist to only grey squirrels?! All squirrels are created equal. All squirrels are evil. -

I think the first one, the dinner with family that was an Asian exclusive also has stickers. Tons of food prints and I think the 'pictures' on the wall are stickers. -

The Lunar New Year sets have a lot of prints, but there are still stickers. -
Modular Building Sets - Rumours and Discussion

We have no proof it was supposed to be released with the hotel. LEGO barely can keep things in stock anyways to even get to $200. So last year it's 85$ and this year it's $200? That's insane. There is no excuse for that and I'm really sick of people trying to defend LEGO at every turn. This is just silly. Also the Hotel is $199.99, you won't get the GWP. I was going to buy the City Crane set or $39.99 when there was a GWP at $40. LEGO wouldn't give costumers that. -

Which is insane! Does LEGO just get drunk and throw darts at price points for GWP amounts? Teal car a year ago was $85. That's better than this GWB and had two figures. The awesome sailing boat was $200 GWP but had twice as many pieces, many printed, two figures, including an exclusive torso, and two dolphins. -

Vintage Taxi is looking nice. I fully expect it to be a $225 GWP the way LEGO is going.
