  1. I LOVE your street design. Can you show some details as to how you built the street itself? This looks so much better than the LEGO road plates.

Wow. I really like the design of this "mistake". Great shape. Very unique!
  3. This really is outstanding. Truly beautiful. I love the grave, and the saddles hanging outside the stable. Fantastic details.
  4. I don't think I've ever sen the 2-pack road plates sold in Target, Walmart, or Meijer in the US. Maybe at TRU, but not sure. The only place in the US that I know carries them is the LEGO store.
  5. Where??? How??? Picked up the last 4 Simpsons figures I needed! Completed the set. I really wanted to hate these things, but I have to say, they are very well done!
  6. I've been monitoring Amazon for weeks now. The 2-packs are $15 USD on shop.lego.com. They're closer to $20 on amazon. Next time they offer double VIP points, I think I'll buy a stack of them.
  7. I've been wondering the same thing. I've never seen them on sale any where. $15 for two plates seems to be the going rate, and that seems crazy high. Why aren't thee $5 like the blue & green base plates?
  8. Looking like it will be 15% off in the US.
  9. I picked up 12 of the Simpson's figures. Far and away the hardest series to feel for.
  10. I hope I'm posting this in the right place... I know there are several places out there where one can find printable LEGO graph paper that can be used as part of the LEGO model design process. Has anyone ever created a Photoshop PSD version that could be scaled to large models? I want something I can overlay a large structure to scale, like a picture of a water tower, and come up with a LEGO profile to start my build. Thanks for reading! Eric
  11. Awesome! How'd you pull these images? Can this be done on an XBOX 360?
  12. Last I checked, they were $14.99 and $7.99 in the US.
  13. Took advantage of this week's TRU sale and snagged the Super Cycle Chase for $35.
  14. Did an promo interview with our local Fox affiliate in Detroit this morning. If you want to check it out, here's the link: http://www.myfoxdetroit.com/video?autoStart=true&topVideoCatNo=default&clipId=9811647
  15. If the OP hadn't posted that picture, I would doubt this shirt even existed! No way it sold out that fast.
  16. Checked two more for this shirt today. No luck.
  17. Nope. No Friends.
  18. For that low of a price, NEVER pass on old LEGO. Such a low investment cost, you can't go wrong.
  19. I was invited to an advance screening as well, and absolutely loved it. It was pure entertainment and eye candy beginning to end. Story is great, characters are great. Everything really. My kids loved it, too. Even my non-LEGO wife said it was one of the funniest movies she's seen in a long time.
  20. In The LEGO Movie, Lord Business uses a q-tip and nail polish remover.
  21. I used a very similar construction when I filled my PAB box!
  22. Chances are, if someone ripped open a box in the store, they were after the minifigures anyway. It's really sad. I see more and more evidence of this at some stores.
  23. Awesome. Much appreciated.
  24. Man, I wish. Would love to see your display. Any chance you could post a pic of how you guys do your roads? I'd love to see a cross section. I was thinking of going the brick built route myself, and would love to get some ideas.
  25. Oh, those are great videos! Thanks for that.
