  1. Thats a lovely mill, the shape and the colors are excellent.-
  2. Very solid build, and you nailed the old LEGO Sci-Fi theme look. Also as people already mentioned, the gatling gun is very cool.
  3. I live in Europe, those are super hard slicks so they don't overheat in this crazy summer weather.
  4. Loosely, its still mostly a fantasy car though it borrows enough features of DTM cars to say it belongs to this racing class. It could also totally work as a V8 Supercar if I decide that it has a V8. And I just found a source for 30699 tires, that is smooth slicks 43x14 front tires - so this car is soon going to feature smooth slicks instead of the heavily profiled tires, which should dramatically improve it. Also glad you guys like it!
  5. Very cool Vignette about a time and place in history that is really overlooked nowadays. And I love the design of the ramparts.
  6. I highly modified an older racecar of mine, it eventually turned into a Touring Car - I even managed to find some fitting stickers. I hope you like it! And as always - if you have suggestions to improve this model don't hold back! :)
  7. This is impressive, the details are utterly amazing! Also using the pipe as steering wheel is a clever solution
  8. Thanks! Yeah its the Turboracer windshield, which is also used in the LEGO F40 set.
  9. Stunnigly beautiful cars. I totally want that McLaren MP4.
  10. Updated my MOC, smoothened out the front of the car and made better pictures.
  11. Hello fellow Legofreaks! May I present to you, my newest creation! This is a large scale model of a typical Time Attack // Hillclimb rally car. These are timed point-to-point racing events on various track surfaces -like gravel, tarmac or a mix- where there is only one goal: complete the course as fast as possible. Thanks to the very open and liberal rules of those events those cars feature very powerful engines and spectacular aero packages. Downforce in excess of nearly twice the weight of the car at 100mph and engines that create up to 1000 horsepower are not unheard of. My model consist of approx 900 parts and features proper steering, a completely modeled interior with roll-cage, 6-cylinder turbo engine and of course all the sensible downforce creating aerodynamic devices like a swan-neck rear wing, huge rear diffuser, front splitter, ankle cutters, Gourneys etc. etc. The car is sporting a heavy gravel trim, which means slim heavily profiled tires and elevated ride height. I hope you like it!
  12. Oh I like it, the amount of functions you were able to put in it without disrupting its shape or making compromises is astounding. Its a very nice model!
  13. Thank you, Faladrin.
  14. Big GoT fan here - this is really neat. The heart tree beats it all.
  15. Thank you! Also I really like your minifgures, the Minotaurs-Demon is awesome.
  16. Looks great so recognizable at this very small scale. I especially like how the front turned out.
  17. I think beautiful is what beautiful does. With 12700 tons and 64 meters total height it was the biggest earth moving machine ever built, even bigger than Big Muskie. There is even a cast model of it:
  18. Thank you all for the nice comments, I really appreciate it !! Thank you! Funnily, the hardest part was to find a proper solution to mount the front wing. I had to integrate the nose into it and at the same time find a good mounting solution that was both compact and sturdy. I came up with several ways to attach the wing to the nose but they were all problematic because they all resulted in mounting the front wing so low that it nearly scraped across the floor. Those that did not were too clumsy. Finally, this solved all of the problems, sturdy, small and the wing is slightly more than 1 tile off the ground:
  19. Those were among my favorite machines back when I was a kid, and I still love the gigantic drag lines, strip shovels and mining excavators. Your is stunningly beautiful and very well executed, especially with the lights on it looks just like the real thing. Its wonderful. How about the Marion 6360 as next project? Go big or go home as they say.
  20. This looks very good, you don't see hexagonal medieval buildings very often and the roof is a work of art.
  21. Thanks guys! Yes, I just saw them in your creation - the legs work really well, the butt is a little naked though.
  22. This is beautiful, I especially like the fountain!
