The future of Back to the Future
Digger of Bricks replied to 1980-Something-Space-Guy's topic in LEGO Licensed
Well, maybe not. There's a hunch some have that the next Creator Expert car may be a BTTF DeLorean, keeping in line with the previous three that have seemingly fulfilled a lineup put forth by a fan vote contest made by TLG back in 2008... -
Heh, that non-Avatar Lloyd does look kinda cool... ...but, I still wish they'd give us some ninja attire designs that were completely devoid of creased, loose-fitting fabric, just for a high-tech Cyberpunk look more closely in line with something outta Tron: Legacy. Oh well, at least the torso design does just that...

So, what are Leaf, IP-2 and Zebra?
Digger of Bricks replied to Itaria No Shintaku's topic in Special LEGO Themes
A LEGO Ideas set? Like one based upon a project approved for production; or, does it perhaps take after a submission that was rejected in a past review? -

DC Superheroes 2019 - Rumours, Speculation & Discussion
Digger of Bricks replied to Anonknee Muss's topic in LEGO Licensed
By the way, has anyone here thought of swapping First Appearance Wonder Woman's standard hairpiece with the minidoll one from 2017's DC SuperHero Girls? I must confess, despite being excited for the prospect of a First Appearance Wonder Woman CMF initially, I did find the leaked figure kinda underwhelming, particularly not being all that thrilled with the usage of Minnie's skirt piece. -
I've always wanted the Collectable Minifigure theme to tackle that kinda archetype for a future CMF, but yes, this comes pretty close considering... ...for those who'll be reusing the torso and legs for such like you suggested, it wouldn't hurt throwing Reaper's trenchcoat cape into the mix for further effect!

So, what are Leaf, IP-2 and Zebra?
Digger of Bricks replied to Itaria No Shintaku's topic in Special LEGO Themes
Hmmm, interesting. Will this "new interesting take on something totally new" perhaps be in the vein of further brick-build figures like 41169 Olaf? -
So, apparently the actress who voiced Catwoman in TLBM has been cast as Selena Kyle in Matt Reeves' The Batman... Collider - Zoe Kravitz to Play Catwoman in ‘The Batman'

Whoa, I really wasn't expecting our first Noir Spidey figure to take after Nic Cage's Spider-Verse incarnation... ...but, when you put it that way in terms of reusage of the torso and legs this figure offers, I'm kinda excited for it now, as they're simply perfect for any sorta Green Hornet/The Shadow-type vigilante archetype...

So, what are Leaf, IP-2 and Zebra?
Digger of Bricks replied to Itaria No Shintaku's topic in Special LEGO Themes
Unfortunately, nothing yet is specifically known about either theme at this point (though @Falconfan1414 claims "Zebra" will be a "game-changer" as he once put it); but, at the very least, @Itaria No Shintaku confirmed that they'll both be arriving in July at the earliest. -

LEGO Ideas Support Thread: Bionicle
Digger of Bricks replied to Lego David's topic in LEGO Action Figures
Well, it is really well composed and constructed, though I can't quite properly judge it since I'm very ignorant on the source material and its respective lore. -
So, in a way, I suppose this Iron Man figure is to the Marvel SuperHeroes theme what the Arkham Knight Batman figure from that RC set is to DC SuperHeroes? Huh, well, it is a good-looking figure, but it just doesn't differentiate from previous MCU offerings enough for what I'd want to see from another comic-based Iron Man figure (which yes, technically this figure isn't). Also, if the Square Enix game is gonna serve as the basis for most of these non-MCU Avenger figures, then that must also hold true for the upcoming Captain America figure, and I'm just admittedly not that fond of Square Enix's take on such...

[MOC] Stranger Things Season 3 Fun Fair

Excellent-looking vignette there Kev! I really like how you've constructed those "streamers" bordering the parameter, and dressing Hopper in that Hawaiian shirt of TLBM Robin's is particularly hilarious! -

Um, on a kinda unrelated-to-2020 sidenote, has anyone here yet seen the set photos from James Gunn's The Suicide Squad? Just Jared - 'The Suicide Squad' Cast Spotted in Costume for Big Group Scene -
Um, back in time, I think? I really hadn't looked into the theory too much, as I just kinda presumed it was built upon that other long-standing theory regarding the Upside-Down, in that it's a post-nuclear fallout Hawkins, Indiana in the future.
