  1. I can't find the reference of your battery box on internet or bricklink. Maybe a typo ?
  2. I don't understand, on the rear axles there is a link with a shock absorber between the axle 2 and the axle 3, but there is not a pin to attach the middle of the link on the body ? Where is the little axle on which the link swing ?
  3. If the gearing is the same so it seem something cause a lot of friction in the rear driveline
  4. I don't have this model but I know there is 2 stages of reduction. In my opinion, on the front motor you have connected a gear with 20 teeth instead a gear with 12 teeth. If it's the case the part to be rebuilt is the front one.
  5. I mean if you use the new gear with a 16t like on the picture, the hight speed will be 3 time faster than the low speed. But since the topic is about low-friction gearbox, which could be useful for cars with motor, it would be better to keep the old configuration because the hight speed is 5 time faster than the low in it, it has more application. However, the old configuration is longer. Shaft 1 : 20t with driving ring, driving ring, 16t with driving ring, 12t, 8t Shaft 2 : 12t, 16t, 20t with driving ring, driving ring, 24t side of differential. The low ratio is 8/24=0.33, the hight ratio is 20/12=1.66 which is 5 time more.
  6. My 2 cent there, for a 4gearboxe in a rc moc there is 300% between min and max there. By using the big side of an old diff we have a 4gearbox with 500%
  7. How is it irrelevant ? For the price of two stud wider, you don't have to cut part.
  8. Bricksafe>search>diff pop Sorry I can't do better right now. The key is to use the yellow 4L axe
  9. Oh sorry I didn't mean to speak french it was a mistake I will host that but I from a small phone and not a computer
  10. Je dois patienter pour poster la suite il y a une limitation des données que l'on peut appeler sur le forum
  11. Ok I will be constructive by posting the solution from lego himself so the differential don't pop. But I need cao so I'm too lazy now
  12. Sbrick, lipo, rc tyres, cutted part... Just buy an rc crawler
  13. setupldd-pc-4_3_11.exe is not still available on the LEGO website, I found another version which I trust but it have the same outdated library. I'm scared to use download on filehorse.com, canadiancontent.net, en.lo4d.com and other stuff like that Does anyone can add to this topic a safe setupldd-pc-4_3_11.exe ?
  14. So now we are up to the version 4.3.12 and the flash problem seem fixed. However, with a fresh install from lego.com there is still a problem : when I load a lxf file from the forum, ldd tell to me "tere is 450 pieces missing" and the model loaded is not complete. Do somebody can help on this matter ?
  15. According to me a great point in this model is that the front motors help the back. But can we consider the left help the right ? And if so, would it be the case with only two motors placed on the back ?
  16. I'm a huge fan of the clever driveshaft and of this implementation of pendular axle !
  17. The blue seem better, other pictures required
  18. Nice one ! Never tought of this configuration, I tought it was again a 4x4 without link betwin front and rear
  19. Are you sure ? I can't find one, and I'm very interrested by the subject
